Love, love, love this boot, hard to get into, tight putting it on,but once it is on it is so worth it. Comfortable and ultra cute! Must say I had a problem with the fit but once more Zappos came through and sent me another size at no cost, LOVE this company, real people pleasers!

These run huge. I usually wear 8 and 1/2 or 9 medium; I ordered these in both size 8 and 9. I kept the 8s but wish I'd ordered 7s; I have to wear two pairs of socks because they're so loose. That being said, they're cute, and I'm a FitFlop addict, so of course they're comfy.

My only problem now, and it is a big one. I can only wear Fitflops! Regardless of how much I spend and how much I try to find another comfort brand, nothinG is comfortable to me except Fitflops. I wear the Hyka sandal all spring, summer, and into the fall, and then go into the boots. Unfortunately Fitflop stopped making the Hyka sandal and fortunately I have five pairs of them. They only came in two colors. I have other styles of Fitflop sandals that do not have the piece between the toes. I happen to be one of few people who can not tolerate a between the toe style. In the sandal I wear an 8 and in the boot I wear a 9 and I pad it up a little with a comfortable insole. I have several pairs of the boots and I absolutely them all as far as comfort. The Black Crush Boot is very good looking in my opinion. I get compliments on them. I purchased them at the end of last winter. I tried a Fitflop sneaker once and had to send it back, because it was not the heavenly comfort of the sandals or boots. If it were not for Fitflops, my feet would always hurt. I have Morton's Neuromas on both feet and a bunion on my right foot. With Fitflops I never need my professionally made orthotics. As I said, I do pad the boots with a comfortable padded thin insole for added comfort. Thank goodness I found a solution to problem feet. Fitflop gives me excellent ankle support, arch support, and has a nice deep heel bed and a wide toe bed.

These boots are very comfortable and I love how they look. They are like a Sherwood Forest Robin Hood sort of look. I wish they came in a few more fun colors, like hot pink or mulberry or teal. Thanks for great Zappos service!

I live in Miami. I only wear Fit Flop sandals 10 months a year but just had to try the Fit Flop boots. THEY ARE AMAZING. I wear the same size as in the sandals which is a size smaller than my regular size. SO very comfortable. Just the same fit. I am so happy.

There are a lot of comments about the boots running large and I agree. I think the reason for that is that there isn't any fur lining in them like boots similar in style. If you need to put warm socks on with them, then the sizing isn't an issue. If you are wearing them in a warmer climate, then yes, you may need to size down. Other than that, they're what you expect out of FitFlop--well constructed and excellent support.

I absolutely love these boots. They are true to size on this style of Fit-Flops. I had read they were difficult to get on. True the first couple of times but after that they slip right on. I would love to buy more colors of these. They are comfortable. I have a bad back and these are so great to walk in could walk miles but have not so far.

These shoes are very very comfortable - however, I ordered a 9 which I usually wear in boots and they were way way too big. I ended up ordering the 8 and it fit fine. I never wear an 8 in boots.

I am a true fitflop fan. Bought these to wear on colder days, but sent them back because the reviews said they run big and they don't. They felt pretty true to size to me. 1/2 sizes should order up.

Very comfortable boot. I am a 7.5 and the 7 was the correct fit. They are narrow so they are somewhat difficult to get on with thick socks but once on I was comfortable being on my feet all day long. If you like fit flop sandals you will definitely like these boots.

I love these boots! They are more comfortable than slippers! I have a wide foot and a high instep and they fit perfectly. I wear a size 9, bought a 9 in black and they feel true to size. Maybe the people who are saying they run wide have narrower feet than me. And contrary to other reviews, these are not hard to get on. The first couple of times you wear them, you will have to pull pretty hard on the inside back tab to get them on but after a few wearings, they go on as easily as any other boot. The outside is a velvety soft suede trimmed on top in soft leather, inside lining is a very soft suede-like material similar to the feel of an eyeglass cleaning cloth. They feel so soothing on my feet and they give me a little height. These are a Godsend to me also because I recently had surgery on my toe and it is still a little swollen and these don't irritate it at all. Very cushiony innersole. They look great with jeans, sweats or skirts - kind of like Uggs but more sleek and they don't have the hot fur lining - great for us gals who get hot flashes! Like walking on air - I highly recommend this beautiful, comfortable boot.

I don't love fitflops but I have plantar fasciitis so my doc keeps begging me to get them. These are the only one that match my style so I did get them but they had to immediately go back as they are huge! I am not sure why the reviews mention that they are not big or they hard to get on. I was like a kid with his dad's shoes on. I will reorder but they have gone up in price. So we will see.

I love the color, look and feel of the boot...but they were so difficult to get on! I don't have wide feet or large ankles but it was hard work to get them on! They really need a zipper possibly on the back. I'm so sorry to have to send them back. I love Zappos!

I purchased a previous version of this boot about 3 years ago. Fitflop has changed the style a bit.. This version has a Longer, thinner, and more flexible upper part, and the heel height is slightly higher than the toe height. I preferred the consistent platform style of the previous boot, it added an inch of height, while keeping the foot flat for that good foot health, and I felt taller wearing them. Both versions are a VERY loose fit in the foot, even ordering a whole size down. I ruined several pairs of expensive smart wool socks with these boots because your heel always rubs up and down the back of the boot when walking. Other than that one issue, they are comfortable, but they are not worth the price asked for, in my opinion. Disappointed, and unimpressed with the bland style, I returned this pair.

I love Fitflop. I own two pairs of sandals, two pairs of trainers and this is my first pair of boots. HOWEVER, I am beginning to feel hugely frustrated with the sizing. When you get a pair that fits they are the best, most comfortable shoe out there, but often (especially with the enclosed shoes) you don't. These boots are a case in boot. Length wise they are about where they should be but my foot moves around like crazy in them because there is so much room above and to the sides. A size smaller is too short. Annoying. They all seem to be made for exceptionally wide feet. I will try to put a thick innersole in them and see if that helps but do not feel the fit is good.

I own three pairs of Fit Flops in a size 8. I typically wear a 7.5 and the Fit Flop size 7 have usually been too small. In this boot the size 7 is so big I thought Zappos had accidentally sent me the wrong size! It is labeled 7 but feels more like an 8. Unfortunately I have to return them.

Were too big - note on shoe said it would fit a bit big- but these felt huge. Thought they looked a little like slipper socks. Felt comfy.

Loved the look, but it was very hard to pull it on...in fact, very very painful. Once on it had no interior arch support - absolutely flat. So, cannot say anything positive about the fit. Not so easy to remove, either.

Almost impossible to get this boot on! The difficulty getting it on spoiled any positive feelings about the boot. I mean you break a sweat getting this on your foot!
