I've used Spenco's brand insoles in years past and find myself coming back to them every now and then. I also use Superfeet insoles. I switch off depending on what shoes I'm wearing or what new shoes I've bought. So Spencos are pretty thick and provide a lot of cushioning power. You will feel like you are walking on pillows. But they are thick! So if you don't have a lot of room in your shoes or don't like the idea of loosening your laces to add some extra room, then these are not for you. If you have average feet and find room in your shoes to not be a big deal, but you still need some extra support because you walk or run a lot, then give these a try. They work for me especially when my shoes become a little older but I'd like to keep them. These help add some extra life.

These are very uncomfortable. The raised part in the middle of the forefoot makes my feet burn and the entire insole seems harder than the green ones that I have been using for years. The bottoms of my feet feel swollen after wearing shoes with these in them. They are getting thrown out. I just ordered more of the green ones. They were a waste of money.

This product was recommended by my orthopedic surgeon as a solution to my slight over pronation that resulted in runner's knee. OMG!!! I've replaced ALL of my insoles with these. I also found out that Spenco offers a lifetime replacement on this product.

I love these insoles provided that the shoes are big enough for this bulky insole. It is not squishy like the gel insoles ie. Cross Trainer, but they well are cushioned.

This Walker/Runner insole feels better in the arch area than their Cross Trainer insole. The heel & forefoot are incredibly cushy/bouncy, not mushy, and the arch pad isn't too fat underneath the feet.

Inserts work well in my everyday running shoes. They are a good replacement for the original insoles and comfortable for a variety of activities. Zappos' one day delivery on items is also great as you can get the shoes/insoles/clothing that you need very fast and at a fair price.

I feel so much better after a day in these. Either being on my feet at work or working out at the gym, I can feel the difference in my shins and knees. Only negative, sometimes they are too think to fit into dress shoes, leaving you with no room in the toe box.

My husband and I love these inserts. I use a men's size due to wearing an 11 size shoe. They are soft (I returned the women's that were much harder on my feet) and very comfortable. Good arch support. Routinely take out inserts in new athletic shoes and use these. You won't be disappointed.

These inserts are terrific. I use them to extend the life of my running shoes (don't run in them, just walk), also I put them in my inexpensive hiking shoes to make them more comfortable.

They did not work with the first shoe purchased but when a second shoe was bought they worked really well. Many of my co-workers complained about feeling pain in their feet because of all the walking, bending, and lifting that we do during the hours of work. Adding these as an extra layer of insole was my secret to being very comfortable and not experiencing pain.
