I have had these boots when they were under the Carhartt badge. They are the most comfortable boots that I have ever worn and the sole is extremely long lasting. I am 6'4", 240 pounds and on my feet all day. The arch support is awesome, there is no need for orthotics. I am so glad that I found these boots again.

Overall, a pretty nice pair of boots. Weatherproof, nice materials, good for the Minnesota winter. That being said, be prepared to have a struggle to break these boots in - they will fight you back. Good things: - nice material - well made - will probably last forever - good boots for bad weather - comfortable. Not good things: - laces untie relatively easily - moderate arch support (where it should be superb, for a work style boot) - footbed is, for lack of a better word, hard; a bit of a surprise when I was expecting soft and cushy.

I've been wearing these for 3 months now and have found them to be a quality product. I'm on my feet for 8 hours a day, five days a week and these boots put up with all I throw at them. There was little to no break-in time and durability is also not an issue. I work in the receiving department of a home improvement store so my boots take a beating from pallets, building materials, and so forth.

Love the boot. It runs very big. Ordering a size smaller.

4th or 5th time ordering these exact boots. My husband loves them so much! He works construction and they hold up and are comfortable for his sometimes 16 hour days. Excellent value and product!

Had the first pair for over a year. Typically my boots last six months. Couldn't find them anywhere but online. Zappos had the best price and free shipping! Good experience.

Comfortable boot right from new to 5 months. I work on my feet 40 hrs a week at least and strenuous construction work, these boots started failing at side stitching on both boots. The toe leather was worn very quickly (I recommend toe guards). These also are not waterproof. I had never owned Irish setters before this, and not sure I will again. Although they were very comfortable, 5 months is the shortest time I ever had boots last. Zappos is amazing though. Replaced/refunded/and new boots of my choice received in just days. Awesome job Zappos!

Spent hours on this site looking for wide sizes and arch support. Ordered this boot and one from Vasque. Wanted 12 W(EE), and there seems to be no real standard. This boot was big and roomy, but very tight across the width, not "Wide" at all. The Vasque was just the opposite in size, a full size smaller it seems and it's also very tight across the width. Luckily, Zappos is a great company and returns are easy and fast.

Well I bought these boots after reading all the good reviews and let me tell you they suck they are 8-12 ee wide they feel like 9's my feet slide back and fourth I even put some dr scholl's in and they still slide nooo good not happy.
