I have 5 pairs of different Magnanni shoes and wear them 4-5 times a week. Great quality and fit. The style is European and good looking. Keep in mind to order 1/2 size smaller.

Great style, I get complements on this shoe all week long. If you keep it polished and use trees at night then with normal wear they'll look almost vintage. Very comfortable (I'm 11.5) and I'm considering a 2nd pair to have for when I get the 1st reconditioned.

I have been buying Magnanni shoes for the past 7-8 years and am a big fan. Very high quality and style at reasonable prices compared to the top Italian brands. Made in Spain, not in China. I have had these for a couple weeks now and am pleased as always. Very stylish, firm but comfortable leather. Should wear well. Only caveat -- if you have a really wide foot this is probably not the brand for you. They used to offer their shoes in a wide (E) size but I haven't seen that for a few years. My foot is borderline wide and these fit fine but just barely.

The shoe is truly beautiful. You'll get great compliments on it. Great design, great leather. I'm a 28 year old professional and have paired these shoes with both dark jeans and a blazer to a very expensive suite to a tux. Very versatile. I've had a pair for two years and they are amazing. If your feet run a bit flat, you may need insoles...these guys don't provide much support.

Great looking shoe and I was really trying to force it to work. The issue for me was the higher cut--the top edges of the side jammed into my ankle bone. Tried an orthotic and that solved the ankle bone issue, but then my heel slipped when I walked. A slightly lower cut around the ankle and it'd have been a keeper!

As others have noted in the reviews, these shoes are brutal for probably the first ten times that you wear them. The leather is extremely stiff, which should lead to longevity, but also means the fit needs to be right. The toe box on these shoes is fairly long and has a great look to it. However, that length causes a lever action that results in a fold of the leather right above the base of the big toe. My big toe is larger than most people's and the leather has been fighting my bone there from day one. I was initially worried that I had the wrong size, but the rest of the shoe fits like a glove, I already ordered a half size down, and the ball of my foot is perfectly placed so I don't think that's the case. After a few rounds of polish, constant cedar shoe tree use, and a fair amount of teeth gritting, they are to a point where they can be used comfortably for the whole day. When cold, they are still rough, but they quickly warm up. They take a shine very well if you are looking for something to pull double duty as a formal shoe, as I was. My one complaint about the build quality overall is that the laces started to come apart after maybe 7 uses. Luckily, I had another pair on hand, but I would have expected a higher quality lace from a shoe that is made this well.

Very pretty oxford with a long toe. I thought it was a little too old school in design and it got returned. I typically wear an 8.5, and the 7.5 fit very well. Order a full size smaller.

These are nice shoes that were extremely comfortable right out of the box. They look amazing. Zappos customer service is also amazing. Would buy again!

Beautiful shoes, comfortable and light. I wear 10.5W or 11M as my feet are pretty wide in the top of my arch. I got the 11's here and they're comfortable.

I wear 10.5, or 11 if a shoe is narrow. I bought these in size 11 brown and they fit well. Others have said buy these smaller, but wasn't the case for me. I think these are really classy, handsome shoes. I wear them with suits and jeans, look great with both.

Was apprehensive at first, but glad I pulled the trigger. As the reviews stated, the leather is stiff at first but gets dramatically better in short time. The sleek look goes great with the modern styles of today & the shoe seems to be very well made. Look forward to having these for years to come. Also looking at the brown pair.

I absolutely love these shoes! They are comfortable and people have literally stopped me to say something about my shoes. I've just ordered the black version.

Best derby in its class if you're looking for a dressier version. I prefer it over To Boot's Felix. Hard leather helps to maintain the elegant lines that set it apart. Unfortunately, that same leather is a bear to break-in and creates deep creases. I have to use this opportunity to praise Zappos for their superior customer service and setting the bar for the online shopping experience.

Awesome stylish shoe. Fits true to form with nice height heel. Polishes up nice. A little expensive, but a quality shoe.

Extremely well made, compares favorably to the best out of Italy or Spain. Substantial yet supple calf skin leather requires a gentle break in period, expect it will bare a long life and will take and hold its polish very well. A very basic timeless and classic style that it made very very well, can wear with anything. Its clean simplicity allows it to be very adaptable to many purposes and styles. In summary As far as its style is whispers instead of shouts.

The Magnanni Colo was excruciating to wear the first two times. The leather is not flexible at all. I was literally limping from the pain. I left work to return home to change shoes on the first day. The second day I stuck it out and limped. I like the way the shoe looks. I will wear them a few more times to see if this is just a matter of breaking them in. After purchase, I would not advise anyone to plan on wearing this shoe an entire day unless you like pain.

These are great shoes with classic styling. I bought a second pair I liked them so much. The comments here are right about the sizing, however. I definitely would recommend going half to a full size smaller.

Overall I am very pleased with these shoes! I was a little concerned at first that the shoes were a little too tight and was going to be extremely uncomfortable to walk in. By the third day I had broken the shoes in enough that they were pretty comfortable. The shoes look great and I would definitely buy them again. I might recommend to go with the wide cut if you have normal feet. The extra room might go a long way as far as comfort.

Great looking shoe, very narrow - wear a 12 normally, got a pair of 11.5 as recommended but very narrow. Will probably get true size for next pair for width.

Was looking for a clean and sleek European style brown oxford. It's Italian and absolutely gorgeous with a beautiful patina on the tip. It's a bit brutal when breaking in for the first time and I would recommend a shoe horn as well. Worth every penny.

Sharp/Classy shoe, I normally wear size 8; however, I ended returning it for a size 7 1/2. I love the style and the look of the shoe. I have not worn it yet, but it looks like it will take a few wears before they are broken in. I can feel and see the craftsmanship of the shoe, it is definitely a shoe made in the normal country that everything else is made. Well worth my investment.
