I do love this messenger bag, but there is one thing that you need to know about it before you buy... the Dark Brown version will watermark. Any liquid that gets on this bag will show. Whether it is rain or something spilled on it, it will mark. If you think such stains/marks are added character, then you are fine. If not, look to the Dark Brown Antique or Black version.

The leather messenger bag was a medical school graduation gift for my son. He loves it! It's beautiful, high quality leather with a strong strap and plenty of room for his lap top and documents. Perfect for his new life as a resident. I shopped around, and this was a good value.

Bought for my son and his new 13" Mac. Fits just right - not so much extra space that bag looks oversized. Great leather / great look / very happy!

This bag has been around the world with me on business for four years. About 45 trips overseas. Perfect for carry on; laptop, iPad etc. Goes overhead and doesn't spill. Easy to move thru airport with. Looks great in the boardroom too!

Although it's a basic bag, the leather is beautiful, rugged and seems to be good for a long time. Great bag.

This is a very professional finely crafted messenger bag perfect for my 22 year old young professional

Seriously beautiful. I got it for my husband for Father's Day. He is notoriously hard on his bags. It's October now and it is still gorgeous and works well for him. It is smaller thank his other messenger bags but he really like that it brings less bulk as he is carrying it around. This bag gets scuffed and it looks more stylish! I would suggest investing in some Leather conditioner if you are purchasing this bag.

The Frye Logan Messenger is a timelessly handsome bag of exceptional quality. The leather is soft and supple yet very durable. The interior is fully lined which adds a lot of character. I never go anywhere without my Frye Messenger.

I bought this bag for my son and the craftsmanship and leather and leather burnishing makes this bag a work of art! The size is big enough for a large laptop without being too big to make it bulky. I would have given it 5 stars if it had an outside slip pocket to carry a passport, etc. Its so nice that my son said sometimes you have to give up a little for style. It has that great a look.... The strap is comfortable and nice and wide. Inside is padded and well made. this will last a lifetime!

Fantastic and well made bag for a man of any age. My 45 year old husband loves and and takes it everywhere. Only issue is the snaps don't work. I think ours is defected and they're the same side of the snap on each end of the flap, so it doesn't stay closed. Other than that, this bag is indestructible. We get compliments every day.

I bought this bag for my husband over 1.5 years ago and the first year was amazing! A quarter through the second year the front left magnetic snap receiving piece literally feel off the bag and we cannot find it. We love the leather quality but are shocked and concerned about the hardware.

Gorgeous look and was a cherished received gift. Alas a small part (that held one of the buckles in place) broke. The company has no replacement parts and just gave me a 'too bad' shrug from the (very nice) person on the phone. Bag was less than 3 years old. It'd be like Ford saying that they could no longer fix a 2014 model car any more...
