Have owned a pair for 4 years and wear them frequently. I love this shoe, and plan to buy another pair if they ever wear out. Some of the bumps on the sole have worn off, but the leather still looks nearly perfect. They're as comfortable as a hard sole shoe can be, beautiful, and durable. The rubber sole looks like leather, but handles water and snow far better. Aside from normal shines, they're maintenance free. The best dress shoe I have ever owned.

¡What an amazing shoe! Beautiful, stylish, with a hint of uniqueness thanks to its darker tip. The leather is durable, even in the worst weather, so the shoe doesn't lose that "new shoe" look that we all love. I use them with dark grey, dark blue, navy blue and light brown suits, and also with colourful, dotted socks. I recommend them for any person who enjoy the subtle details of formalware.

I love To Boot shoes and boots - along with Donald Pliner, my favorite shoes. I bought the Felix in Brown and my only initial reservation was the simplicity of the design. These shoes are well made and the leather is rich and soft. Obviously the leather creases some, but because of the quality, it does not overly crease (pronounced) like other leather, it wears very well. I am growing more pleased with the simple oxford style as I wear these shoes - subtle. Also, the sole's perforated design is very comfortable. I highly recommend the shoe.

Looks great. needed a shoe horn to easily slide on but once on were true to size. High quality materials and finish.

I bought these shoes 6 years ago and they are still my favorite. I have completely worn them out. A few months ago after wearing them for over 5 1/2 years I had the heels replaced. That’s how long they have lasted. Currently these do need to be replaced but they are so amazing. I get compliments on them all the time and they are so comfortable. Once Inwas in New york city and a few friends made fun of me for wearing dress shoes while walking on the streets. We made over 25,000 steps that day. Me in these shoes and my friends in tennis shoes. At the end of the day I was the only one that wasn’t complaining of sore feet. Best shoes ever.

The shoe looks awesome and it fit very well. Little to no breaking in needed. It is very comfortable and can be worn for long durations. I would recommend this shoe to anyone.

Spectacular shoe, leather quality is amazing. Hurt my feet for the first month of wearing but I am highly active in my dress shoes, lots of walking. After the month break in period...Wow...the most comfortable dress shoes I've ever owned. They are like walking on clouds once worn in, I can't stop recommending these shoes to people. I've owned Allen Edmonds, Charles Tyrwhiits, To Boot New Yorks and these are my favorite even when compared to $500 shoes. Design is simple but the photos don't do the quality justice until you see them in person. Buy these shoes. Guarantee you won't regret the cost, they're worth every penny. I've worn them for 2 years, 2-3 times a week for 8-10 hours shifts walking a lot and they are still in great shape. Creasing is minimal. As soon as I beat these up too much from construction job sites that I walk regularly, I'll be buying another pair.

These are really fashionable and I get a great deal of compliments whenever I wear them. Not a big fan of the creasing at the front of the foot and of the laces. The leather is a bit tough at first, however I've only worn them 4 times til date, so hopefully I just lit gets better over time.

These shoes are great. They fit comfortably right out of the box, they wear well, and they look great too. I was a little concerned about buying a shoe that didn't have a separate toe or wingtip style to help encourage the fold that develops to look right. However, if you think about a well made pair of boots, the fold that develops in them is fine. It is only with cheap shoes that are not well made that the folding is a problem. With these shoes, they must be very well made with good leather because they wear right. You'll love the look and the feel. I get compliments on them all the time.

Excellent quality! It's what you get when you buy To Boot products. Leather is really good and the color is fantastic. Styling is simple but elegant. Only complaint - if you can call it a complaint is that the shoe is slightly narrow.

Beautiful chocolate brown color. Goes with everything I own. Very comfortable, as I think they are a little on the wide side, but did not necessitate a size change for me(I am a 12). I tend to prefer synthetic soles, as I think they are more comfortable. I get compliments often, and after a couple wears they are so comfortable I could run a track meet in them if need be.

I bought these three weeks ago and they have been fantastic. They were comfortable and fit me perfectly from the first time I put them on. I didn't need to break them in. Expensive but very happy.

Thicker than average leather, but extremely soft and becomes more supple with wear. Easily the best shoes I have ever purchased, would highly recommend.

These shoes are well built, not immediately comfortable (as it always take some time to have quality shoes perfectly fitting). I usually wear size 9½ (in Allen Edmonds) and had to change these for a 9. After two weeks use, I would recommend these shoes.

I really wanted to love this shoe, but I made the mistake of purchasing a pair of Bruno Magli shoes as well. I have to say that the Brunos are much better and here is why: they are simply lighter and more supple. I feel the To Boots are just too stiff in comparison. Do yourself a favor and order both brands and then decide.

My husband bought these and is in love. He says they are very comfortable and look very stylish. The only drawback is that the toes scuff easily (like any good leather shoe) but they have some slight ombre coloring that, if scuffed cannot be fixed with traditional polish/buffing. The cobbler charged us about $50 to get them looking like they did before.

These are beautiful shoes: - The leather is supple and shiny. - The sole is nice and low. They might make good dancing shoes once thoroughly broken in (stiff at first). - The style is timeless. So why did they have to make a toebox a full one size too large? I know my shoe size very well - 44 Euro, 11 US. But while the width was good (perhaps a bit narrow), these shoes had a good 3/4 inch extra in the toebox for no reason! They had me awkwardly clomping around. A shame. I would like to try ordering a size smaller, but am gun shy now.

Beautiful shoe, nice and low... but totally too long! I ordered a size 44, which never fails me elsewhere. Big fat long empty toebox though.

These are beautiful shoes. Truly well-made and stylish. However, I gave them 3 stars because they look absolutely nothing like they do in the Zappos pictures. The pictures suggest that the shoe has a single dark-brown coloration throughout. In reality, the shoe is much, much lighter than pictured, and there is a different coloration on the toe of the shoe. It starts out with a darker brown color on the toe and gets lighter as you go back. If you want to see what the color of the To Boot New York Felix actually looks like, check out the pictures of the Magnanni Colo. All of that being said, Zappos has been fantastic. I was able to return the shoes very easily with free return shipping, and my money was refunded to my account within a week. I will definitely buy from Zappos again.

Good shoe in general, be warned though: the lack of tread on the heel makes it very slippery on wet pavement. I've ruined two pairs of suit pants on the way to work due to falling because of this issue.
