This is what ballet flats should feel like! After a couple of uncomfortable pairs of black ballet flats that were rigid and made of hard leather, I decided to give these a try. The leather is so soft - both the upper and the footbed feel great. They are very forgiving and comfortable, even from day one. Like another reviewer mentioned, I sized up so as to avoid my big toe poking up in the soft leather. The elastic strap helps these shoes stay in place and avoid falling off the heel, which was another problem with my old flats. These will be a go-to pair of shoes for me!

The leather is so soft on these cute Mary Janes. However they do run small. I typically wear a size 7.5-8, but the size 8 was too short. I could see my big toe poking the end of this shoe. I reordered a size 9, and it fits fine. (I have NEVER owned a size 9 shoe.) I love the wide elastic strap across the top (comfort and style), and arch support is sufficient for being a "ballet flat" type shoe.

I love these! I have a difficult time finding comfortable flats that fit my size 11 feet. These are comfortable and cute. Just what I was looking for. I did wind up replacing the insole with another I had in my closet, as I wasn't getting quite enough support with these, and my old knees were feeling it.

These shoes are AMAZING! They are the first shoe I've ever owned that were instantly comfortable right out of the box. I've had a hard time finding flats that didn't hurt the backs of my heels, but these are perfect. They do run small. I have 8.5 size feet and ended up wearing the size 10 shoes.

We are on our 3rd pair of Campers for my daughter. She had 2 pair of kids and now has moved into the adult size. While they are very expensive for a child, these shoes last and last. We've outgrown these shoes twice before they wore out. While I won't be able to polish this pair with the sparkle, the others did well with a quick wipe of mink oil periodically. The insole is easily wiped out with a damp paper towel. Note: these shoes run small so need to order up a size.

Just received my CAMPER RIGHT NINA. The most comfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet! I did have to exchange for a larger size though. What is so cool is that I talked to Customer Service about the exchange and less than 24 hours later they were delivered on my front porch. Amazing. Thank you Zappos!

Very cute, but way too small. I normally wear a 5 1/2, and size 6 was tight on my feet. You'll need to order 1 size up.

I love this pair of shoes. I had bought a black pair in LA and loved them. I bought a red pair from Zappos and they are some of my favorite shoes. I paid a little more for them than I did from Camper Store online-but it was worth your good service to order them from you. I have had a lot of trouble getting my money refunded from a pair of Portals that I had to send back to the Camper Store online because the size wasn't right. I have had no response from this company in 3 weeks since the return. I have tried to call the number that they have listed but only a recording tells you to leave your number and they will call back. They never do. I have written them many emails and they do not seem to take my complaints seriously. I also stupidly ordered another pair of shoes from them which they haven't sent in about the same amount of time. The bank says there has only been a withdrawal and there is no evidence of them sending me the shoes in the near future. I am totally frustrated with this service. Your service, on the other hand, was more than I expected. I received the shoes by UPS or Federal Express the next day. They were the size I wanted and I loved the color. I wish all companies had your good service. Thank you very much!

The Camper Right Nina is, hands down, one of the most comfortable pair of shoes I've ever worn. It's incredibly soft leather is pretty forgiving (bunions) and feels great right out of the box. Style is appropriate for both casual and work wardrobes. The only caveat is that it seems to run small -- I usually wear a 37 but in this brand/style, had to exchange for a 38.

I love these shoes! Crazy comfy. They feel like slippers. They don't have any arch support, but I don't care.

I love these shoes! I have trouble Finding comfortable flats. Usually the leather is so stiff but not the case with these shoes! I ordered 2 sizes and kept the larger ones but wish they came in half sizes. No support but cushiony and comfortable.

Great everyday shoe for warmer months. There are only a few brands (Dansko, Finn Comfort) that fit my rather flat, sensitive feet. Now I have another go-to brand. I now own 4 pairs of these in various colors. As for sizing - My usual size (39) was a bit snug, but the leather gives a bit over time. The 40 was too long.

I love these shoes! I was looking for a pair of flats for a two-week vacation in Europe. I was planning to wear skirts a lot, and I needed shoes that would be comfortable for walking a lot and would still look great. These fit the bill perfectly. They're so soft, so there's no rubbing at all. I will say that the soft soles were not always great with cobblestone, but they were so comfortable to wear all day. The inserts are removable, so I would often change them to gel or sockless ones, and I think that also helped to keep my feet feeling fresh. I also want to comment on Zappos excellent service. After wearing my first pair almost every day for 2 months, they developed a random squeak that I couldn't figure out where they came from. I contacted Zappos about it on a whim, and they immediately shipped me a new replacement pair. So awesome!

Worth the money. Luxury shoe. The pepple grain leather is buttery soft, and they felt perfect right out of the box. Ordered a half size larger and got a perfect fit. These could use a little more arch support.

I think that these shoes are worth every penny. They're soft and comfortable, easy to slip on and have a surprising amount of support. They do run small. I usually wear a 9 1/2 or 10 and had to return a pair and instead order an 11.

