Oh how I wished these sandals worked on my feet! They are low profile and comfortable EXCEPT for the little plastic piece by the baby toe that rubs me in just the wrong place. They look so nice and not bulky like so many sporty sandals. Unfortunately did not work for me.

I ordered them regardless of the complaints about the straps. I have large ankles, so I thought it wouldn't affect me. They are so comfortable! But I can't get them any tighter! Plus it is a pain to tighten and loosen it. They flop a bit as I walk, but the cushion is great. There needs to be more leeway in the strap tightening, really.

These shoes are comfortable but difficult to put on and adjust. Most other Tevas has velcro closures. This one has a pull-strap that after 2 weeks of wearing I still can't figure out. I can't get it as tight as I'd like and as a result they are a little loose. It's not a big enough problem for me to send back, but I probably wouldn't buy them again. On the plus side, they are very cute and I have gotten a lot of compliments on them.

They are almost impossible to get on and off! The ankle strap isn't easy to adjust, which is good to keep the sandal on, but it's annoying and frustrating to loosen it to take on and off.

Comfortable, cute (for a Teva) but not adjustable enough. I have narrow feet so when I snug these tight enough to keep me from sliding around in them, the slider won't stay put. I am constantly messing with them and have about 5" of excess strap flapping around In the older versions of these sandals you could tighten to your heart's delight. I've had to cut off excess strapping, but who cares when you've never been able to have a sandal that fit. Teva, please listen to us and keep the adjustability in all your sandals.

Very cute sandals that don't look frumpy or bulky. Comfortable for running around here and there, would not recommend for long distance walking in wet conditions. Wore them to Universal Studios-it rained on and off-by the end of the second day the straps had worn a very sore and raw red spot near the pinkie toe. I had to take the shoes off on the way out of the park and walk barefoot. Switched shoes for the rest of the trip.

I so wanted these shoes to be better than they are. I've had these shoes for almost a year, so I've given them many opportunities to become broken in. These are the only Tevas I've ever had that have actually made my feet tired and uncomfortable. Though admittedly quite stylish (for a Teva anyway), the support of this sandal's foot bed is nowhere near the support that the Teva Tirra Leather offers. Also, the straps come loose constantly, which can get quite awkward while walking around. And the stitching near the buckle could be softer; it can rub to the point of irritation when these shoes are worn for a while, especially if you're walking around for a while. If I could do it over, I'd return these shoes and try something else.

Just got these Teva's today. Tried them on and discovered that the reviews that say the strap across the foot and around the ankle is too long are correct! I found that I could not cinch the ankle strap tight enough to keep my foot from sliding forward on the footbed, which causes all the straps to loosen. I will return them for a half size smaller to see if that fixes the problem. This is my first purchase with Zappos -- thankfully their return policy is so terrific.

These are very comfortable with a wide footbed. They are very attractive, too. Unfortunately the straps are way too loose/wide and you can only tighten them a little bit. They were way too loose on me. I had to return them.

I love how light these sandals are and that the straps are adjustable. For summertime trips to the farmers market or errands around town they're great! They lost a little cred with me when I wore them for a day of walking around a theme park and ended up with huge painful blisters on the bottom of my feet. Short term comfort is excellent! Long term use, even without any serious incline and at a very reasonable rate of perambulation, resulted in pain.

These are really cute, but the foot bed was too long and the strap was too long; I couldn't tighten it as much as I wanted to.

I love my old Teva Hurricanes, but the new model looked so clunky I thought I'd try these. They are high style for Teva and the footbed is nice and comfy. However, I have a narrow foot. These don't adjust down as tight as I need due to the placement of the buckle. I kept them hoping I can have them adjusted. One problem I see with that is the placement of a label on the inside of the strap that will show if I have it shortened. If you have regular width feet you should be fine, but if you're used to the super adjustability for narrow feet of other Teva's you'll want to pass on these. They look really dopey with socks on for what it's worth.

These shoes are great, versatile sandals for a variety of summer pursuits. I have worn them with skirts, pants, and shorts in a variety of situations. They are great for travel, as they are comfortable to wear for long periods of time and for extensive walking. I have high arches, and while they don't offer the support of heavier shoes (e.g., Dansko), they provided ample support for a full day of walking. My only complaint is that the strap has frayed where it passes through the back inside grommet (I purchased these in late May, they frayed by early July). I have worn these shoes in the water and boating, but, isn't that the purpose of Tevas?

The strap across the ankle was too tight and really short, so couldn't really adjust to fit better. It was a little difficult getting my foot into the sandal because the strap across the ankle can't be completely opened. Also was a bit too long. Although many of the reviews said this sandal ran big, I ordered the 6.5 and it was still just a bit too long for my foot. And the strap rubbed my little toe when wearing inside for a short time, so probably couldn't walk all day in these as I had hoped. Cute sandals and really wish they had worked out.

