This hat has a lighter weight and slimmer profile but has all the heat retention you'll need. I haven't tested it in "arctic cold" but works great down to 20 degrees.

After all the hats I've bought this winter, I love this one the most. Some of them were not that warm, some too warm, some even too tight. This one could be used in 40 to 20 degree temperature and darn comfortable and blend in well with black jacket. Will stock up and hand them out at Christmas party later this year!
