There jeans are awesome! I plan on getting another pair of these jeans. They are mid-waist and don't flatten out my butt when when I wear them. The material is a great stretch and keep their shape after multiple washes.

I have an older pair of 512 bootcut jeans in a size 4 that fit fine, including fitting fairly snugly but comfortably from hip to knee. The jeans I ordered (and am returning) are 512s, size 4, in a straight leg. The fit is loose and baggy from hip to knee, with a fitted waist and high rise. Quite unflattering and "mommish." The rise is higher than my older 512s and is uncomfortable when sitting.

I like these jeans, but they don't seem like true Levi brand to me. The fabric is not as substantial and the back pocket logo is not the normal Levi brand logo. They seem like knockoffs to me, but I might be wrong. They do fit me well though, they come out of the laundry with the hem trying to curl up but other than that they wash and dry well.

I love this dress. Things you can's really see on the model: there are buttons at the cuffs (and they actually unbutton). it is comfortable, flattering, cute, and stylish. Love it!

I so wanted to love these jeans and ordered them in my usual size 4. They were too tight, bound to be uncomfortable, so I exchanged them for the 6 which seemed OK. After wearing them an hour, they were too big and I was constantly pulling them up. So they are going back as well. Thank goodness for Zappos, they are so open regarding returns. Well, I think they are the best all around.

I am 5'7" 135lbs. Muscular thighs, narrow waist. These pants sit high on my waist, above my belly button, thought they would be more of a midrise fit. They are sort of old lady jeans.

Not real denim, it's some kind stretch knit material. These should be described as leggings by Levi. Don't order these if you are looking for a real straight leg jean.

These looked really cute, I ordered a dark wash. But within 1 year they developed holes in the areas that rub (ie: thighs). Not the best quality. I won't buy Levi's for myself again.

I ordered these jeans in a light blue and they were absolutely perfect. I was so happy with the fit I couldn't stop telling people I had finally found the perfect jean for me. The next day I ordered the same jeans in black & dark blue. These do not fit me the same way as the light blue did. I was so disappointed that the exact size and cut were made entirely different. So I continue my quest for the perfect jeans in all colors.

These jeans, in spite of the unattractive pocket design, fit in the waist. Within the hour, however, the legs bagged out and were too big. These just won't do. Returning. Not the same Levis 512 I'm accustomed to.

This is not the same jean I purchased before although it is the same style number and size. The fabric appears thinner and the waist is so tight, I couldn't even zip. The pocket now has an unattractive design. Had to return them.

The Zappos description does not include "Purposely faded at thigh." I don't like jeans that look like they're 5 years old and worn out. What happened to my old Levi's 512? They were perfect! No alterations, no funky colorations, perfect fit. Oh, the good ol' days.

I love your jeans but I have a problem with the waist line. I would like to find jeans that come up to my natural waist line but they just do not make them any more. Young people do not know where their waist is. My aunt runs a women's clothing store and I had her to run a survey. She asked 71 women ages from 18 to 46 where they would like their skirts and pants waist to come to 53 said to the smallest part of their waist, I hope some of the designers will reed this. We need a choice. I hate the waistlines now.

I liked these when I bought them because they were comfortable. I washed them according to the instructions (hammered dark) and now they are a little too tight. I don't like spending this much for 2 pairs of jeans that shrink the first time I wash them. Beware of hammered dark!

I was initially pleased with the fit and look of these jeans. After one was they significantly shrunk in length, and are now much too short. I'm really dissatisfied to have paid a lot to wear these one time.

I was so excited about trying these jeans after buying a pair of the levi's jeggings. I loved the jeggings,and such a great price! (The jeggings are really more like a pair of skinny jeans with stretch. My 19-year-old daughter loved them too, and bought a pair.) I am 5'6", 123 lbs and these were baggy in the thigh and too short for me. A very unattractive fit on me. Sadness.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought these jeans. Phew! You weren't kidding about these being 'mom jeans'! I am returning them as fast as I can.

I ordered this in the feather (light) blue and loved them. They were perfect. I wanted another pair but only hammered dark was available in my size. I should have returned them but was lazy and did not bother. The only thing super slimming about these Levis was there was so much extra material in the back thigh area you could have made another pair or pants out it it. They were so baggy it was awful. But due to this flaw people asked me if I had lost weight, super slimming. Ha ha. They are also way more high waisted than the other color. I do not understand why just having a color change in the same style would make the jeans be so different in fit. Very disappointing. Am waiting for my size and length to be available in my original choice of color now.

Out of the package these were great jeans; the fit was perfect. Unfortunately within a short time (as in about an hour) of putting them on they stretched out and lost their shape. They will serve as adequate "work jeans" but they will never be "good jeans".

These jeans are a perfect fit, but they are too short! It is so irritating that they don't come in long length. They come in petite length and plus size, but no longs. Very strange since Levis does make the 512 boot cut in long length, so obviously they have figured out that there are tall women in the world. Shorter people always have the option to have jeans that are too long for them hemmed, but I can't magically add fabric to jeans that are too short for me. Yet they continue to make short jeans and not longer jeans? And it's not just Zappos that doesn't offer the longer length in this style. I have searched the entire internet and the manufacturer's web site, and they just don't make longs in this style at all. It's so discouraging to finally find nice fitting jeans, but not be able to have them because of the length.

I've always worn Levi's. I could buy them without trying them on. Not anymore. These fit better than any of them so I washed and air dried them, put them on and about 30 minutes later, took them off because they were so stretched out and baggy. Will not buy anymore.
