I got these for my husband and these are totally on trend with the wingtips and the cognac brown color. He's a size 12 and the 12 fit him perfectly! He says they're comfortable and I figure it's the air soles. Great buy!

These are the first shoes I ever bought that didn't require a lengthy, and painful break in period. From the initial slip on of the shoe, I was able to wear them for hours comfortably. As a result, I went back online and bought a brown pair with the same outstanding results.

I got these from Zappos the usual great service. Be sure to size down! - Great shoes. The British Tan look so much better in person than the website. Got a matching Allen Edmonds belt. Look great with suit and jeans! Must own!

For more than 20 years I got the same oxford style handmade dark brown shoes from the Dutch brand van Lier. Unfortunately they don't make my shoe anymore and I need to switch brands, which is a big deal for me. I considered Allen Edmonds, but decided on Cole Haan size 10/ EE 9wide) So far no regrets. Shoes are comfortable and I hope I 'll get as many years out of them as my van Lier's.

I had been eyeballing these shoes for 6 months before I made the decision in buying them. They are absolutely beautiful! My only minor issue was the actual tone of the British tan, it's much lighter than the photo on display. Either way I love them!

I ordered the British Tan and it has become my absolute favorite shoe; it is beautifully made, incredibly comfortable and lightweight, and unlike many higher end shoes, this one was comfortable from the moment I put it on - instantly broken in and better every time. It looks far better than pictured online, and feels amazing to wear. Of all the shoes I own this one has climbed to the top of my list and it will last a long time. So, if you're on the fence, get off it and buy these - they're top notch and you'll be pleased.

Excellent, the comfort level matches the style. Usually you have to sacrifice comfort for style and with these you get the best of both worlds...matched them with a navy blue suit and everyone loved them, compliments nonstop left to right - definitely a great purchase. Thanks Zappos.

Great style for the money. These shoes run a little narrow but are otherwise true to size. The leather is a nice, rich tan with medium gloss -- less so than the picture above. It will take about a week to break in; however, it's worth it, because they feel great once the leather molds to your foot. Looks amazing with navy blue or grey slacks.

Very beautiful style and comfortable. It fits so perfect. Made of good material and nice construction. I love it.

This is my 5th pair of Cole Haans and probably now my favorite. It's classy and versatile. You can incorporate into most attire. It's super comfortable and ready to wear straight out of the box!

Great shoe! Although I would get the Cole Haan Harrison belt in Woodbury. The Madison British Tan belt doesnt match suprisingly.

I bought these for my boyfriend to wear to a summer wedding. The style looks so good in person. You can tell they're really good quality shoes. These were by far the most comfortable and best looking brown oxfords we came across. Without any break in time, he danced all night at the wedding and walked away with only a tiny blister. Note He's usually an 8.5, but we ended up going all the way down to a 7.5 in these!

I love these shoes. Purchased the British Tan on 6/23/13 and while they do need a little breaking in, as do all fine leather shoes (bear with them), they are comfortable, stylish and I have received a lot of compliments and questions on where I got them. As another reviewer has pointed out, the Cole Haan Madison belt does not match. Pity yes, but I just purchased the Carter and Harrison belts and they appear (in picture) to be much closer to the color of leather in the Air Madison British Tan shoe. So, if you're looking to match with a belt, definitely go with those two and I've solved your matching belt problem. :)

Bought these in black, then returned for brown. They are super comfortable(right out of the box) and have a nice classic style to them. The grip on the bottom of the shoe really helps. They are a little pricier than other dress shoes, but these will really hold up.

These are a great pair of shoes that will really make you stand out at the office. They have an old-school look but the Nike technology built in makes them comfortable enough to walk around the city all day.

This is a great and stylish shoe. My only complaint is that it does take some time to break in, especially in the heel. Other shoes have been comfortable from the start, but they lack the style of these. Aside from that, I can stand in these shoes all day long once I broke them in. They seem durable and should last a long time. They fit true to size.

These wingtips inject a little bit of style into your standard dress shoe. They look great dressed up or down. You can adorn yourself with a suit or just thrown on a pair of cords and a sport coat. They're much more interesting than a pair of plain toes. I've gotten so many compliments from friends and strangers. Additionally, they are supremely comfortable. I've gone through days with plenty of walking and my feet were no worse for wear. Pop some shoe trees in when you're not wearing them, and give them a good polish every couple of weeks and they should last you a long time. Can't wait to see the patina the leather takes on over time.

I talked my boyfriend into buying these shoes in British Tan Calf to wear with his interview suit. This man doesn't like anything trendy, but I'm a fashion school grad and I can't stand to see my young, handsome boyfriend wear anything bland or clunky! These are the perfect balance of classic and stylish. Also, they can be worn with a nice pair of jeans and a button down on Friday or Saturday night.
