This thing is great! Been saving for one for years and it was everything I've ever dreamed. I can make my own sauces, salsas, smoothies, anything! Comes with a measuring cup, too. Neato!

This Kitchenaid product is terrific! It liquefies soups and potatoes in a flash. The parts disassemble very easily so the blades can be washed. I use it frequently!

Very nice blender with a lot of power. 200 watt motor (had to call to find out, no in description). Works great for my morning protein shake with ice cubes! The only think I don't really like is that the removable part must be twisted on and off. My old Cuisinart (which I liked, but the shaft stripped out, may she rest in peace) had a simple button to release the blade shaft.

I like this tool and it works well, but there are two issues. It purées everything we give, so it is good. My issues are that it is strong, but because of the size of the motor, it s heavy. Also the blade area is hard to clean. It is difficult to get into the area, it is narrow and tight.

First of all I like KitchenAid products. They are always good quality and on top of it Zappos offers good price and free shipping.

I waited til this was on sale and grabbed it. I love it. I have used it to crush ice, mix potatoes, and stir a pitcher of a drink. mix eggs, even mixing cake batter. It is wonderful. very well made, I love I can buy attachments for it.

I purchased this 2-speed hand blender as a gift. It is very easy to use! (I own the 1-speed and love it) The overall design of this hand blender is what makes it so comfortable to hold when blending everything from chunky soup vegetables to fruit smoothie ingredients. The location of the power button is easy to use the speeds, plus turn on and off with one hand and it holds steady all while in blending mode. The electrical cord is extra long so you have the option of standing where you are comfortable cooking and not tethered to an electrical outlet. The lower section with blades at the end is easy to remove from the base handle. The blades are well protected under the dome section at the bottom without losing blending power! It also cleans up very well. This comes with a 3 measure cup with a cover. The recipient loves the flexibility to make a smoothie directly in the cup and to measure what they need. This product is reliable, a great design and user friendly!

Have not used all of its functions as of yet. Seems solid as a rock and quite powerful.

Purchased to replace another brand and am impressed with quality of product however cordless would be great.
