Stylish but I think once you hit this price range, you expect some things to be able to withstand normal use. I purchased these as an everyday boot and after 2 months of normal wear (i.e. walking), they are already starting to come apart on the back end. I think if you want to look good, save your money and buy something cheaper; if you want something that will last a long time, look elsewhere.

So I got these back in June. I have worn them over 70 times since then and have put them thru every type of condition almost. First the pros: they are very stylish and the fit is great. That being said there are some cons: I for one overlooked how they felt when walking and thought I'd get used to them. Which in part is true but if you don't have your weight centered right in the middle they wobble a lot. Another con is that they don't hold up in rainy or wet conditions your feet will get soaked if you get them wet but in there defense Timberland doesnt state that they are waterproof but I feel that for the price they shouldn't be as bad as they are in water. That is my biggest problem with them. Now if you're ok with what I mentioned I guess there a good buy.

These shoes are perfect

These boots are my go to for the fall and winter wear (not for snow or slush though). They are stylish and comfortable. The only downside is that the laces are not very durable. I've gone through 2 pair. The boots, however, are very well constructed. I've had them for about 3 years and they still look and wear great.

I love everything about the wodehouse, from the ruggedly handsome looks, the rich & supple leather, the low profile, shape of the toe box and the comfort. This is the most comfortable non-sneaker shoe I've ever tried

This is my 2nd pair of wodehouse chukka boots, as I have the brown pair and after finally seeing a percent off email, had to buy a black pair to go with. While I love these boots they do come with a very hefty price tag, but the best most comfortable pair of boots I've ever owned. They are a tad on the casual side, but the comfort and style can't be beat! Just glad I found I could finally get them for a little less money.

Haven't yet had better shoes than these. I have both colors for years (5-10 years each), still good. Leather is very high quality but better to take care of it/shine regularly.

Went in to the timberlands store in Portland with no intentions of buying anything. The Wodehouse was sitting right in front on display. I've wanted a nice pair of chukkas, so I tried them on. Told my girlfriend I couldn't take them off because they were the absolute most comfortable shoe/boot I've ever tried on. Worth every penny.

I have both black and tan and they are my favorite boot/shoe to wear anytime. They are extremely comfortable, wear extremely well and age great. They look better by the day. I left my black pair at a hotel (I travel way too much) and was very upset but ordered a new pair the next day. Cannot live without them!

Absolutely love these shoes they have lasted my husband a long time. They have been his favorite shoes for work and for just comfort every day wear. They go with everything from slacks to jeans. You can be casual or dressed up. This is now his second pair. And I'm so happy that he has something he loves. Your feet take you so many places and having a good shoe is so important.

Love the Wodehouse Chukka! It stays true to the Timberland name in comfort and looks. I'm a size 10.5 US, but after reading the reviews, I ordered a size 10 which was an exact fit. Wide enough to be comfortable and absorbs the shock of your heel when walking. It has that classic look. I can use them for work in the office and casual nights out. Totally worth the money.
