I work at a ski resort, and I have to walk a half mile in ice and snow to get to work. The bottom traction is great, and the rubber bottoms are perfect for slushy snow. The complaints I have is that the tongue starts too low - deep slush is absorbed right inside from the bottom of the fabric and I will never wear them in the rain ever again! It took quite a while to wick the water out because of the bottom portion of the boot being rubber. My second complaint is that there are nubs where the rubber bottom portion is sewn to the fabric upper and this part hits right on your ankle bone, very painful unless you really work at stretching out the rubber, and wearing thick socks, and tightening the laces so your foot does not move. Also, I purchased the size I would normally buy for any other shoe, and in this boot my heel does lift even when I lace them nice and snug. I could not claim I would buy half a size smaller because I would rather have them slightly too big than slightly too small ? more warm thick socks sounded way more appealing than cramming my feet into a slightly too-small boot. I would not recommend wearing these with anything other than a thicker sock. I walked to my car in my normal everyday sock with these boots on. It was not the most comfortable walk that I have had in these boots. However, before they got filled with rainwater, the soles feel like they have your feet hammocked into the boot, which is a very nice feeling when you are wearing a heavier boot. These boots are not exactly for fashion, because they are made a lot hardier than just for walking on a street. I do not wear them unless I am on the mountain, outside. They are pretty heavy, even for a boot. For the price, it is worth it to me, because I will be wearing these boots right through and buying another pair next season, but they are super adorable for a snow boot, and do not get my feel wet when I walk to work.

I am running around NYC all day, and these are rugged enough to take anything this city throws at me, plus I get compliments on how stylish they are and people ask me where I get them. I bought them for the fact that they are waterproof and designed for below freezing temperatures, and they are exactly that, warm and dry... and cute. What more could you ask for? Fits true to size too, and you don't have to double up any socks; in fact, you can wear these with a pair of tights only and still be warm, so order your size with confidence.

Excellent! Comfort and warmth for half the price of the other brands with all the same specs. Been trying to find the right boot for years! Highly recommend!

Purple/white/gray plaid on back of boot is cute. Fake fur on boot disheveled and scraggly looking, and gets stuck in pull laces. rubber bottom has molding line (you can see it on photos of the top of the toe, but I was hoping it would be less obvious in person), which makes it look cheap. Also, pull laces can't be adjusted enough to keep heel from lifting in boot when walking.

These boots are great! They are very similar to a pair of Sorels I wanted but half the price, and you cant beat that! I love in Boston so they will work great in the snow.

These were pretty cute, but I think the laces could have gone a little higher to prevent the top from being so floppy and open. I actually bought these twice and returned both pairs because the lining of one of the boots in my first pair was extra bunched up at the seam (which goes through the middle, so it dug into the top of my foot. Not painful, just annoying). In the second pair, the rubber siding of one of the boots dug into my ankle hard core! Painful hard core. The boot was by no means too small, and I am still not sure if I was just unlucky and received two duds?

These boots were huge on me. I normally wear a 7.5, but I ordered a 7 after reading the other reviews, and even the 7 was ENORMOUS! My heel was sliding up the back as I walked around my house and the boots felt loose even though I tied the laces super tight and wore thick socks. I have never worn a size 6 in my life, but I might try that instead. It's too bad these didn't work out, since they're pretty cute, and (as we say in the north) WINTER IS COMING.

The way these boots feel is beyond words; they are cozy and sturdy. They are warm and snug throughout, and are quite light weight. They go well with everything I have and look amazing. Besides having to wear an extra large pair of socks or two they are perfect. Would highly recommend.

These arrived the day before a massive snow dump, so I’m wearing them. They’re warm and comfortable, but my only quibble with them is the lacing situation. They don’t lace all the way to the top so they gap weirdly at the top two inches or so. I have very muscular athletic calves so the gap is even more noticeable and pretty comical. Like I said, I’m wearing them so I won’t return them, but I may add some lacing hooks to bring the front of the boots together.

I just received these boots i was very excited until my feet became drenched with water because these shoes are actually not waterproof. I'mm very disappointed cause all the reviews didn't mention this. I bought these boots to protect my feet from getting drenched from the snow .... it didn't solve that problem... Its also extremely uncomfortable to walk in.

I bought these to replace a similar pair that I got at a discount shoe store 2 years ago that, due to cheap plastic on the toe area, had torn and were no longer waterproof. These are awesome - the heavy duty rubber should hold up well, and they come up even higher on my legs - great for deep snow. I usually wear a 9 but sometimes need a 9 1/2. These are good with a thin sock, better with a thicker sock. As others have mentioned, one heel slips up inside the boot a little when I walk, which might be a problem if I lived in the city and was going to be doing a lot of walking in them. But they are rated to be so warm, and are so light and comfortable otherwise, that even so I'd risk it and hope that with breaking in the slippage would improve. These will be my go-to boot once the snow begins to pile up this winter. So glad I found this instead of spending twice the money on Sorrels!

