Purchased to add support to ballet flats, but these were too wide to fit inside the shoes. I'm exchanging for another style of the Birkenstock insoles that is available in narrow -- wish me luck! (I tested size 35 (4 to 4,5) insoles in Rothy's size 37.7 (7) flats and 38 (7.5) points -- the top layer (thin, blue) was too wide at the ball in both sizes.)

Great product that allows the Birk feel, support and fit to be included within all my non Birk shoes!

After developing left foot pain, podiatrist suggested a 100 dllr pair of orthos. Had all the Superfeet shipped but didn't work. Gambled on these and WON. They are the best so much I ordered some sandals as well. Painfree

Absolutely love these insoles. I bought two more pair after my first purchase. I don't know that I would use them in a running shoe, but love them in my TOMS shoes!

These inner soles are exactly as advertised. True to size and very supportive. Be aware they are fairly high volume. Although they're expensive my feet feel better through the day and especially the next morning. I'm a lot less enthusiastic about the captcha system that Zappos uses in addition to my password and login to make sure I'm not a robot.

These are a big improvement to replace the insoles in my tennis shoes. I do wish that the blue insert did not have the toe ridges. My toes do not line up with these well. This doesn't bother me in my other Birkenstocks, but seems more irritating with these. I may just use a cheap insole instead of the blue insert, as all the support comes from the cork footbed.

My doctor recommended these- he said my CUSTOM orthotics were USELESS (not enough support for my present weight), so I figured I would try them; after all, I own an bunch of birks (sandals & clogs) over the years. After buying a 43 & trying them in my sneakers, I called Zappos for an even exchange, because they were too short in the front, I received a 46 that were just perfect! Firm support without being excruciating.

I love these things. I had professionally made orthotics but they didn't help with a neuroma. I got these as a Hail Mary for a trip to Rome. Walked all around Rome and Tuscany and my feet were happy. Got home and got another pair.

I've often said, "If only my trainers could give me the support and be as comfortable as my Birkenstock sandals..." Well, this is the answer I was looking for. Really keeps my feet stabilized and supported. No more pain after workouts.

Love this insert! I have Mortens Neuroma and this insert really works. I would love it if they mad the blue overlay even cushier but this one still works.

These work great for me. Birkenstock shoes are favored by my wide feet with extremely high arches. Unfortunately, Birkenstock doesn't have the style of shoes I want sometimes and this arch support works very well to provide the support I need and enjoy.

Love these! I have had plantar fasciitis for 6 years and I love Birkenstocks in general! So when I saw these inserts I went for it and I am so glad I did! I stand on my feet for 10 or more hours a day...what a relief to be able to slip these into most of my shoes.

Great arch supports! My son has flat feet which makes it difficult for him to run without putting undue stress on his knees. These Birkenstock arch supports provide the proper support for his feet, and relieve the knee stress. We've purchased 2 pairs so far, and intend on purchasing more as these start to wear out. If worn all the time, expect to replace these every 8 months or so. Highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. Thank you Birkenstock and Zappos!

I ordered these to pair up with a pair of Lowa hiking boots. I have plantar fasciitis from time to time and currently live in HK where we have no car and walk everywhere. Like my Birk sandals these inserts make a huge difference due to the heel cup and high arch. I can finally walk without limping.

I ordered these for my husband who has been having major foot pain, especially his toes and heels. He loves them! The pain was instantly gone. I will be ordering another pair for him so he can have 2 pair and not have to switch them out so much.

Fabulous find! I started walking for health reasons, and the foot pain stopped me. These inserts, placed in my walking shoes, made a significant improvement. I can now walk again. I had tried many different solutions (shoes, inserts, etc.) and these are the only ones that work for me. Birkenstock comfort in my walking shoe - who knew?

These are serious arch supports! I like them. I've only worn them twice since I received them last week. After the first day, it felt as though my feet had been in training (a good feeling)all day, but I was glad to put on a different pair of shoes when I got home. The second time I wore them, it felt good to have them in my shoes, but again, I was happy to change shoes at the end of the day. So maybe you need to get accustomed to them, in small increments.

These innersoles make an average pair of basketball sneakers into an even better pair of basketball sneakers. Use and depend on Birkenstocks products because they understand feet and make good quality products. Also, I am trying to reduce the amount of stress that I put on my body by using these inner soles. They are expensive but worth it, because I have bought them twice.

Birkenstock is the only shoe that doesn't hurt my feet and I use these in my athletic shoes when they are appropriate, a 1/2 size bigger shoe keeps them from being too tight!

I was told to buy these for years and can't believe I waited as long as I did to listen. On day one I was skeptical but my feet adapted quickly to the support they give. My heel no longer has any issues. I wear them with my dress boots, run with them in my sneakers and even slip them in my Converse Chucks. My feet have never been 100% pain free until now, and I never stop. Dansko's were the closest I came but don't compare.

My son has a very low arch. I bought a expensive pair at his orthopedics and didn't help the planks were plastic and were not durable. This would be the second pair that he uses. He feels excellent. He walks better, he runs better.

My job requires that I'm on my feet and practically running all day, jumping in and out of a truck. I've started wearing orthotics years ago to protect my feet and knees. Since I bought these, I have ordered two more pairs, so yes, I would highly recommend them. Extremely comfortable and supportive. I wear a wide shoe and replace the liner in the shoe with these.
