Surprisingly comfortable...and quiet. There is no "flop, flop flop" which might be expected with no back strap. I wear them around the house all day. I don't notice when they are on. I notice when they are not. I have a normal width foot (C or D) and the fit is just right. Another style of Crocs (Prepair Slide) that I tried are meant for wider feet. I wear a men's 11 but even the size 10 has such a wide strap that my toes hang over the front of the shoe (they are very comfortable, however, so if you have wide feet, they might be worth a try...also, no "flop, flop, flop"). Well done.

I bought the size 15, it's way oversized, more like a 17. Other than that I like em. Of course I'm returning for a smaller size.

I wear a size 9 Medium in women's sizing. This sandal is a bit wider across the widest part of my foot, which makes it very comfortable. I have no trouble keeping them on my feet.

Always a Teva gal. Love the comfort but so clumsy looking compared to flip flops.

After months of searching, I think I've finally found a pair of "slide" style sandals that I like. I wear them around the house and the yard constantly instead of shoes, so they get a lot of use. I have been trying to replace a 10+ year old pair of Nike sandals that I love, and it has been much more difficult than I thought. I tried Nike (too tight / narrow), Adidas (pinched my toes, too stiff), and Birkenstock (too heavy, too stiff, floppy suede was annoying). As soon as I tried each of them, I knew they wouldn't work. The Crocs Duet Scutes aren't perfect, but they are very good, and exactly what I was looking for. They are light, have strength but are not stiff, have decent cushion but are not squishy, they don't pinch my toes, and they hold on to my foot while still being loose. They work well with socks and without. They aren't the most stylish footwear, but they do resemble the other Croc products, and at this point I don't care about looks if they fit well. The only issue, as others have mentioned, is that they feel large. The length looks correct, and the width seems fine (for a man), but the size of the 'band' around the top of the foot is pretty large, so they feel a bit loose. Because the length is fine, I don't think a smaller size will work--I'm guessing I would touch the edge of the toe or heel if I got a smaller size. As they break in and form to my foot, I'm guessing the fit will improve. Without socks they feel a bit large, but with socks they are perfect, so I'm happy with them and glad to have finally found new slippers! I'm probably going to get a second pair, since I now know how difficult it can be to find ones that I like.

My sister and I both ordered these shoes and just love them! They are so comfortable we wear them almost every day and every place! I wear a size 9 and these ran a tad larger but fine for me; however, my sis wears an 8-1/2 and the 8 fit her fine; they are roomy in the toes and wide.

These are very comfortable, lightweight shoes. My last pair of Crocs lasted over 4 years. Good value, comfortable shoes.

These are marvelous! My fave features on Crocs are: Ample toe room, deep heel cup, deep cushioning for arch and heel and good air circulation. This style just about provides it all. My only disappointments are that the cushioning could be softer/thicker, and they only come in "manly" colors. I'd love these in a nice leaf green, red, pink, mango orange and plum/eggplant (reddish purple). In general I keep these for my "around the house" shoes. Not pretty enough to wear out and about unless I'm on farm errands.

This shoe looks great and would probably wear well if it had not been so very wide. It's a dual-sized item for men AND women, which makes it excessively wide for some women. In my opinion this is an unrealistic expectation for any shoe. My order was for a 9 Medium and came marked M7/W9 for men or women. Glad returns are free but the bottom line dictates that all customers pay these costs in the shoe's price. Delivery speed lightning fast; service great.

I don't like the look of the standard Croc mule shoes, but I saw this and know that so many people love Crocs so I decided to give it a go. And I'm so glad I got them. Very comfortable and fit very well with my wide foot.

This is the most comfortable flip flop I have found. I have heel spurs and this shoes gives great support where I need it.

DO NOT LEAVE THESE OUTSIDE IN THE HOT SUN! I've had these for quite a while, and although they are slightly large and looser than I would have liked, they were fine when wearing socks. Unfortunately, I recently left them outside by the pool for 2 hot Southern California days and they were in the direct afternoon sun. They are now slightly deformed and shrunken from the heat. I can't even put my foot in them now. The sole curved down and the part covering the foot shrunk so they are now maybe 2-3 sizes smaller. Very strange. I have two different pairs / styles of the Crocs Scutes, and like them, but just be careful not to leave them outside when it is hot.

Great sandal for the beach. Comfortable and was a good width for my wide feet. Not something I would wear anywhere but the pool or the beach but that is why I bought them.

I have always heard about Crocs and I thought I would try a pair. I wear 11.5 wide. I ordered a size 12 thinking that the width might be oay. Maybe in time they would have worn in, but when I tried them on I could feel the band was pretty snug across the top of my foot. Bottom felt good and the size is accurate, since it was just slightly larger than my normal shoe size and I did order 1/2 size up. This has been a life long problem for me, so anyone with normal width feet will love the way they fit.

Comfortable, supportive, easy on/off slides. Once these start forming to your foot (takes a couple/few wears) they are comfortable and easy. They feel a little looser than regular flips (if you're used to flips like me), but I've since gotten used to that and they are as comfortable, if not more than my best flips.

I usually wear an 8.5 but ordered an 8 because other reviews noted these run large. An 8 was perfect for me. And I have bunions, which these accommodate well. (It is nice to find a shoe that can show off a good pedicure but cover up your bunions - so these shoes have that going for it.) I use these shoes only as an indoor house shoe because our new home has all stone floors and it was starting to bother my back. Having a good house shoe to absorb the hard floor really helps. I am getting a little blister on my pinky right toe from the shoe but it isn't a big deal. They aren't the most stylish shoe but I like them better than the traditional Croc, which I do not wear but my family does. I do think that if you wore these dark blue Crocs in the sun your feet might get a bit warm. I would love to see some more color choices, I would buy a pair for outdoors as well.

I ordered the same shoes in black and they fit perfectly. So decided to order a pair in navy. Even though they are the same shoe and same size, the navy pair did not fit well--they were too small. I noticed the tag on the black pair had "relaxed fit" written on it and the navy pair did not. That must be the difference, but I did not specify this when I ordered either pair. So, I'm returning the navy, but very happy with the black Crocs Duet Scutes.

I own a pair of these open-toed slip-ons in blue, and have almost worn them out: they are so comfortable. So I ordered another pair in black...they are longer than the blue. Same shoe, same style, same size 8: the black is noticeably longer, when comparing side by side. I'm going to exchange for a size smaller, but am concerned then about the width. Stay tuned!

Decided to order even tho' I read the reviews that these Crocs run wide. Hoped they would work with heavy socks. Going back, they're VERY wide, even with socks. Thanks, Zappos, for great customer service! Will try again.

I got these to use as beach sandals, but they are really too small so I can't get my feet into them far enough to keep them on while walking in sand. I'm disappointed because I was hoping that these Crocs sandals would work as well for me as my regular Crocs.

Needs longer, or flat toe bed and wider heel footprint (needs to be more stable). Strap too long.

My son loved his first pair of these, but the last being used to manufacture must have changed, because "M" is not a men's width, nor was he able to walk in these comfortably. They were a great disappointment!

Love this shoe, just a little too tight. I ordered the next size. I have wide Hawaiian feet.