I love these boots. I bought them for my 12 year old. They are very warm, perfect for snow days! They're high enough to keep the snow out! I bought them a little smaller, as some of the reviews said they run big but had to return them for her true size. She is a 9 normally, and I bought a 9 in the boots.

I tried these out for the first time...in snowy Vermont! They had great traction and kept my feet very warm and dry. Bonus: they're adorable! Love these!

Fits like a charm. Nice and wide to give you the option of adding insoles and extra socks. There isn't much support but you can add additional padding with room to spare.

Great cute boot, just not what I need. I need a tall boot to keep out the snow when shoveling snow and walking though tall snow banks. A boot that is tight around pants for the full height of boot. The tongue on these boots only goes up about 3/4 of the way so snow can easily get into top 1/3 of boot. Also, laces are coated so they easily slide through eyelets making it easy to tightened, but also easy to become undone. True to size (note - I have narrow foot)

These Tundra Diana boots were an exchange from the Sorel Joan of Arctic I bought. The Sorels didn't work for me because the material was so hard it rubbed the back of my ankle area raw. These Tundras are surprisingly LIGHTWEIGHT and super cozy! The material on the shaft area is soft and pliable enough that I'm able to walk normally and it doesn't rub the back of my ankle raw. I would say they are almost as comfy and cozy as my trusty Classic Uggs! After reading the reviews about how they run large, I bought a size 7 and they fit perfectly. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8. I also don't like to wear thick socks so I will be wearing these with thin socks or no socks the majority of the time. I probably won't get a chance to test them out in cold, snowy weather anytime soon since it has turned pretty warm here in Dallas this week but glad I have them when the weather changes. Zappos provided 5 star customer service as usual. I had worn my Sorels and thought I would be stuck with boots I couldn't wear. Zappos kindly offered an exchange and I received my new boots within 2 days. I will always be Zappos loyal!

These boots are good quality and seem very well made. They run big; I ordered a size 8 for my daughter and they fit me (I wear size 9, I have not been able to even fit my foot into an 8 since I was in high school and my feet were still growing).

These boots look great! And they're extremely warm! They're very comfortable too! I usually wear 5.5 or 6, got these in 6 but they seem to be a bit bigger than I expected, but i guess it's okay, since it means I can wear thick or even double socks for extra warmth.

I have wide feet and the regular width was quite comfortable. I got 1/2 size up for wearing thick socks and they're perfect. Very warm and cozy. Love the shoes for the price. Only reason I didn't give them a 5 is because they come with cheap, flimsy laces so I bought new ones.

I ordered these boots for several reasons. There is no leather, so an animal friendly product. They are tall, so good for deeper snow. They are waterproof. I've worn them in super slushy weather - my feet were nice and warm and dry. I ordered an 8, I usually wear a 7.5 and I think a 7.5 would have been better, but I just wear thick socks + fleece boot liners. I think they are probably very true to size. They are comfortable but not like memory foam. The first day they were a little stiff, but they are breaking in quickly. There were no weird seams inside that caused discomfort. The faux fur is a nice liner and I have gotten many compliments on them. I think these are a great boot to have, they are functional, warm, dry and cute.

Ordered these boots just in time for the negative temps. Price is great. And they are super light, I don't feel that they are bulky at all. Super easy to slip on and off and they are so soft. They kept my feet dry when walking through the snow. My only complaint is that my toes, just my toes get cold. Maybe I just need thicker socks. Other than that I would definitely recommend these to anyone.

These boots are very cute and fit my daughter really well. However, the fur trim after just a week looks pretty matted and worn out. That is disappointing. She also mentioned her toes are cold in the snow. So though they are great snow boots and tall enough to keep the snow out of her pants/snow pants, they should have more insulation.

I live in Chicago and needed snow boots since I travel from the North suburbs into downtown Chicago everyday. These snow boots are very comfortable, they have a fleece type lining all through out the boot including the foot part, which makes it very pillow like on your foot. I usually wear a size 8 so I ordered these in a size 8, but I feel like they run a bit large. If they did not have the lace up portion, I would have returned them since my feet still feels like they are coming out of the boot a bit. The lace up portion is nice to make it more secure to your foot. I believe that they are waterproof, I have not had any snow, water, rain seep through the boot. The design is very cute itself, I ordered the pink, and I have gotten a couple of compliments. My only downside to this boot is the ability to keep your feet warm. It has been around -15°F every single day this week, and these boots have not kept my feet warm. My toes went numb which was a real bummer, because I overall like the boots. The tag when purchased said it can go to -22°, but this is not the case. I have found that wearing two pairs of socks helps with this but my feet are still cold.

Cute boots but where the "shoe part" meets the shaft (not sure how else to explain it) rubs on my ankle bone.
