These insoles are very cushy, but, the arch support was insufficient. I prefer the Spenco Walker/Runner when the shoes have room for the bulkier insole.

The best insole, period. I have plantar fasciitis but with these there is no discomfort even when standing for hours, or during hard workouts.

Initially comfortable, but the yellow foam began to disintegrate after a week. I would expect more than a weeks use before they fall apart.

I have purchased these several times. I have foot problems; the balls of my feet hurt without these insoles and I have the type of feet where they like to slide forward whenever I walk. These are the most comfortable insoles and they last a really long time. I completely recommend them five stars overall for comfort and style :)

The Spenco Polysorb Cross Trainer Insole was recommended by my foot doctor. I receive the best price for them at Zappos.com and they were shipped real fast.

I love these inserts and have not been able to find them in the store that I used to buy them, so did a search for them online. Found them through Zappos. Their service was quick and quality. Thank you, Zappos!

I have flat feet so I need the extra support when I work out. These are very comfortable, and fit easily into my cross trainers.

These are great insoles. I have a bad case of Plantar fascitis and it is one of the few things that give me great comfort. I wear a 6.5 but found the 5-6 to fit me perfectly.

I dance barefoot on hardwood floors and developed tendinitis in my right foot. The pain is indescribable. I got these and wore them in jazz dance shoes (which have no arch support) and the arch support and low heel lift were all I needed. I just danced all weekend (two hours in a stretch) and I have minor soreness and no foot pain. They are really so fantastic that I am ordering two more.

I discovered these about 5 years ago and I can honestly say they are the best thing that ever happened to my feet. This pair is for my husband and he totally agrees me. I have 4 pairs of them for myself.

I have 2 pairs of this style and I love them. I buy larger size shoes to accommodate the Spenco inserts. Great for older feet that need more cushioning. They last forever too. You can wash them in the washing machine.

My podiatrist recommended I get these insoles for my plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis. They provide excellent support and fit very nicely into a variety of shoes. They are comfortable for walking and long bouts of standing.

This is an excellent product which is sometimes difficult to find in stores. I rely on this product to keep from getting backaches. So, I was really happy to find them at Zappos. Zappos' customer service and delivery time was flawless.
Also, their price was perhaps a tad lower than I have paid in the past at brick and mortar stores.
10 thumbs up.

I really liked these, but ultimately returned them because they are quite thick and took up a lot of space in my hiking boots. They have great arch support and are springy soft, but the Spenco RX Full Arch Cushion Insole fit much better in the boots - those are thinner overall, especially in the heel. I ordered both and kept the one that fit better, and I appreciate the ability to do that, thank you Zappos!
The cross trainer insole would work well if you are replacing an insole that is already quite thick - or, I suppose, if you wanted to take up room in your shoes and/or elevate your heel.
Size 2 is a good fit for my 7.5 shoes.

These are larger (longer and wider) than other brands of same-sized inserts. I frankly didn’t want to bother returning them so I decided to cut them down with scissors, which almost turned out to be a bad idea b/c of the dense plastic arch support. They’ve worked out well in my Vans, as they’ve eliminated both ankle-slipping and stinky summer feet. Will probably not buy again though because of sizing.

Thin floppy foam with slick spandex fabric on top. Not what I needed - not much support, just a thin cushion.

I have hypermobility and thus very flexible feet, so I've been having trouble with arch pain, heel pain, and ball of foot pain (sesamoiditis). My arches are pretty low and I have Morton's toe (short big toe, bulges a little to the side). In the hopes of avoiding $400 custom insoles, I ordered five pairs of orthotic inserts to compare at once. I specifically needed metatarsal support in addition to arch support and cushioning. Previously tried inserts included the green Superfeet (horribly hard on my arches), Powerstep original (ok, no cushioning in ball of foot), and Prothotics Motion Control (great in my hiking boots, too thick otherwise).
-Vionic Orthaheel Oh Shock Absorber
This insert had a moderately high arch--ok, but a little high for me. Some support for the metatarsals but it comes in at a weird angle.
-Vionic Orthaheel Dress Slim fit
I chose this insert for a dress shoe, but the ball of foot pad conflicted with an existing pad in the dress shoes. Otherwise, good arch support and ball of foot cushioning.
-Spenco Polysorb Crosstrainer (recommended by my Podiatrist)
The heel cushion in these was so thick that I couldn't get my foot into the shoe securely--even in my tennis shoes, my heel was far too high in the shoe and kept sliding out, even with the laces tied tightly.
-Spenco Total Support for Her
I decided to go with these, but the pair that Zappos sent was dirty, as though someone had clearly worn them with filthy feet. Thankfully Zappos is exchanging, but this is kinda lame. I chose these because of the low, firm arch support and cushioning in the forefoot. There is a metatarsal pad, but it's not huge so I don't notice it. One question is whether it allows my big toe to flex enough during walking. When I make a conscious effort at it, it's better--maybe have to break them in a little?
-Aetrex Lynco Casual Women's 625 (from Amazon since Zappos doesn't carry this)
The metatarsal support in these was so high that I felt like I was walking on an egg. Something about the material didn't give enough and was causing nerve pain in my arch.

Unfortunately I only wore them one time. I was on a 5 mile hike and came back with horrible blisters. Big waste of money on these! I would have given 0 stars if I could.

As usual, the Spenco Insoles fit perfectly in my shoes and give me great comfort and reduce impact during my jogs/runs.

These saved me from donating a pair of new sneakers that didn’t have enough cushion! My shoes are now comfortable for me to do my daily walks in!
