I have a medium to large healthy back sling purse which I bought about four years ago. It had a natural leather color. It has been such an amazing purse that when it became stained, I carefully dyed it black after having the local leather-man explain in detail how to make it appear professionally done. I have had countless compliments both when it was the natural leather and now that it is black. The shoulder strap wore out so I bought an old leather purse from Good Will with a strong strap and had it removed, dyed and replaced onto the sling purse. It continues to be amazing. I highly recommend this style purse to anyone with back issues. I have other sling bags but not with all the outer compartments so it is hard for me to give up this great old bag. I have yet to find one that has the seven like this one: one zippered inside the bag, all the rest outside, one zippered on each side with one above it with a flap and the other above zipper without flap, one small one with a flap side (for cigarettes??) and one for cell phone or glasses. It has been wonderful and I dread the time when I will have to retire it. So far, the leather still shines up beautifully so believe me when I say it has been money well spent. Whoever made this purse took pride in their work. I wish I could personally thank them.

I love all the compartments inside and out, particularly like the silver lining on the inside as opposed to black, so I can see what I have. It is hard to get in to when I am paying at the checkout lane. It is very comfortable if you are carrying this for a long time.

I wish I had known about these bags years ago. Now that I do, thanks to Zappos, I'll have no more back pain lugging around my possessions in a bag over my shoulder. No matter how many resolutions I make I end up with everything but the kitchen sink in my bag at all times. Just in case. Now at least it will all be organized and I can find my keys and phone instead of fumbling around for them. It almost feels weightless when carried at my back with the strap diagonally across my body. Great design. I love all the little compartments and especially like the light grey interior so I can SEE what's in my bag. Very nice leather. Thanks Zappos for being so efficient and fast.

Bought leather bag and strap was deteriorating, so I sent it back for repairs; A strip of non-leather artificial material was sewn on the strap which over time caused the leather to buckle in an unsightly way and the repair became brittle and jagged along the edges to the extent that it snagged my clothing. AmeriBag refuses to repair or replace defective repaired bag; not even the strap. Their solution is to buy another one....good luck with that.
