I ordered a 5.5B and they fit perfectly. My street shoe size is a 7M. Really cute and stretchy. The split sole with elastic gives a great line. The elastic is pre-sewn which is really convent but it does feel a little tight (not terribly uncomfortable though).

I'm a street shoe size 8 and so I ordered the size 6, which is my usual size for Bloch. However, the shoes were about a half size too small, the 6 1/2 probably would have fit better. However, the shoes themselves look like thin slipper socks, which is not really attractive on my bumpy feet. If your feet are less than perfect and you want a shoe that is going to last longer than a month, I recommend you buy something else. Needless to say, I'm returning these for a refund.

I love the fit of these shoes. The hug of the stretch canvas felt like socks, no break-in time needed! Regarding size: I wear a 9 street show and the 7.5 fit best—I probably could have gone to to a 7, but not lower. If your feet are similar to mine (distinct taper of the toes, but on the wider side across the tarsals) I’d say 1.5-2 sizes down from street shoe might work better for sizing.
Also love the pre-sewn and crossed elastics. I wish they had these in tan!

My favorite ballet flats of all time. The stretch canvas hugs like a sock and conforms to the taper of my foot. My old canvas flats (which did not have the stretch) ended up feeling a bit too big after taking class regularly for a year or so. I'm thinking about buying a second pair, just so I have one ready when these wear out! I also love that the elastics are already sewn on.
Re: sizing, I wear a 9 in street shoe, feet are M width (but generally bit on the wider side), and a 7.5 in the Zenith fit great. I might have been able to swing a half size down; the shoes fit stretch a bit with use. I definitely would not have gone more than 2 sizes down.
Overall, this will be my go-to ballet flat. The only other thing Bloch could ad would be to offer these in tan and black. Five stars!

This is a great shoe and a great brand. I have danced on and off for years and this is the best ballet shoe I have found so far. I love that there is elastic in the arch for better support. It feels like it is actually hugging your foot. As for size listen to their recommendation. I wear 7.5 and have a wide foot. I purchased a 4.5w, it fit perfectly, but since I have short toes I decided to go a little smaller and am very happy with the 4w shoe.

There is something strange about Bloch ballet slippers that doesn't suit my foot. The heel pad is situated so far (toward the foot) that the stitching on it hits the middle my heel and that is intolerably painful. I've noticed this on the Zenith and the Dansoft split sole. Had to return.

My daughter really likes these ballet flats, and I like the fact they come with the elastic already sewn on. However, they don't stand up to 5 days a week of classes too long, but neither do their more expensive pointe cousins. Sigh. Sizing is weird, but once you get on the right track, it works fine.

Zappos is a great place to buy ballet shoes for my daughter, especially when we need them right away. Zappos is reliable, trustworthy, and has excellent customer service.
Sizes listed are Bloch sizes. My daughter wears a street shoe between 7 and 7.5; Bloch size 5.5 was a perfect fit.

Ordered a 5 which was a 5C(child) for my daughter who wears a 6.5 in women’s. They are not a very true pink color, more of a nude color. The leather sole area is a little bulky. They are very stretchy, and it was nice not to have to sew the straps. Mine arrived without a box, just in a plastic bag, so be aware of that if you plan to give as a gift.

I was trying to decide between these and the Synchrony. I definitely think these are more attractive, but the heel pads are so painful I couldn't stand on one leg and do tendus with the other. So that was the end of that. Otherwise I probably would have chosen them. My street size is 7 and a 5.5 fit well, maybe just a trifle snugly but would likely stretch to be perfect.

I bought these and the Bloch Synchrony. I prefer the Synchrony. On the Zenith the heel is very stiff and the sole for the heel is placed to far forward. The shape of the sole was also a bit annoying.
