This bag is perfect for traveling. I like having the four compartments to keep things such as wallet, passport, sunglasses, etc separated from each other. The adjustable strap was convenient for when I felt I needed to carry it across my body. It is very lightweight so it is comfortable to wear all day while sightseeing. I also liked the lighter interior making it easier to find smaller items. I chose to remove the cute gorilla that was attached to the side of the bag. I highly recommend this bag.

I have this bag. Mine is silver (maybe the one they call grey). I love this bag! It's waterproof! The zippers work really well. All the hardware works really well. I wanted to downsize my bag and this was perfect for me. I'm 5 ft. tall and most bags today are huge! It does have several pockets, but I added more by adding some smaller make up bags and it works well. And who can resist the cute gorilla. :)

I love it! It is the perfect size, light weight and a fabulous color. I will not be out of sight in the airport!

I am more than happy that Kipling bags are available from Zappos. I am washing them when needed and I was using them long before Zappos was selling them. They are light and very practical.

This is the greatest bag I ever purchased. It is lightweight and a lot of room without all the weight and cannot go wrong with this bag.

Love this purse. It's light in weight, strap is very adjustable. I have a 7" tablet, it fits in without any problem and the bag still isn't heavy. I own two of them, love the red so I'll probably order that one, too.

Amazing bag! I ordered "lustrous night" which was limited edition and I'm so happy I purchased it. Only downside for that bag is the sparkling things come off and gets all over you. After a few days of use you don't have anymore sparkle on your clothes, but two more days later, there is no sparkle left on the bag at all. This color really needs the shimmer and sparkle to go with the color, since without the sparkle, it just looks like messy purple blue and other color mixed. That's why I'm giving 3 stars, but for solid colors, I don't think it matters.

This a a nice looking, well made bag, but it doesn't have enough room for my stuff. It looks larger than it is. You can put things in the zippered sections, but anything more that pieces of paper or lipstick, keys etc. and it bulges and loses its shape and looks puffy. So if you like most of your things in one compartment and a few pockets for smaller items, this might be the purse for you. I returned this purse.

I bought this bag for my daughter and she loves it. She uses it almost everyday. It is one of her favorites. Thank you!

I've loved Kipling for just about ever now. My dad's wife brought me a bag back from a trip to Europe over 10 years ago and I have been a fan ever since. They last forever and can be washed if you want. They are my favorite.

The zippers on this bag keep it from looking too boring and they provide easy access. Lightweight with lots of compartments for traveling and walking around with stuff, but small enough to put in my carry on luggage. Love it.

This is one of my favorite crossbody bags for travel. It packs well, has a lot of compartments, is water resistant and is easy to clean. My Mom was so jealous she got one for herself. It holds FAR MORE than you would ever guess. I highly recommend.

I love this bag! The fabric does not retain dirt. The number of pockets accessible from the outside makes it easy to store and find everything. The adjustable strap allows for the length to adjust depending on what I am using it for. I am 6'3" tall and the longest length is plenty long for me; however, it could also be made much shorter if you needed that. I was looking for the perfect cross-body bag and I found it.

I'm a Kipling "Queen" with probably 20+ bags over the years! This one is loaded with zippers and pockets, so I know just where to find everything -- no stress, no mess! The key holder is handy, the bag is a perfect size for me to use over the shoulder or cross-body for hands-free.The fabric is fabulous and long-wearing. I love Kipling and I love Zappos!

I purchased this bag to take on a trip. Now it's my everyday bag! Absolutely love it, it's lightweight, zippers work smoothly, can keep things separate, quality product.

I love Kipling bags. They're not particularly stylish but they're lightweight and easy to keep clean. I've carried a Kipling Alvar bag for about five years. Each one tends to last a year or so, as the lining easily gets caught in the zipper, and sooner or later I break the zipper trying to get the lining unsnagged. But I keep going back to the bag because it's just the right size, especially for travel, and it's got so many compartments that it's easy to stay organized. I'm disappointed with the most recent version, as Kipling seems to have flipped its zipper and its internal compartments. If you're new to this bag, you may not mind, although if you're righthanded, having the zipper go from back to front isn't optimal. For me, though, after years of instinctively using the bag, it's a drag. I'll keep the ones I bought this time and reevaluate the next time I snag the lining.

I ordered the Galaxy Twist color. I was expecting it to be a pretty matte pattern of grey and black, but in person, it was a monstrosity of silver sparkle - very shiny. I like the style of the bag and it seemed like it would have be very functional; just wish it wasn't sparkly. Anyways, I ended up returning it. Customer service was great. Return and refund was seamless. Just wished I could have gotten back the $25 rewards code I used to buy this.

I have this bag in a pattern and two solid colors. In principle, as with most Kipling bags, it's ideally suited for "on the go" - whether for daily life or travel. However, for me personally this bag fell short of my expectations as I found the compartments clumsy and not conducive to easily organize or retrieve items. I would say this is best for people who don't carry multiple, variously shaped/sized or weighted items with them as I was unable to use this efficiently for personal use. Still a good bag, especially since it's lightweight - just not a favorite.

These bags are wonderful! I just returned from a short trip and washed the bag. It is just as it was before I washed it. Great bag!

I love this bag and have had it in several colors. I usually wear a different color each season. This spring I had a hard time deciding on a color and bought and returned the brush blue several times thinking I liked it and then deciding I didn’t. I finally found the same bag in a brighter color that I preferred so didn’t keep the brush blue, but it is a very pretty color for someone else. It’s a dull light blue, and I look better in brighter colors, so the brush blue didn’t go with my clothing or do much for me, but it’s a very pretty color and a very practical bag. I was going to keep the brush blue, but when I got the brighter one, everyone agreed that it looked better on me. Sorry Zappos! Anyway, the bag is lightweight, a great size, and has tons of pockets and a comfortable crossbody strap that doesn’t irritate my neck.

I bought this purse to carry on a trip. It was absolutely perfect. It is very light weight which allowed me to fill it with things that I needed to have handy without it being too heavy. There are many zippers and compartments which helped me to feel very well organized. The strap is simple to adjust. I love this purse.
