Very nice backpack but too small for a high schooler who needs to carry a laptop, textbooks, binders, and lunch.

I love this backpack! It’s perfect for travel, babysitting, and more. I got the barber green color. I love that it has a variety of pockets without having TOO many and it’s roomy without being TOO bulky.

Exactly what the kid wanted. Basic. Utilitarian. These last forever and look sophisticated (as much as a backpack can)

This is one great acquisition!????? It's a very strong and stylish bookbag. It holds very well and you can put alot of stuff in it. The leather bottom adds style to it. But If you're looking for a bag with extra space I recommend the Jansport Big Student Bag. But in all I recommend this bookbag to any & everyone ??.

I've used it for the past three years in high school and college and the only con about this backpack is if you get the lighter colors stains are much easier to see!

I love this pack back it's come in handy for over the winter months Because I use it when it rains so that I can put my purse inside and if I go shopping I have something to put my things into so that nothing will get wet and I absolutely love the color I had a jansport pack back in junior high and high school because it's the only pack back that my mom.would buy because she knew that it would last a very long time and it sure did thank jansport for making such amazing products

JanSport is the first and only backpack you will ever need. This lasted me through college, many hiking trips, and as a carry on bag for vacations. The leather bottom allows you to store as many books you can fit inside or are physically able to carry. I have had this backpack for over 25 years! I put the bag through the washing machine and it still looks new. All the stitching is still intact. All the zippers are still functional. As long as you can keep the zippers in working orders, I believe this will literally last a lifetime.

LOVE Jansport! Super rugged for your rough child while still be super fashionable!! I used the same model when I was young!! Only thing - if you're listening Jansport... please add one or two mesh pockets on outer bottom or somewhere - maybe in one of the front zip pockets to accommodate a water bottle!! This is our only caveat! Also - we had to exchange bec sea foam green looks turquoise- but, in person the color is very green!

Overall a great pack, thick and durable, but also minimal and stylish. Maybe I got a bad one, but I had a few mechanical issues with this backpack. For one, two of the suede zipper pulls fell off within the first two days of use! This isn't a big deal for me but it might bother others. Secondly, the zippers don't seem to be high quality, I've had the teeth come apart on the closed side of the zipper pull on more than one occasion, but it's an easy fix (just zip back to the end, tug on it a bit, then zip closed again) Overall, neither of these problems are big issues for me, and it's worth having an affordable, durable, and good looking backpack. I would recommend it.

I really do love this backpack. The only downside was that the front zipper broke within days of getting it. Not a huge problem since all of the other compartments are so big.

Bought it for my daughter, a sophomore. She loves the color and style, I love the durability. Has a lot of room for books, laptop, etc. but doesn't appear overly bulky!

I got this for my daughter who is starting high school. This is a quality made backpack. The color options are nice. It has 3 spacious pockets with a zipper. The suede leather bottom provides support for heavy books and belongings. There is a lap top slot that can hold up to a 15" laptop. The middle pocket has organizer to hold your phone, pens & pencils. The zipper pull has a nice leather tie. The adjustable straps have a thumb hold where you can easily pull to tighten the straps while wearing the backpack. This back pack should last her all through high school and possibly into college.

Very poor quality. Bought for my high school age daughter who loved the style and brand. The backpack developed a large hole in the bottom corner (suede part) in under 2 months. I have 4 kids and we've always bought LL Bean backpacks which are comparable in price (or a little less) and have lasted for many years going from middle to high school and even on to college. I thought Jansport was a quality brand but this purchase was a big mistake.

Wanted a backpack to match some luggage, this seemed like a good match. (color-wise). Made well but I wish I had sent it back before I used it. The only problem is the zippers: they are "covered" with an overflap, making it extremely difficult to open/close the zippers, especially on the curved sections. I need the bag for a trip, so I ended up trimming the overflap, thus allowing the zippers to move more freely. Also, the stitching is made with long stitches, should be much shorter for longer wear. Nice leather bottom but it is soft suede, no lugs on bottom - I don't think it will hold up long if put on concrete, etc. Too thin leather. Would not purchase this again. I would look for a pack with zippers not covered with a flap.

Great basic backpack. My 9th grade son got it and it's on the smaller side for him, but he likes it and uses it for high school. The padding on the straps seem a bit short for someone his size, he's about 5'7". I personally wish there was a water bottle pocket.

My high school daughter ordered this for her laptop. While it is a very fashionable backpack, it's very thin and does not provide any support or cushioning for her laptop. Don't get this if you're looking for a protective backpack for your computer.

Nice quality backback. Color is a lot darker that what is shown in the picture. If you a re looking for a true light beige this is not the one.

Love this bag. I was debating on whether to purchase a North Face or this bag due to the size and strength of my knowledge of North Face. However, I like the retro style of this Jansport and suede at bottom is so dope. Commuting in NYC on subways with my 19 month old toddler requires least amount of bags and this bag help to make my day smooth. If Zappos doesn't have it, then I don't want it. Thanks Zappos!
