FABULOUS! After reading all the fantastic reviews, I thought "all of these ladies cannot be wrong"! Well, these reviews were written by some VERY SMART LADIES who knew what they were talking about. So glad I purchased these adorable leather sneakers. Their comfort is second to none. No break-in time, just put them on and you can walk all day in total comfort. LIFE IS GOOD! Thank you to Clarks for keeping it real for real people, and to Zappos for carrying such a large supply of great shoes.

I bought these after reading all the great reviews(and because I love the color), so I was expecting these to be super comfy, but they weren't quite as comfy as I expected, but then I have rheumatoid arthritis, so they would probably be great for the average person. I ordered the regular width first, even after reading how they run narrow, because my feet are narrow, but returned them for the wide size because they put too much pressure on my toes. The wide worked great through the toes and wasn't any wider than any of my other shoes in regular width. They're comfy enough for me to wear all day, just not as comfy as my Merrill's. They are cut a little lower than the average tennis shoe, so more of my half-socks showed. Overall, I will get lots of use from them and am pretty happy I got them.

This is more than I normally spend on shoes but I wanted a cute, comfortable wear-with-jeans kind of shoe (hate traditional sneakers). The Clarks Wave.Trek is just about perfect. Love the multi-tonal colors and all the details. I bought the Moss and it's such a pretty color - my monitor gives a pretty good representation. Very comfortable for all-day wear but unless I keep the laces a little bit on the loose side, my midstep gets a little tired by the end of the day. Overall, I think it was money well spent.

I love these shoes! The wide is not very wide, but enough extra width for me. They are definitely waterproof. I've walked thru wet grass and in the rain. Very comfy. I'm on my feet 14 hrs/day.

Love this shoe for travel. Light and rugged without being too casual looking. Under black pants still look OK to go out. Will change the laces to be all black so should pass as a little less casual

I too bought these shoes at a Clarks store in Seattle while on a trip. I was trekking all over the convention center and my feet were not liking the concrete floors. I luckily found the Clarks store and purchased this fabulous shoe. They are so comfortable and supportive, cute and also lightweight. I love them and will buy another pair.

These are such comfortable and cute shoes, but the stability was not sufficient for walking. I am used to my New Balance that give me such a sturdy base. I could feel me feet pronating in these and the sole was not as wide as I needed. Bummer.

Good for trail walking. Easy to slip on and off. No ankle support. The first day, these were making my socks fall down. I think it's because the fabric all along the inside, including the back of the ankle, is all fabric so it was sort of slippery. I had to go through a few different types of socks and found some that don't fall down. I'm used hiking boots, so my ankles felt sort of weird and bare at first. I love that they're waterproof. I have kind of big feet (5'3" but I wear size 9.5) so I like shoes that don't make my feet look bigger. Maybe white sidewalls aren't so great if you walk in mud, but I've discovered that white rubber can be cleaned with magic eraser! I give it 4 stars because of the slippery sock issue.

These look really nice, but that's where the goodness ends. They are really stiff, which I can understand but don't care for. The heel is too wide and my foot slips up - which brings me to the next issue: the fabric in the heel of the shoe. It's very odd stuff, grips one way (going up) and smooth the other (going down). It grabs my sock with every step and I believe it would lead to blisters.

This shoe is very sporty. It has a crazy caution-tape finger loop on the heel, along with a similarly-colored label reading "waterproof" near the laces, that I find very ugly. It didn't look so bad in the pictures but in person it was neon yellow. The fit for me was narrow along the outside toes and wide in the heel. My foot did not fit securely enough and I was worried I'd get blisters on a long hike. This one has to go back.

This pair did not work for me at all! They felt absolutely fabulous when I first put them on, but after about 10 minutes into a hike two toes in my right foot started to feel numb. In about 30 minutes all the toes seemed to lose circulation. It wasn't painful, it was just really uncomfortable. I don't know what it is about this shoe, maybe it's the rocking action? I just couldn't bear it. I tried wearing them a couple more times and it kept happening, the numbing sensation coming back faster each time, so I returned them. I was afraid the shoes were causing nerve damage. However last weekend I went on a 6 mile hike with my old hiking shoes (that I had bought on this site many years ago) and my feet were fine. I do not have a history of foot problems. Clarks is one of my favorite brands and these shoes were the same size and width I have always bought. So I can only blame this particular shoe design. I CAN recommend Zappos as they took the shoes back even though I had worn them on muddy Pacific Northwest trails. Thank you, Zappos. I will always be your client.

