I purchased these shoes based on the previous Las Vegas dealer's recommendation. I also work in a casino and stand about 10 hours a day. I have a 4E wide foot, and have spent years trying to find a comfortable work shoe. These are the best I've found so far, and I also purchased Sole insoles to replace the flimsy inserts that come with the shoes. I highly recommended these for someone who stands on their feet all day.

I am a student nurse and can wear these for lab and clinicals, though in the future I should go with hook and loop instead of laces. These have held up well. I am a big guy and my feet feel great even after a very long day spent at a nonstop slow trot. They are a very good value for the price.

I bought these four months ago. used them at work, and also on a Europe trip. Very comfortable, not too hot. I will be ordering another pair soon.

The shoes are comfortable but, after about 3 weeks of wearing them. They became worn out and holes formed along the top of the shoe around the ankle.

Goodbye heel pain! The most comfortable shoe for walking and standing for long periods of time. A classic!

I work outdoors on an airport ramp where I am exposed to all the elements from a ramp covered in sleet to 110+ degrees as well as oil from fuel spills. these shoes are work through it all like champions. even after our busiest month when I had to work 12 hrs a day 7 days a week I came home and my feet still felt great! I highly recommend this shoe for any one who works on their feet all day. My work puts a lot of abuse on shoes from the constant walking and jogging across abrasive tarmac to repeated oil spills, I generally end up replacing this shoe every 4 to 5 months as the tread starts to wear through to the cushion.

Admittedly, I bought these to replace a pair I wore out so I knew they'd be the perfect size and such. I really like them. The old pair lasted me about 18 months and I wore them pretty much every day. If you're on your feet a lot and put a lot of walking miles in during the course of a day, your feet will thank you for these. They do take a day or two to soften up but after that they're great.

I bought these shoes to start a Nursing class in. As they required all white shoes. As I am going to be spending a lot of time on my feet I needed something that supports my feet very well. I am huge fan of New balance shoes. I buy and wear them almost exclusively. These do not disappoint. They felt a tad tight to start out with but as I have a great pair of feet for the Flintstone's clan I kind of expect that. But they have stretched out a bit now and are conforming quite nicely to my feet. Love these shoes!

These are the most comfortable shoes I've worn in a year or so. Well padded and supported. I need wide and am actually pleased that these are wider than usual, since what I get is usually not as wide as stated.

I purchased the MW411 for price and fit but am very disappointed in durability. I have purchased three pairs of this model over a couple years and I always have the same problem with the souls coming apart after 70 days. Most shoes I've worm loose their support after a few months anyway, so I didn't fret too much about the souls. I'm sticking with New Balance for fit and comfort but moving on to another shoe model.

This is an extremely comfortable shoe. I was starting to have aches and pains from my previous shoes, and I felt better the minute I put these on. I needed an office-casual shoe for work, and these black shoes are just fine.

These shoes are perfect. I love Zappos. Able to exchange without shipping charge and they've always been reliable and quick. Consistent!

I am extremely pleased with the shoes that I purchased for my hubby for his birthday! They were a little expensive, but good things usually are. I know he will not need another pair for at least a year! Thanks Zappos!

When I wore out the first pair of these after 2 years and about 1500 miles, I ordered a replacement of the same. Now that a few more years have passed it's time for another (I think white this time). These shoes are very comfortable even with my high instep and give me great traction walking for exercise and enjoyment on the bike path or at the beach.

I bought these for my son for marching band. He is required to wear a solid white shoe (which is harder to find than you might think). These are well constructed. He reports that the are supportive and comfortable, even for a parade route that is several miles long.

I am very disappointed with these shoes. I wore them for one month and sections of the sole began falling off. They appeared to be glued on. They are terrible quality. This is the first pair of New Balances that I have had problems with.

After my husband was fitted with diabetic and they didn't fit after two tries, I ordered these. They come in extra wide and have a deeper toe box than the shoes the expert tried to fit him with. These are perfect and fit his foot very good. Will order again.

Nice shoes, very comfortable with very little arch (which is what I wanted). Had the shoes within 2 days, Zappos just got a new customer.

An excellent walking shoe. This is my second purchase of this shoe. Well made, comfortable and very good quality. Zappos did a very good job of packaging and getting the shoes to me quickly! Very pleased.

All New Balance Shoes with the SL-2 last are very comfortable. The 411 is best value for money of the group.

They fit well, and have a natural curvature just right for walking. I might order the black ones if I can't find my ol' favorite. The 677.

This shoe matches the contour of my feet as well as any shoe I have owned. In addition, the orthotic insert provides the right balancing for my feet. (I have been experiencing pain below one knee when wearing other shoes, and have no problems with these shoes.) I have only had the shoes for few days, so I cannot comment on durability.