I love these shoes and have bought two pairs already b/c I'm afraid of them being discontinued. One warning: They run VERY small! I'm normally a 9 (or 40) but the shoe that fits me in these Campers is what they call 11 (it's a 41). So order AT LEAST a full size larger that what you normally wear in Euro sizes and maybe even TWO sizes larger in American sizes. Other than that...they're great, comfy, adorable. I have flat feet and need something that holds the shoe together around the (nonexistent) arch of my feet. These do a great job. Camper, more colors please, in women's sizes. (PINK? METALLICS LIKE GOLD, SILVER, PEWTER, please?). :)

Never tried this brand before. I was specifically looking for a color. Though it runs 1/2 -1 size smaller than actual size, I reordered the correct size for my foot. It is one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn.

I just spend a long weekend in New York City walking all day every day in these puppies and zero blisters. Zero sore feet, zero aching arches, zero pinched toes. These shoes are incredibly comfortable right out of the box and the only get better. I normally hunt for bargains and only buy sale shoes, so this price tag made me pause. But I had tried and returned so many others I decided to give them a shot. And now I just have to budget for them, because I will absolutely be buying more of these. The leather soles get kinda stinky after lots of sweating, but maybe I can just spray them? They are comfy enough for tons of walking and stylish enough that I feel great sitting down to dinner and a show in them, too. I'm in love.

These incredibly comfortable shoes were an impulse buy at a Camper store when I was on a short trip to Philadelphia and forgot to pack any shoes other than wedges. I wasn't planning on spending this much for a pair of flats, but my feet were killing me, and as soon as I slipped these on, I thought, "Ahhh!" Normally, flats tend to dig into the back of my heel, but not these shoes. I spent the next 2 days walking all over the city without a single blister or hotspot. They are nicely cushioned and very soft, but I did need to size up. I normally wear a size 7, which is supposed to be the equivalent of a 37, but I needed a 38. I bought the dark blue suede (with a black strap), which looks nice with jeans. I will say that my feet felt a bit warm at first, but I got used to it. They are the perfect shoes for airline travel: comfy, cozy and easily removed! Now that I've found Camper shoes on Zappos, I will buy more pairs, even though it's pricier than I prefer.

These are the softest, most well made shoes I have seen. They feel like a glove on your foot and look adorable.

These are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! They're a little on the delicate side, so if you're clumsy and stub your toes a lot like I do, be aware that the thin leather will get scuffed pretty quickly. They're so cute that I don't mind having to buy a replacement pair in a fun new color combination every year or two. I will say that I disagree with the Camper size chart: I'm a size 9 in 99% of shoes I've worn across all brands and styles, and I need a size 40 in all Camper shoes, not the 39 that their size chart suggests.

I love Camper shoes for both their style and comfort. I own 4 pairs of sandals--various Damas styles and the Laura wedge from a few years ago. For me, Camper always runs big. I am a US size 5, but I have had to send back many pairs of the 35 (US 5) that were too big. I had to alter 3 sandals to fit (adding a hole to the strap & heel pad, and in one case cutting off the rear strap that slipped too much). The Laura sandal ran true to size for me (but apparently ran small for Campers). I was so happy to see others reporting that this shoe ran small because it actually fits me (which is why I indicated "true to size") pretty well. My left foot is SLIGHTLY smaller than my right, but the strap helps the shoe stay on for me. These shoes are ridiculously comfortable. The day they arrived I was wearing a pair of Toms ballet flats, which are comfortable for me, but I didn't think would fit the bill for touring NYC all day. I slipped these babies on and I was in heaven. I was on the fence about the style, but the more I walked around inside, the more I knew I needed to keep them. I ditched my Toms for the rest of the day and proceeded to walk 2 miles in these shoes. My feet were so happy! The leather is butter soft and there are zero hotspots. No heel rubbing whatsoever, no pinched toes and not bothersome to a slight bunion. The insole is ridiculously comfortable. The bottom of my foot is quite sensitive and I tend to have problems with shoes without a completely smooth insole. No threading or labels glued in so I know I will be able to walk all day in comfort. The cuteness factor is growing on me (my Toms are way cuter). I got the solid black for versatility, but think the colors are even cuter. I have a feeling my fashion forward sisters will tease me about these shoes, but I know who will be happy at the end of a long day of walking. I am not saying these are ugly, the solid black ones are just a little boring. I want another pair. Or two. Or three... In pretty colors.

These are super comfortable and cute. I have very narrow feet, and walk a lot. I wanted shoes that I could wear in Europe this summer to walk long distances that wouldn't look orthopedic -- flats I could wear with leggings and cropped pants, etc. These are perfect. The elastic strap keeps them secure. The rubber sole doesn't slip at all. The leather is soft and flexible. I have a very long big toe -- the reason for my narrow size -- that often hits the ends of shoes and hurts, but in these shoes there's plenty of give. I will probably buy more! The end of the shoe is slightly boxy in shape, perfect for my foot but not the height of style for a ballerina flat. That's the only reason I'm giving the style 4 instead of 5 stars.

These shoes are very cute, and I like the style. However, they run short. I later found other sites that noted this and recommended sizing up when ordering, but Zappos did not.
