Wow. I bought these after reading all the positive reviews. I've been looking for a comfortable high heel that is both professional and sexy. This totally fits the bill. I'm a size 5 and have had a lot of trouble finding a shoe that actually fits and feels comfortable out of the box. These arrived yesterday and after wearing these all day yesterday and today, I have to say that these are the most comfortable shoe I own. I'm at a standing desk and barely notice that I am wearing heels. Very cushioned in the toe box area. Doesn't squeeze my feet. Logging on now to buy another pair. Good price point, stylish and very comfortable.

Love this shoe! The perfect mix of style, comfort and affordability I was looking for. It's stylish with an elegant almond-shaped toe and has a very comfortable insole that make it a pleasure to wear all day at work (including short walks outside for lunch and coffee). I also ordered a similar Coach pump, which was arguably more stylish, but chose to go with this one at half the price. Company is also environmentally and socially conscious. Will definitely buy again!

I ordered the Corson Como "Del" beige patent leather pump hoping to find a good alternative the LK Bennett "Sledge" worn by Kate Middleton. For this much, the "Sledge" was horribly uncomfortable for my feet--a true 7.5 medium. In contrast, for the cost, the "Del" is extremely comfortable, well-made and just as elegant. The "Del" doesn't have the slight platform of the "Sledge" and the heel is lower. Still, the look is perfectly modern, sexy, yet appropriate for wear in the office. Highly recommend!

The most comfortable high heels you can imagine. Padding made it possible to wear these through a wedding reception where otherwise I'd have switched to flats. A little plain up front, but the great heal makes up for that.

Honestly one of the most comfortable high heels that I have ever worn. There is a ton of padding in these. I ordered half a size bigger than I normally do in heels because they were out of the size I usually order, and as I expected I had to use foot petals to keep my heel from slipping out at the heel. I do not mind at all because the foot petals add even more padding to already comfortable shoes. I also ordered them in wide because that was available, and why give your feet less room than there is available? The wides felt about the same width as my other shoes that are not wide. I love the color, they match everything. I will order these again when this pair wears out from lots of wear- which they are sure to get!

These are the most comfortable heels I have ever worn. They have a cushioned innersole that is like walking on a cloud. I normally wear an 8.5 I 99.9% of shoes but when these arrived they were too tight so I ordered the 9 and they fit perfectly. They are a great classic style as well. I got a lot of compliments on them.

I needed a pair of basic black pumps for my internship. I wanted something understated and not too tall (for all-day comfort and to avoid looking like I was wearing my "going out" shoes to work). I ordered these and an almost identical pair from Nine West. Corso Como Del won hands down! I am a true size 10 with a slightly wide foot at the toe area, and these are the first heels that have ever felt comfortable in the toe box! Seriously, slipping them on was a revelation. The insole is very cushy, too. By contrast, the Nine West shoes were not padded and much smaller in the toe area so that I had to really cram my feet in there. The only issue I have is that the edges of the shoes are a bit "sharp" and can get uncomfortable on my feet. My heels slip out a teeny bit when I walk, but I plan to fix that using adhesive pads. Other than that, this is a great basic pump for work!

I unexpectedly had to walk over a mile in these heels and I was AMAZED by how comfortable they were. At the end of my walk, I had the smallest blister on my little toe which could have been avoided if I had been wearing nylons. I plan on buying these shoes in multiple colors and hopefully Zappos keeps carrying them! The black is mate which looks very clean and professional.

Theis is probably the most comfortable pair of heels that I own and I have about 120 pairs ranging from Michael Kors, Coach, Kate Spade, Giani Bini, etc. I bought the nude patent ones to go with a navy dress for a Christmas party and they were perfect. Very classic and can be worn with so much. I was on my feet from 6:00 PM to 1:30 AM and could not even tell that I had heels on. They come up high enough to cover the toes, so there is not the toe cleavage we all dread and the heel is high enough that it makes the shoes very feminine, but is not so high that you regret wearing them after only a couple of hours. These are great shoes, that I highly recommend!

Really liked these shoes at first... they were more comfortable than most heels, but unfortunately the leather started buckling along the top after the first time I wore them. These shoes should last more than one wedding... very disappointed in the quality.

Perfect for dressing up or dressing down. I've been looking for a patent leather pump that's nude...this shoe fits the bill, and what's even better I received them in 2 days!! Just in time for a special event. Who needs to deal with the crowds at a department store when you can shop in the comfort from home with Zappos.

Very comfortable and a great option for a classic black heel. Definitely the most comfortable pumps I own.

Went to Nordstrom first to try them on and verify my size. When they arrived, they were a little too tight. But, after about a week of wincing through, they have stretched out and about pretty much perfect. The one thing I notice is that the cushy footpad slips out of the shoe as I take my foot out. So, it is removeable for those that don't want it, which is good. And, I have to bring up the really cushy and supportive footbed. I am not one used to wearing 3 inch heels, but all the extra padding makes walking in these shoes easy. And of course, they're gorgeous, classy and sexy.

This shoe is remarkably comfortable for a pump. I wore them two days in a row after I got them, and my feet felt fine at the end of day two. I'm quite fair skinned, so the color is slightly darker than my skin tone, but it's still a great nude pump. I'm going to get a lot of use and wear out of these and would definitely consider buying them in another color also.

Looks painful, doesn't it? Probably one of the most comfortable pair of heels I own. Lightly padded on the inside and the fit of the shoe hits all the right places. Usually, the cut of shoe digs into my foot. Not the case with this one. It is my go to shoe -- makes my legs look longer!

Gorgeous shoe, and actually pretty comfortable, too. The color, Marine Crackle, is a bit more gold-toned than it looks in the photos, depending on the light. It's a somewhat silvery-gold metallic, and the crackle finish is stylish.

While I like these shoes, and they are comfortable, I was disappointed the stitching came undone already. I have only worn them twice to work. For this price point I would expect higher quality.

I've been searching endlessly for a comfortable pair of neutral patent pumps with no luck. These are tight around the toes even in a wide. The closest I've come is a fairly comfortable pair of Geox pumps but in leather not patent. Thank you Zappos for making it easy to keep trying.

The pitch on this shoe will jack your back up but look great and otherwise comfortable if wearing for short period of time.

Cute shoes but they ran a size small.

Perfect pair of nude heels. I don’t wear heels very often and I needed a nude pair that aren’t too high. The heel height on this is perfect as it’s not too low or too high. Also a plus that the insoles are padded and don’t hurt the balls of my feet like MOST high heels over 3.5”. I have narrow feet so the fit is perfect for me- not too loose and not too tight. If you have wide feet, this shoe is not for you as the shoe is snug, especially in the toe box area. Will be ordering the black patent as well. I recommend!

These shoes are amazing. I have a narrow heel and the shoe's heel hugs my foot like a cloudy dream, The best part is the signature CC cushioned footbed. The most amazing work shoe!

Right out of the box, these fit like a dream! I'm a 7.5, ordered a 7.5 and they were perfect! Would love to see a nude non-patent on Zappos! Love love!!

This is a pretty shoe and has what looks to be great padding in the footbed. I was hoping, because of the rounded toe, that they would be comfortable. I think for most women they will be, but I have a little toe that has undergone surgery, and for some reason, there was too much pressure against that toe. Going a size up was not an option because I would slide out of them. I was sorry to have to return them. The heel is a perfect height for me and is nicely shaped.
