You cannot get better service anywhere on the web! The representatives who answer the phone really and truly make you feel they want to help and they do. Of course the "no questions asked" return policy is unique and guaranteed to make the customer comfortable, try them!

I've had a hard time fitting into Cole Haan shoes as they aren't consistent in sizing across all lines. These ones look great, but the heel was very tight and hurt from the beginning. Zappos' service was awesome from the start, but I don't think I will order CH again.

Pretty Lousy actually. I was supposed to have free two day shipping and it took five days to get to me. I was not able to give it as a gift on Christmas because of that. It is just a gift card why did it take so long?

It is hard to mess this up - but Zappos did! I sent a gift card to my friend for Christmas with a gift message. There was no message included and it did not even have my name on it as sender - she had to guess who it was from! How hard is it to make sure recipient knows who has sent the card? Not a great gift, that is for sure. I am really disappointed.
