This shoe is cute with the right heel, however not the right width for me. I need the WW width. My feet has taken a new shape of its own, so I have to really search for shoes that is stylish and COMFORTABLE. I think the width is more medium than wide.

This was a pretty shoe - but ran small and was very stiff. I thought about exchanging shoe for 1/2 size larger but wasn't sure that would be big enough. I have a very high arch so maybe this is part of the size problem. I usually wear bootie type shoes but am in need of a pointed type dress shoe. Unfortunately these have to go back.

I had high hopes for these pumps, as I am always looking for stylish kitten heels. I have wide feet but narrow heels. I bought these in a 8½W, and 8½WW as well as a 9W. Sadly, I had to return all of them. The 9 was too long, so for me, they ran true to size (I am usually an 8½ but order up because of the pointy toe). The 8½W pinched my toes, but the 8½WW was too wide in the entire footbed/heel of the shoe. I was very disappointed, but these just did not work for me. I was really hoping that I could find a pointy kitten heel, but pointy just does not work for my wide feet. Also, for pointed shoes, the toe seems especially elongated. So, even if they did fit me, I think that I would feel a little self-conscious in these. If Trotters reads any of these reviews, I would love it if they made a round or at least an almond-toe kitten heel. The search continues... We need more kitten heels!

This shoe is perfect -- exactly what I wanted. I was surprised that Trotter has no arch support whatsoever, at least in a AA width. I need the narrow for my quad A heel, but really a B in the toe would have fit well. I considered a half size bigger, but it would have been too long. I hate to return this shoe, but I have to because I know it will never be comfortable or give me any support. Trotters puts a cushion in the heel, but not in the ball of the foot, which makes no sense even in a kitten heel like this beautiful doll of a red, red shoe! Goodbye, my lovely. I hate to see you go, but there is no way you are ever going to be comfortable or give me support. I highly recommend Soft Style by Hush Puppies "Alesia" if you have a narrow foot and a high arch.

These were lovely shoes that I had to return because the edge of the shoe was hitting a bone the wrong way on just my right foot (the small bone that is on the inner side of your foot, above the arch). These shoes also look really long! It is just the style with the long pointed toe area - but I wear size 5 shoes, so the look was not a problem. I liked the arch support and low heel, but the one area of discomfort on that bone was too much for me to try to get used to. It could just be me, since it was only on one foot and not both.

It's a beautiful shoe. Hugs your foot. If your width is slim, you could probably wear this shoe. My toes were very crowded in the shoe. If you can, order your size and maybe the next size or half size up to compare.

I wear a size 12 in brands such as Born, Naturalizer, Nine West, and occasionally Me Too (sometimes I fit in a 12.5). These shoes were too short in length, and felt more like an 11.5 or 11 than a 12. Sadly, I have to return them.

Far more cushy than other pointy heals I've tried, but still painful (less so) on my toes. Perhaps with stretching, they would work? The stitching around the logo in the heel bed is raised - seems like it could chafe.

What a disappointment after all the good reviews. This shoe sizing is clearly incorrect with the width of the shoe being narrow and not even medium! The shoe is hard and comparing it with a similar one sized 7W which was also incorrect sizing as it was small, I see the two different shoes are the same width! I would not want to wear this shoe all day as it is hard and unbending with little padding in it.

I like my new shoes, but they are a little snug and have twice rubbed a small blister on my heel. I think they will improve once they are broken in a bit more. They are slightly more matronly than I thought they would be because they completely cover toe and beyond, absolutely zero toe cleavage. Still, they look smart at work and the pointed toe is zippy. The color is a tad more yellow than i wish, less nude more camel.

I have a size 11 foot and my third toe is relatively long. I ordered the wide, and while the length is right, my third toe is still getting pressure on it in this pointy style. I also think the suede is not going to hold up. It is a relatively inexpensive shoe, so I don't expect incredible leather. I could try the 12 but it would probably fall off the heel. I have only had one pointy shoe work and that was a Sigerson Morrison and it cost almost 400 dollars. The leather was soft and the point started a few millimeters further out past the toes. That is the price of having healthy but huge feet. Nothing feminine.

I have a size 11 foot. I have long toes. I usually wear a B width. My toes are squished in this shoe. I think an 11.5 would be too long and I think the 11 wide would have been a better choice. Not a soft suede. This is a not an expensive shoe like an Arche. The suede is hard and has that non leather smell. Chinese leather smell. But it is leather.

I ordered these for a family celebration. I am a big girl and ordered the size 10w because the 9.5 is always too small - mistake. The size 10w was true to size. I would have been perfect with the 9 or 9.5...aside from that the color (nude) is beautiful and I was pleasantly surprised I could actually wear them throughout the day. I wore them to work to get used to them for next weekend. I also ordered the 512 denim Levi jeans and I love them. I ordered the 24's. I am 5'4" and they fit a bit long but nothing the heels couldn't handle...another plus, I ordered on Saturday, received my order on Tuesday...very happy. So tempted to order a blouse I've been eyeballing for our celebration.

The heel height was just nice for a work shoe. Although I ordered a 9.5 wide, I found my toes were really squished in this shoe. I think going forward I'll avoid pointy-toed shoes!

Nice style but like another person said, the instep hit too high on my ankle to be comfortable. Plus the right shoe was sized oddly. Will keep on searching for a good looking navy pump.

Too pointy for my taste. Also the wide width runs slightly long. I wear a 7.5 and have a very wide foot and I would have needed this shoe in a 7. I love the pointy toe but don't want my shoe to enter the room before me. If you can get past that, it is a nice heel and cute color and material. I am giving a medium rating only because it was not my style. I have no idea how the shoe would hold up in real life.

Classic style but not a true size. Felt like a half size larger than marked. I ordered 7W and it felt like a 7.5W or even 8W. Sorry to say have to return.

Shoes to narrow for toes. Heel chafes.

I purchased these for work and the left shoe was smaller and that is my smaller foot. The shoes were pretty and I wish they would have worked. I have been wearing Trotters for years and have always worn an 8.5W and this simply was not a wide shoe. I checked the shoe to make sure it was an 8.5W and it was.

I have found this problem with many of the shoes I have ordered in the last couple of years (from various vendors). I ordered this shoe in a 6WW-wide wide, and it was entirely too long and too wide in the heel. The shoes slipped off my feet as I walked. Then I ordered the 6W-wide. Fit in heel is better but because of the square-cut throat the fit in the toe area is a bit tighter than expected. I suppose an application of shoe stretch will help alleviate the tightness issue over time.

Horrible shoes! The leather is stiff. The color is not nude, but a cafe au lait color. They were really uncomfortable on my feet. And, I suppose pointy toed shoes are out for someone like me with a 10 1/2 size foot....I felt like Witchy Poo in these! They made my feet look huge!

I could not use the shoes because of the pointed toe. I found another pair of Trotters wedge at the local Brown's Shoe.

I bought a navy pair a few months ago. The leather is so thin it won't hold polish so I now have to polish the shoes every time I wear them and the heels are scuffed by the end of the day. I have a number of other styles from Trotters so I was really surprised. Hopefully the quality will improve because it is a great style.
