This is the best arch support you can get in a full-size soft-cushion insert, and they last a long, long time. Note for women: these say they are equal to women's size, but they really are made for a man's shoe, unless you have a really big wide foot. Be prepared to have to trim with scissors, and they are probably not going to fit in your shoe if you have a narrow shoe. I have a size 8.5 M shoe size but had to trim these. Have bought before, this is my 4th pair, and use them in all my boots and in Asics running shoes which run a bit wide.

These literally made me laugh out loud when I put them in my shoes for the first time. It's like walking barefoot on foamy linoleum with a mini-marshmallow touching your arch. The "arch support" is so small, focused on a tiny area of your arch, that it's impossible for me to feel any support from these. These might work for someone with flat/fallen arches, but not for me. I returned them and am going to try SuperFeet's Berry Insole next.

Very good arch support, especially if there is not a lot of spare room in your shoes.

Wonderful insole better then the cheap Dr. Scholls and for the same price. They were suggested by my podiatrist as a cheaper alternative to orthotics. I have fallen arches and I am a baker so I stand on my feet for 15 hours in sneakers and these things made a world of difference. Thy hurt for the first few days but t feet soon learned to love them.

Finally an insole that works for me! I tried many many kinds, all were either too hard and stiff or too high of an arch. I have flat feet, back and hip issues, these insoles are soft yet firm and give my arches just the right amount of support! My feet, back and hip are sooo happy! Love love love these!!

I bought these to use as a replacement for the top cover on my arch supports. I cut the destroyed flappy part off and needed some thin cushioning for the balls of the feet. it worked out well. this is hard to describe so ill let the pictures speak for themselves

These are THE best for arch support. I've been using these for decades. Worth every penny. They last for years (and years). They are easy to trim with scissors if needed. I've tried a few other brands but have some back to Spenco. The 3/4 length is great, too.

I purchased these to help alleviate leg pain due to pronation. Combined with some physical therapy, I am back to normal. Surely beats spending hundreds on custom orthotics.

I've been a longtime fan of Spenco and was really hoping these insoles would make my hiking boots feel better - and they did! They have just enough arch support and that cushiony softness that breathes life into tired feet. They made a huge difference. Just got back from a big hiking trip and was psyched to have these. (I also ordered the PolySorb Cross Trainer - and they took up a lot more room in the boot but otherwise are also soft and supportive. I ended up returning those.) Size 2 fit perfect in my 7.5 La Sportiva boots. Photo was taken while drying boots and insoles out - and after a delightfully chilly swim in a fjord.

OMG! These insoles are wonderful! Great cushioning and support. I have flat and very wide feet and these feel amazing. To quote a line from Ray Bradbury's chapter "The Sound of Summer Running" in his moving and evocative novel about the the summer of 1928, "Dandelion Wine", they feel like "menthol on your feet."

I have been using this particular Spenco for nearly 20 years. When I buy new shoes, the first thing I do it to replace the included sole liners with these. They are like always walking on a carpet. The cushioning is very comfortable, and the cloth (green) top stops my foot sliding around in the shoe, and my feet sweat much less than with other non-breathable liners. Finally, the small arch support really helps (I have very flat feet), but doesn't give me cramps or pain like every orthotic I've ever tried. They also last "forever". They always outlast my shoes.

Have used these at the recommendation of my orthopedic doctor. Shoes are made cheaply with little or no arch support. These are perfect and can be removed to other shoes.

Got these for my 71 year old mother who has high arches and had seen a Podiatrist in the past who diagnosed her with some long "P" word foot disease. The arches he provided to her were okay for a while, but have worn out over time and I got these for her and she absolutely loves them! I have purchased a total of 3 sets for her to wear in all of her shoes. Highly recommend these to anyone who needs "comfortable/supportive" arch support!

I really wanted these to work, but they are nowhere near the same Spenco insole that I purchased years ago. I have arches that are on the high side, but not super high. This is like having a hard ball right under my arch. My old Spenco was soft and offered much more support for my higher-than-average arches. The newer model was much lower and the difference was quite noticeable when I placed them side-by-side. They do run long. I wear a size 9 shoe and the Ladies 7/8 was perfect. They are slightly wide, but were perfect for me.

These are great insoles. I have foot surgery on both of my feet and appreciate the extra padding that it gave to many of my shoes.

Love these! I have very high arches and spend a lot of time walking and moving at work. I use these in my work shoes. (Dansko Clogs) They provide excellent arch support and a nice cushion too. These make my waitressing feet very happy! Ive been using them for years.

I use to work for the company Spenco which was in Waco, they made the insoles in a factory behind the offices, I acquired many insoles as they were put on the market, they were awesome. But they closed down and move the factory to China, not as good as it was since made in the USA.

I wear a size 12 narrow in women's New Balance. The Spenco women's 11/12 was a perfect fit, with no modifications needed. The cushioning is better than what came with my New Balance shoes. The only issue is the arch support. It feels like it's in the wrong place - it's not centered in my arch area, it's somewhat back towards the heel.

Very thin and flimsy had a difficult time to get inside of my work shoes. Was like I had nothing when I tried on, my insoles from amazon was much better! I don’t recommend this product and will be returning mine.

I've been wearing Spenco inserts for years. I have Planters Fasciitis and was advised by my doctor to wear them. I've tried other inserts and Spenco inserts always have worked the best.
