I love this bag - it is so functional and fun. I constantly get compliments on it, this only confirms how good it is!

I got this bag as a gift in faded aluminum (grey) and love it. It is very versatile in that you can wear it over the shoulder, cross body, or hold in your arm. I do not own any black purses and the grey is very neutral and goes with almost anything. The only downside of this bag is that it is somewhat smaller than I am used to. I still can fit a cosmetic bag, my huge hobo Lauren wallet, sunglasses, lotion, etc. I get lots of complements on this bag wherever I go.

I've had this bag for two years and I absolutely love the style. It's big enough to carry everything that I need for work but not so big that I can't bring it out at night. I've honestly used it nearly every day since I've owned it. However, the quality is really lacking. A few months ago the edge of the top handle started cracking. Not a huge deal, but it makes it look kind of cheap. And last weekend, the crossbody strap broke. I guess you might be able to chalk this up to heavy usage, but a bag at this price point should hold up longer than two years.

Best purse I have ever bought. I love the soft leather and the Marc Jacob lining. The two different types of handles are awesome. This will be your favorite purse.

I picked this bag out as a gift to myself for Christmas and I love it! It's not too big and not too small. I love that I can use the handle or shoulder strap to make it cross-over.

Love this bag! I've been eyeing it for over a year and once it went on sale I didn't hesitate to buy it for myself! I love how versatile it is with the two straps and how much space you have to put all of your necessities plus more. I love the colors they come in too. I got the oyster color and it goes great with everything.

This is an awesome bag! I needed another cross-body (okay, I didn't need, but wanted!) bag. This one is great and an awesome size.

I bought this bag in cinnamon, a cognac color that looks good with black, brown or navy. It will also look good in the spring with khakis and whites. It's a nice size, it holds my long wallet, cosmetic bag, sunglasses and cell phone. It's also not too heavy. I like the versatile style, I can wear it on my arm, over my shoulder or crossbody, the strap is long enough. I'm happy with my purchase, it will be a good everyday bag for me.

Pay attention to the length of the strap. I'm 5'9" and the strap is too short to wear cross-body. Probably fine for a shorter person but doesn't work for me. I'm keeping the bag, because it's lovely, but now I'll need another black bag for the times when I want/need a cross-body (such as when traveling).

I actually wonder if the purse i received from Zappos is authentic Marc Jacobs. I have owned this exact purse for a couple of years that I purchased at Nordstroms, and after lots of wear and tear the strap attachment wore out. I loved it so much that I ordered another one from Zappos. When it came there were some differences that made me question its authenticity, and I am sending it back because the strap isnt long enough to be worn across body! This has been the most amazing purse I've ever owned, but the new one is either not real or made at a different factory or something. Not sure it's worth the money the second time around. I love Zappos though and order anything I can from because of the easy return policy and customer service!
