I was shocked at how small these run. I have five other pairs of Dansko sandals, all in size 39, that fit perfectly. These were not only very narrow (my feet are not that wide), but also short. Held up next to my other 39s, the Sandi was visibly smaller. They are super cute, though, so I will be ordering again in a 40.

Love these! Great arch support and at the same time more cushion than typical Dansko. I have them in 3 colors. I have narrow heels and ankles and the strap is stabilizing. The buckle in front can be loosened which I prefer. This style works with skirts and pants. I even bike around doing my errands in these! Typically I wear 39 in Dansko but I wear a 40 in this style.

Wow, I love this shoe. So comfortable. I have a wide toe box, a narrow heel, and a really high arch. I can walk and stand in these all day in comfort.

I first bought the "Sophia" in the Shagreen, which I love, in a size 37. I'm a 7B, normally, and that shoe had no extra room at all. With this SANDI, I find that I need a 38, to allow enough room for my toes. It's just a slightly different cut, and looked very short on me. Same wonderful, supportive platform. Love them.

This is my second pair of Danskos and I love them. Perfect for pants or skirts, extremely comfortable and sturdy yet not too clunky. Highly recommend.

I love these shoes. I have narrow feet (AA to AAA) and positioning the buckle in the third (middle) hole is perfect. That gives me the option to loosen the toe strap if my feet are swollen or to tighten the strap if the leather stretches. The two straps over the instep also make my size 10 feet look shorter.

I just purchased these sandals and I absolutely love them! Dansko makes excellent shoes that are both stylish and comfortable. These shoes can be used as both casual and a dressier shoes depending on what you wear it them. I bought the shoes in the black shagreen and they are really pretty and unique! The color in the photo is very accurate. It looks great with black, white and gray, leggings, skirts and pants/shorts. I normally wear a size 10 so I bought the size 40 and my heel comes just to the end of the shoe and my big toe comes just to the tip of the shoe. I debated whether or not to exchange for a 41 but I think the 40 will work. I definitely plan on purchasing the sand dollar color soon! I should also mention that I am six months pregnant so shoe support is a must right now. For those women who want support, comfort and style these shoes do it. This is another wonderful shoe from Dansko. I have Plantar Fasciitis and these shoes have been a God-send. They have a great arch and a comfy footbed. I wore them all day right out of the box. I got the Sandi with the speckles and thought they were so great that I also ordered them in black. Well worth the money. Love Zappos, too!

Awesome shoe! There's really something to the thick sole that Dansko's uses. It's a comfortable feel when you walk. Plus they don't click. They're not the most stylish shoe in the world, but they are cute and comfortable! I highly recommend this shoe.

Black Shahgreen color is very cool and would match a lot of clothes. Unfortunately I ordered a 39 for my 9 foot and it was too short so I reordered a 40 which is my usual size. It was better but the cross strap is still much too snug even though it is on elastic. I have high insteps. If you don't this is a great shoe.

This sandal is perfect for people with plantar fasciitis. I have way less pain in my feet when wearing these shoes, because of the good arch support. I am a size seven in most other non comfort brand and wear a 38 in Danskos. Takes a little bit for leather to wear in - needed bandaids on small toes after 3 hours of walking (even adjusted loose or tight).

My sister has these, and she loves them. She has very difficult feet--severe foot problems, but these are quite comfortable on her--a miracle! I give Dansko shoes (and Zappos) five stars!

Wow! Stylish with comfort and balance! I want another pair! I recommended them to a nurse at a hospital recently. I wore them all day and never felt fatigued or discomfort of any sort. I did have to return the first pair due to the fact that I needed the next size so my toes would have plenty of room. Should have read the reviews first!

These shoes fit like a glove. The sole is cushiony and they were comfortable right out of the box. I ordered the black and like the gray footbed, which shows less dirt than the tan ones on many Danskos. I ended up returning these only because I had ordered several different pairs of shoes and couldn't keep them all, but this was one of the top contenders. It made my size-10 feet and thick ankles look smaller and slimmer. However, I was bugged by the strap beyond the buckle at the toe area -- it stuck out too far and looked weird to me. Also, the pinky toe area rubbed a tiny bit.

Honestly, I did not want to buy a pair of Dansko shoes but I have plantar fasciitis and was told by my Chiropractor & massage therapist that I needed a pair. So I broke down and bought these. I wish they had sandals similar to this style but without an ankle strap...unfortunately, they don't. That being said, I do like these shoes. The quality is very good, the leather is really soft and they are very comfortable. They are super cute with jeans for an open toed look. Also the nude color is perfect. I don't like them with skirts though (ankle straps are hard to pull off). I usually were a size 9 but the 39 was too small (my big toes hung off the edge) so I am wearing a 40. Overall they are a wonderful purchase.

I have a closet of Danskos. These are the first pair that is tight. I have a high arch and the bit into the top of my foot. A bit narrow too. I liked the style - just not the fit.

I don't travel much, but if you do and you want a sharp looking sandal that you can walk all day in, buy the Sandi! Unbelievably comfortable right out of the box, and super cute! Just make sure you order one size up. I ordered the 40, wear a 9 in most shoes, but had to exchange it for the 41. I'm wearing them to an afternoon wedding, and then with shorts and a tank top too. I love Zappos!

I love, love, love these shoes. They are comfortable of course because they are Danskos but what is special about these is the pretty pattern that allows them to go with many outfits and look special or fancy. I get more compliments on these shoes than any others.

This is the most comfortable and yet sexy shoe I have ever owned! The quality is such that I will own these forever and use them all the time.

Spent my first day in my new Sandis. Love them. I have a terrible time finding shoes that fit and are comfortable: really low instep, narrow heel, and no padding on the bottom of my feet. I'm always on the lookout for a shoe that is adjustable, but not too Granny-ish. I wore these to work -- maybe a little on the casual side -- but happy feet made me not care. Cushy, comfy footbed, comfy straps, customizable fit. Yeah! The second strap gaps quite a bit on me (that doggone low instep), but oh well. I haven't been able to wear Danskos before -- I always feel like I'm going to walk right out of them. Glad I finally found a pair that will work for me. I would love to find something closed toe with the same fit and footbed. Then I could have happy feet year-round.

These are really comfortable and cute. They were just a bit small, enough to return.

I have literally dozens of Dansko shoes and sandals. This ran so narrow that I could not even get my foot part way in. Although the lower strap has a buckle adjustment, the strap across the instep does not and was way too tight. So disappointed, because they are cute!

This is my first pair of Dansko shoes/sandals and I really like the Sandi model! I especially love the fact that I can adjust the toe strap because my feet tend to be flat; also they were comfortable right out of the box!

Loved these right out of the box! No break-in, no blisters - just happy feet. I had previously vowed never to wear sandals again because they tear my feet apart, but these were definitely the exception. They are adjustable and made of super-soft leather. They can be dressed up or down and I've received lots of compliments. I tend to be between a 38 and a 39 and opted to go up this time - glad I did as it was the perfect fit length-wise.

Slightly smaller than the same size I have in a very similar Dansko. So cute, though. I'm going to order a bigger size, hopefully it will work. Dansko run narrow so often that I can't get my very average sized foot in them.
