Color not as shown

They are pretty but way too tight. When you order this type of croc get one size bigger than you usually get for regular crocs.

They should put that they run small. My daughter was excited but then disappointed that no where did it say they run small and we even asked.

The shoe was great but the size runs small so I just gave them away! Was cheaper to give them away than return them :-/

I have been wearing Crocs for years and currently have ~5 other pairs. With this pair, the left shoe was about 1/2 size short. I was so disappointed. Since I had to pay for return shipping, I will only receive about half the purchase price as a refund. In the future, I will think twice before ordering from this site.

I was disappointed. I ordered my usual size, and this shoe is way shorter.

The toes are uncomfrtable. The heel bands are too tight and not adjustable compared to velcro ones on previous pair.

Normally we love Crocs. I bought this color for my son in his current size and the next up because we love the color in the picture. When we received them they were much more purple than what is shown in this picture with no blue to them. Think more Barney the dinosaur. Just what ever 10 year old boy wants.

Size 9 does not fit like a size 9. It was more like an 8.5. Had to order another pair because of this.

Too small

Ordering and delivery was great. After wearing the crocs for less than a week, the back of the shoe (the stripe) detached and is hanging off on both sides. I did contact the company and am awaiting my claim to be reviewed and processed. I am praying that this is also a easy and quick process.

The product had almost over a week late of shipping.

Size is a little off. I wore them hoping it was just me, but they are too small. They are the same size as the regular clogs I own.

They run SO small if they have the Crocband! I ordered the size I normally wear of Crocs, they didn't fit. I returned them and got a size bigger and they still do not fit!! Order at least two sizes bigger than your normal size

Love the shoes but still waiting on my refund from a simple exchange and reorder. Love the shoes, but your company isn't very good at customer satisfaction.

Not true to size so I'd recommend the next size up.

unnecessary annoyance and expense that they told me to upsize. order your regular size, and if half size , go down not up, in size. Save yourself the aggravation and expense of returning shoes that are too big.

I was not satisfied with my last purchase at all, it was a big disappointment for me, even though I bought 2 of the same product in different colors, I received the product in two different molds. In the return section, the store said that there was a factory defect, but no help was given like if we take the return, we will send you the same product again. I returned the faulty product, but I really wanted to have that color product, so I did not buy the product again so as not to experience the same problem again. Frankly, I did not find this suitable for your brand, so it was a disappointment for me. My last purchase was probably not the first time we will shop again, I do not think so.

I ordered the size based on the croc that I had and it was totally off. I had to return it at the local store. The experience at the store was fine since I had my receipt.
