Super comfortable. They look tattered to begin with. A few days after I got them my friend said, you need some new shoes. So don't get these if you like your shoes nice and polished. I just want to say again... REALLY COMFORTABLE. Make sure you buy the right size so that your foot is snug inside because the laces loosen easily while your walking along. That's the only bad part, actually. Love the shoes.

Now I love this shoe with all my heart; seriously. The fit is great, it's canvas so it stretches, the arch support is limited, but again it's a low shoe, it's really not meant for strenuous days, more so leisure based ones. My first pair was the grey earthkeepers, which I still wear and am in love with; albeit that they get dirty quickly, and smell (without proper care, due to the canvas). I also own a blue pair, now I really was hoping the blue would fade a little bit, because it looks duller than it actually is in the stock image. I like them regardless, but the blue is so denim-like that it's hard to wear with jeans, unless they're grey. However, besides that, I really do love these shoes and the style is so modern, it's minimalist, but looks great with anything, I seriously get compliments on them all the time. Well worth the price tag.

This shoe is reasonably comfortable. I wear them without socks, so sweat can be a factor because they do not breathe well. I have wide feet, but they fit well, so if you normally fit a medium these might be a little too wide.

I don't know about the shoe cause I had to return it without wearing -- it was definitely too small, maybe a half size to a full size.

Snazzy shoes...look good as summer boat shoes. AKA with shorts. Not sure how they look with jeans but I imagine good as well because the color is nice with denim. Comfy and roomy. And they've got some bulk/weight to them which I suppose makes them more durable.

I really like this shoe. First off it is really comfortable and has enough cushioning and support for a moderate amount of walking. Secondly, I really like the quality of the shoe. All other canvas shoes I have had in the past have started falling apart within the first 4 months. This shoe is still going strong (although it is very dirty). The only drawback is that the laces come undone sometimes. The style of the shoe is definitely unique. I personally like it.

Very comfortable. I like the feel of the canvas material and the shoes are great for just a casual laid back day, although I wear them to school a lot where I do lots of walking and they still feel really nice on my feet.

I really enjoy wearing these as casual shoes. I wear them comfortably with or without socks. They look and feel great!

This shoe looks great and usually gets me a few compliments whenever I wear them. There is minimal support with these, however, so I wouldn't plan on taking any really long walks when wearing them. As with all Timberland shoes, I always order a half size down from my normal shoe size and they fit fine.

I've worn these for over a year and still love them. Great look and very comfortable as far as sockless shoes go.

This is an overall great shoe. The construction is top notch, the design is simple, and the comfort isn't too bad. I say that because the cushioning provided at the tongue area isn't much, so it took my foot about a week or so to adjust to it. After that, they were great. Pretty good comfort, built well and overall just a great shoe.

I absolutely love this shoe. Extremely lightweight and comfortable, but still has good support. Looks great with jeans and shorts.

One of my favorite pairs of shoes I've ever owned. Really well made, looks casual yet classy. Works with shorts or pants. Completely worth it.

Great shoe! Purchased a couple months ago, and so far they have been my most comfortable shoes. The laces can come untied pretty easily if not tied properly but that hasn't been much of a problem. The soles are really grippy. The upper and all stitchin are holding together great. They still look new eve after a few light hikes in the woods. Great shoe overall, I highly recommend. I normally wear an 8 but got these in a 7.5, would defintely recommend going down a halfsize as the shoe can be kind of loose.

I got the blue ones and find them to be casually stylish and unique looking. They don't supply a lot of arch support and the mid-sole is quite firm but brisk 1 hour walks on concrete haven't lead to any foot problems. Mine stay tied and haven't shown wear on outer edges of the sole which can be a problem for me.

What a great pair of casual shoes! Took the review advice and ordered 1/2 size larger, perfect fit.Put them on wore them the entire day, they are my favorite pair of shoes. Thank you Zappos your delivery was lightning fast!

I really adore this shoe for its comfort. I bought it as a semi-fashionable shoe for use in Europe (walking shoe that looks nice) and it works great. I have been walking several miles a day in this shoe and my feet have not really hurt, which is great because I have low arches. My only problem with the shoe is that it gets dirty very easily, so it now looks months old when it really is only weeks old.

Some earlier reviews recommended that you order one size up. I did this and got stuck with oversized shoes. My advice: Order whatever size you'd typically order.

Way legit. These are like a new version boat shoe with canvas top. Very chill and have a nice island feel to them. They are very small order 1/2 size larger. Stylin'.

These shoes are wonderful! Perfect for people who are fashion aware but at the same time walk plenty. I bought these for my trip to Europe coming up and so far they have not disappointed me. The width is a bit tight for me, but probably because I'm used to wearing shoes larger than my actual size.

Well crafted, nice looking shoes, goes great with either pants, jeans or shorts. Snug fit at first, but not tight. Softens after wearing. Overall comfortable out of the box.

I bought these for my 14 year old son. He loves them. They are very comfortable, and in the blue canvas color they do not call attention to his very big feet (10½!). He has worn them often in the last 2½ months, so there is wear on the rubber sole, but he is hard on shoes so that does not surprise me. I am disappointed in the laces. They seem to stay tied but are frayed up to 3½" from the ends, so I'm now having to replace them. I mean, really, when was the last time anyone has had to replace casual shoelaces before the shoes wore out? And buying shoelaces is not as easy as it may seem if you have have canvas shoes you are trying to match color on. So, I think these shoes should be priced a bit lower. But they get bonus points for being canvas and not stinking to high heaven yet.

The Good: Stylish. Cloth is very very soft (don't need to wear socks). Built well. The Bad: Could use more arch support. Not very athletic build - These are fine if you're walking around and once they're broken in they get better but it's not something you could play a game of pick up soccer in. Less of an all purpose sneaker and more of a stylin' walkin' downtown shoe.

These are probably my least fav shoes bought off of Zappos. Run half size large. Minimal cushion. In my opinion not worth the money. I would've sent them back had I not ripped off a couple tags before even trying them on like an idiot. Zappos rocks...however, these shoes don't!