I bought four pairs at a local store, here in Mount Dora, FL. Different colors and they looked really cute on. I went up North for the summer and brought them with me. I am so disappointed in them. There is not enough support and your foot ends up crooked and looks very odd in the sandals. I had them in blue, red, black and brown. I just could not wear them, they really looked odd on my feet. I have other Tevas that I love but these? Nah. The Goodwill ended up with them. That was a huge disappointment.

Just go to a good store and try them all on...like I said, I have other pairs of Tevas that I like.

These sandals have two major problems. The ankle strap does not open enough to slip my foot into the shoe without a lot of work and I am a petite person. The second problem is the small plastic oval that attaches the main strap with the little side strap, hits approximately at the base of the little toe, which is quite painful. I had to use moleskin on the underside of the plastic oval to even wear the sandals. They are cute sandals, but are difficult to get on and painful to wear. I ordered them late and needed them for a trip out of town, so didn't have time to wear them in the house to see if I wanted to keep them. I figured that they were Teva and would be a good shoe. I wish I had not bought them.

I give up. I ordered 4 different pairs of these, trying to find the "right" fit (esp. after reading all the reviews about sizing), but never did. The footbed was always too short, i.e., the arch would start too far back and rub against the front of my heel -- serious problem with any real walking/hiking. But the deal-breaker was that the entire top of the foot is one, continuous strap, which means that there is only one point of adjustment. Any loosening ended up at the toe-end and it continued to bind across the ankle. I will try Terra Fi Lite from the Teva website, since they are the closest to the Teva's of old, and they are not available on Zappos. Too bad -- I will have to pay for shipping/returns!

Loved how it looked, couldn't get my foot into it without fear of damaging the shoe. If they'd given just one more inch (two would be even better) in the straps, this would have fit brilliantly. As it is, I can't even get it on without forcing it over my heel so hard I felt I was going to break the straps. Get with it Teva, not everyone has skin and bone feet.

These run half a size large (I ordered 8, but am usually an 8½ and there is still plenty of space beyond my toes). They look cute but they are over all a disappointment for sure. They are really difficult to get on because the straps are not adjustable. Once they are finally on my feet slide around in them a bit and there is nothing that I can do about it. Getting a size smaller would not work because it already takes considerable effort to get my feet through the straps. I wish I had gotten other sandals for outdoor use. I ordered these to take abroad for four months and it was too late to exchange them.

As others have said, this would be a great summer sandal if it had velcro or the buckle on the inside of the leg. As it is, unless you are a contortionist or 12 years old, it's impossible to adjust the shoe correctly, on or off.

I have no idea why these got such good reviews. I couldn't wear them in my house for more than 5 minutes without feeling exactly where they were going to give me blisters if I kept wearing them. They were the right size, just very uncomfortable! The footbed would be great if it wasn't for the straps gouging my skin. Also, on a less important note - the green ones I chose have sparkly silver thread in them. Not what I look for in a sports sandal, but if you want sparkles and blisters these would be great.

Returned these. Just not enough support for anything besides walking around the house. The "light" means less sole which mean less cushion. That being said, they were very comfortable and true to size.

I wanted to love these shoes. They are really cute, however they are are not really adjustable. For some reason, there is a stop on the strap over the ankle. so the strap can only be adjusted to a certain point. Does not work for me with narrow feet. The Zirra Lite is fully adjustable, so I went with that. Not nearly as cute, but does now fit.

I found the fit too loose on this shoe. A couple of other reviews remarked that having a continuous strap made the fitting easy, but this isn't one continuous strap it is only a strap across toe and arch, and since that was too big I couldn't tighten it any more because the heel straps are fixed. I don't have particularly skinny feet and I do have slightly high arches I would have thought this no problem, but that strap is just too big.

I was so disappointed with these shoes that I returned them. I was expecting them to be like the Tirra as Zirra is like Tirra but boy was I wrong. I liked them because they were less bulky than the Tirra so I thought they were the new model but they are nothing alike. The straps were very awkward and even at the tightest setting they were too loose and my feet nearly slipped out. Plus when you tighten the straps then the shoe is off center and grabs your feet in the wrong places. It caused a blister on the back of my feet because the straps were too loose and there is a terrible sharp edge to the pad they put on the straps. I was expecting them to be the neoprene backing which is extremely comfortable on the Tirra. I will put style aside and choose the bulkier Tirra for the future. I think they should discontinue this model and fuse it with the Tirra model to come up with a perfectly comfortable, functional, and stylish sandal. Seriously I will even design it!