I fight plantar faciitis, morton's neuroma and no cartilage in 2 toe joints, so finding shoes that fit and I can keep on all day is challenging. These are comfortable with my own orthotics in them but also feel fine w/ the ones that came in them. These aren't real clunky like a lot of shoes I wear for work or walking. I highly recommend and I will buy from this line of Clark's again.

These are nice supportive shoes that seem to run true to size. They are just a little more "hiking shoe" looking than what I'm looking for.

Slip-resistant, waterproof, comfortable, durable, AND stylish? This is a true unicorn! This is my 4th pair of this shoe - I just can't bring myself to order any other! I wear these as my standard everyday shoe - they are stylish enough to wear with business casual as well as casual everyday wear. The slip-resistant sole and waterproof construction make this an absolute must-have for wetter months here in the Pacific Northwest. Due to the waterproofing, it can get a little warm in the summer months, but I've worn these year-long with no problem. There's very little break-in necessary - my feet feel great after the first day of use. With how much I walk and use these, one pair usually lasts me about a year and a half before the slip-resistance wears down and I start sliding everywhere, but in general it's a very sturdy shoe.

Fits my very aggressive orthotic. Keeps my feet in place. My go-to shoes when my feet are feeling tired. Toe box is a bit narrow but I like the fit. Love them and plan to order other colors.

I wear a size 10 AA/ 10 AAA. hard to find shoes. Clarks is a brand that makes narrow shoes for me. these walking shoes are what I wanted. Wish I could have more colors in my size but happy just to find a shoe. I did have to take the shoe insert out, beecause it felt like no support. I put a running shoe insert inside them instead. Now I wear these every day and feel awesome. Good traction in mud and fields, along with feet do not get wet when walking dog in rain etc. If I could get a different color I would buy more of these shoes for every day. I think they look good compared to most ugly walking shoes you see. Fit me perfect right out of the box. thanks Zappos for carrying my shoe size

I love Clark shoes but after trying two sizes in this style, I gave up. They feel heavy and clunky.

I really like this shoe and it is nice looking. I had another pair this style and it runs narrow, so when I ordered these I ordered a medium. The medium is much better, but does slip on the heel a little. Rather heel slip a little than be too tight in toe.

I have fairly high arches. When I tried these on in the store they seemed fine, but after wearing them at work all day I found out how flat-footed these really are. Lucky for me I had a spare pair of insoles to use in place of the "removable OrthoLite footbed" that came with the shoes. Problem fixed! The quality of the footbed seems fine, just wasn't molded right for my foot. Other than the arch support, these are great so far! Good stability, lightweight considering they're almost hiking shoes, good cushion in the soles over the whole foot. Black toe wrap will help protect the toe of the shoes, which I appreciate. Fit is a little narrow, and I agree with another reviewer that there should be a size 10.5. Honestly my only complaint is that the top of the tongue is kinda stiff, and takes some getting used to where it fits in the bend of my ankle.

Those shoes are one of the best. I have an injured ankle and this pair is great for my foot. Also, I ordered those shoes yesterday and got them today before noon. How did you manage to do that? Thanks again for fast shipping

Love these shoes. I am a nurse and find these to be the best shoes for my shifts.Great support. Please Please Clark's don't discontinue this shoe. Wish it was still available in black leather. They seem to run narrow but luckily they make them in wide width.

Chose a 9N, and wore the shoes for the first time as a tourist taking two tours, surprisingly, no blisters, no usual pains on my heels, so planning to buy more of these shoes. Only drawback was a bit of foot slippage when using a silky cotton blend sock so I wore all cotton socks next day and slippage stopped.

The stitching for the tongue is off center in the left foot. The heel is too shallow to secure my foot.
