This bag is adorable! The colors are fantastic and it seems very well-made. It is also enormous! I searched for a 15" laptop bag and didn't look closely enough at the dimensions. I was hoping for something petite but it's the standard kids' carry-everything size. Also, the padded shoulder straps are very stiff and too wide. They cut into my armpits (and I'm a 5'4 adult). If you want to carry books, lunch and a change of undies, this bag is great. If you just want to hold a netbook, sunglasses and wallet, not so much.

Great, sturdy product. My son needed a new backpack for school once his old High Sierra backpack finally broke down, after a few years of heavy use. Sticking with the brand I trusted.

I love this bag. I am actually here to get a new one. My company bought us these as our Christmas present one year and I have had it ever since. It's great for laptops, I use it as a briefcase and as a carry on because I can wander through airports hands-free. I also have used it when biking to work. The zipper compartments are the perfect size for fitting 'just one more thing'. And the zippers are VERY durable and well made. I can't say enough how much I love this bag. I have used it almost everyday for at least 5 years. I washed it once too, (a pen exploded in it) and it wore very well in the washing machine. The only signs of wear that I see are the reflective pattern on the front has worn off.

I use this backpack for work, carrying my laptop and paperwork. This bag has a lot of space and is very comfortable and easy to carry on the shoulders. I have been using a Columbia backpack for 5 years, so I hope this will hold up as well, but it seems like it will as it is built very good.

My son wanted to like this pack. We loaded it with his books and he tried it on. It's a good size and holds quite a bit but the zippers are awkward. The material flap to protect the zippers gets in the way. The zippers don't catch in the material, it just makes it hard to hold the zipper as it makes the turn between the side and the top of the pack. In theory, you can fold back the flat to better expose the zipper but that's still awkward and a middle schooler trying to load/unload a pack in a crowded hallway doesn't need the extra frustration.

Cute backpack with a lot of pockets. However, it is very hard to zip up because the inside lining of the pockets gets easily snagged in the zipper.

This was a replacement backpack for my daughter to use at school. There were many Swerve style choices for her to pick from, the price is reasonable, and the quality is great.

Wanted something that was light weight, water resistant to commute back and forth to NYC. Sometimes a laptop and always a tablet. Perfect size and weight.

This is a great backpack for school. Had a similar one, but it got stolen. I really liked the florescent color of the previous backpack, but this design was an ok second to that one.

My daughter can carry all of her middle school text books and binders and still Has plenty of room. Great quality. She carried her last High Sierra backpack for 3 years! She loves them. And her name is Sierra so even better! :)

Have had one for 2 years but need one to reach items more easily and does not require me to throw it over back.

I have had an iteration of this backpack for years now. I carry quite a bit of heavy stuff along with me daily to and from work, and this bag has put up with a true beating.

I've been using this backpack daily for 5 years now. Best backpack I've ever had. I keep a laptop, dslr, notepad, chargers, cables, you name it. This thing has been my tank. It even fell out of a moving car once. Did a good job protecting the items inside it. I really hope high sierra re releases this. I haven't found a backpack as good as this model!!! Only cons are after all this time it has worn down and ive seen the weak spots it has. But not enough to keep me from buying another one

My daughter needed a back pack to fit her computer and books to carry around all day long in school.

As a soon to be med-student, I use my Sierra for school, especially when I need to carry my laptop and human anatomy textbook! I really like everything about it . However, I feel it can still be tweaked a little bit so that'll be ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!! 1: please consider adding a load lifter/stabilizer straps 2: please also consider adding a padded waist/hip belt 3.
