These shoes are adorable, but tiny. I am usually a 7.5, but I couldn't even get my foot into the shoe. I am going to reorder, but like a full size up.

These are very cute. I wish they would work for me. I am technically a 7 or 7½WW but I frequently order 8WW to accommodate my foot issues. These 8WW Fitzwells are properly sized but just not good for my feet. My ugly fourth toe shows a bit and I cannot have that with my situation. My bunion is too big for it too. Unfortunately I had to return them. If my feet were more normal, these would be such perfect shoes for me.

Shoe was too small. Very cute, but flats are supposed to be comfortable. Despite the excellent arch support, I had to return them because they scrunch my toes.

This is a very cute shoe; however, I ordered in my regular size and I don't think it would fit unless I ordered at least two sizes larger.

Just not comfortable. Really hard material that's not easy to break in. The right shoe gives off a very unfortunate squeak too.

These shoes are really cute, but they definitely should be removed from the Comfort category. They hurt the top of my feet. Ouch!

This shoe has absolutely zero support. It feels like you are walking on concrete. Yet are a nice style but I cannot wear them for a long period of time and forget distance walking in these!

I really wanted to like these. They are super cute in person! (I bought the purple suede.) First, they are just a 1/2 size too small. I normally wear an 8w in most shoes, some flats I need an 8ww. These 8ww were just crammed my toes, I feel an 8.5ww would have done the trick & maybe left room for me to put a gel insole in. Most flats don't have arch support, so I was expecting that. Flats that do support are usually "granny-looking". I was going to get the 8.5ww, but I didn't want to spend the money if the suede was going to wear off like other reviewers said. I may just to see, if I do, I'll update my review

This shoe is really cute. Unfortunately, even in a Wide, there were so many places that my toes felt cramped shortly after trying it on that it was returned.

These shoes run short, are stiff, and smell terrible. The shoe is cute, I ordered the red color and it is very bright. I ordered these in an 11W, I have a wide but short foot with a high instep. In a truly wide shoe, I often wear a 10, so I know these are a bit shorter than a normal 11. I did like the way the opening of the shoe was cut, some flats make my wide feet look way wider, these did not do that. Unfortunately, they are too short for me and smell strongly of chemicals.

I love these shoes and wear them to church. I should have returned them and gotten a half size larger. Because I didn't I can't wear them longer than 2-3 hours.

Love the look, but it's too big. Length okay, but the shoe heel and width very loose. Had to send back

I'd previously ordered a flat in size 9-1/2W, which was too short. So this time I ordered the 10W. This shoe just didn't fit well, despite the brand name. My toes felt cramped, even thought 9 or 9 1/2 is my normal size.

I felt like these shoes were mis-marked. They seemed to be a whole size smaller than they claimed to be. Otherwise, they were adorable, and looked like if they had fit, they would be very comfortable.

I ordered 8 pairs of WW shoes in this brand and they are ALL weirdly narrow in the toe area. I am only 30 years old and I could not even wear these shoes walking around the living room let alone all day. It is werid because they seemed wide enough in the step part of the shoe and big enough but the toe are just pinches on all of them. Not a fan.

When you buy the wide width (W or WW), they are on a medium width size sole, so the shoe fit feels off.

These are beautiful little shoes that cannot be worn. What a disappointment. The toe box was much too small. I should have considered the other reviews. There is a good reason that these shoes only average three stars.

I ordered two pair of this brand. One fit great, but this pair was short and had to be returned.

I have tiny feet (4 1/2) and even though they fit, the heel rubs the wrong way and makes them very painful to walk in. Very disappointed.

I thought the shoes were really cute and when still brand new, the were comfortable. I live in an area where I walk around all the time. These shoes are not designed for more than a casual stroll in an office building. The leather scuffs immediately and after a few months of wearing the shoes, the fabric of the heel began to split away from the sole. The sole itself began to come apart as well. Because the leather is so weak, it does not maintain its shape too well so they became very loose feeling over time. The heel cushion in the shoe literally wore away. I haven't had this happen to other shoes I've owned for years.

I am so disappointed! I read the reviews, saw that they run narrow and bought a WW which worked. But the shoes are stiff and the toes are lifted up. My toes do not want to be lifted up. I am sad as they are cute.

These run a little small, but that had no factor into my 1 star. You might as well just go barefoot & save your money on these because you are just going to take them off after a few minutes anyways. The top of the inside of these dug into my big toes toenail so bad that it felt like something hard and heavy was pinching it. I've never had a shoe do this before. Second, the quality on these is poor. The inside sole was not glued down all the way. These were returned right away!
