Nice, very well done and easily accommodates my Dell XPS 15Z computer. The only thing is, that I didn't receive the monkey key chain. I want one!

I like my Backpack. It is so light weight. The zippers close so easily. Each compartment is perfect for appropriate sized storage. The size is perfect for carrying around a iPad, in addition to all the other things I manage to store in my backpack.

This is the best backpack! My daughter said this one is the best. She has a lot of binders and books and it fits everything. She is in middle school. We have tried others and this is her favorite!

I bought this backpack for my junior year of high school and am very impressed. I was worried about size, that it would be much smaller than my old backpack (Heckler by The North Face). It surprised me when it came that it could fit just as much if not more into it than my old one. Definitely worth it!

I just received my order of the Kipling Seoul Computer backpack. I am highly annoyed and disappointed, as the monkey was missing. This monkey makes the bag, what happened to quality control. A huge company as Zappos should be ashamed of themselves.

I am returning this brown backpack. It does not have the Kipling monkey...again! The red one that was resent with this one...does has a little red monkey. I returned the original red one yesterday to you. I have decided to return these two (second red one and the brown one) because I doubt I will order from Zappos again. These were gifts for kids and both times these orders (even this new one) were screwed up. With the little monkey that kids collect..these are just any old backpacks to them. Poor quality control at Zappos! Bettie Jamarik. :-(

If you really do need to carry a 15" laptop on a regular basis, then don't waste your time with this backpack. It's cute and made of quality material, but it is NOT a well-made backpack. The straps meet at the top in a place that touches my neck, and the straps have very light padding, making it painful to carry, even with nothing but my laptop and wallet inside. I carried for about 6 minutes before deciding to return it. This backpack would be perfect for someone who just needs to carry some folders and supplies, but definitely not textbooks or laptops. I ended up getting the Osprey Flapjill LG and it is very, very well-made compared to the Kipling Seoul.

We've owned this backpack for almost 2 years now. I got it for my son to carry his toys, kindle or iPad, and snacks when we're traveling. I've washed it several times and it comes out looking brand new every time. The durability and being lightweight is something that you don't find too often in a sturdy backpack. This backpack has been tossed around, thrown on the ground, stepped on, and still looks great without and damage whatsoever! Well worth the price and will have for years to come! Highly recommend!

Love this backpack! Purchased it for traveling! Makes my life so much easier going through the airport. As with Kipling, nylon is sturdy and light. Backpack holds my 15" laptop, iPad, books, snacks, etc. Pockets come in handy for quick access to passport and boarding passes. Color is navy blue as described. No problems with the "Monkey" as others have noted that their monkey was not on the back. So cute!

I bought this back pack in black for my daughter's first year in high school and it has held up as one of the most durable, strong and sturdy backpacks I've ever purchased. She commuted by mass transit every day, lugged unbearably heavy books, notebooks, lunch and ipad everyday with no damage whatsoever to the back pack. I sent her off to college this fall and didn't even think of buying her a new one. We washed this one and it is now in it's fifth year of service attending college with my daughter. Kipling is a great product. It will last and is cute too!

My fifth grader loves it! She especially loves the monkey. She does not need to carry a laptop to school yet but extra padding would not hurt. We are planning to use it for a while since it seems like it is very good quality. It is a nice turquoise color that seems to be in for her age, also very light weight. It is big enough to carry an accordion folder, two thick hard cover textbooks, a bottled water, and a regular size lunch bag plus all her knick knacks and wallet. It has many compartments which comes in very handy. Overall we are happy with the bag, it looks very nice in person especially when being carried on her back.

I have many Kipling items. I needed a bag that had multiple compartments, was sturdy and wouldn't add extra weight for me. This bag was the answer. I was able to put a digital camera,with cords, iPhone with cords, international chargers, medication, 4 bags of toiletries, passport and airline info and have each in its own special compartment. This is my bag of choice for any trip I'll be taking in the future.

This bag is almost perfect. It's super lightweight - great for hotter weather. It's pretty water-resistant and wipes clean. I love the nylon Kipling uses for their bags too. I got mine in slate grey and it goes with everything I own and has an understated, classic, casual look. My only criticism is that there really aren't any secret interior pockets. But this is a minor criticism. Is it worth the price? Yes and no. You're paying for the brand (ie: the monkey keychain) but for the lightness of the material, it's super-sturdy and durable which is worth something, especially since it's hard to find a cheaper pack made of the same material. If you're looking for an ergonomic pack that provides hours of good support, you may find this isn't suitable. But overall, it's such a great pack, that I'm not really complaining.
