Although I love these shoes, I work retail and have had two pairs of them crack along the bottom. The first pair I thought might be a defect, but the 2nd pair cracked quicker with less wear. The 1st pair lasted about 10 months with heavy wear. The 2nd pair about 6 months with much lighter wear. For the price, I want them to last much longer!

These shoes are heaven. I have narrow, archless feet and have lived with pain all my life. Zappos puts up with many a return from me, which is why they have my undying loyalty: I know in the end, I'll get the shoes I need. My Wolkys are too new to say whether they will solve all my foot problems, and I doubt that they will. But I can already tell that they are balanced, they cradle my foot, and they have a good arch support. The are truly "anatomically shaped." I have gone through Danskos (ouch!), Birkenstocks (I'm too old for such dreary shoes now), Earth (when they're bad they're bad, when they're good, they're pretty darn good, but you never know, because they are not consistent), Alegria (also inconsistent, but some of them have been great), Finn Comfort (great shoe, ridiculously expensive) and Tretorn (I'm hopeful; wore them during my hippie days, but they ARE spartan). These Wolkys feel good from the get-go. But everyone has different feet, eh? Once again, I am grateful to Zappos for supporting my search for the right shoe. I guess I should say: they aren't all that attractive (would have loved to order the red, but you never know), and they ARE kind of spendy, but I've caved in for Finn Comforts in the past, so these didn't seem too bad.

I purchased the "Brown" color and what was sent was "Brown Pebble Leather." The image on Zappos for brown led me to think this was the "Brushed" brown, but it is not. Nevertheless, they feel fantastic, so I will probably keep them because they feel so great. This is my second pair of Wolky and they fit one or two numbers on the small size. So I got a 40 instead of 38/39. Also, I have wide feet and my feet don't feel too snug - you have a lot of play with the strap and the leather. They are absolutely terrific for walking about!

I don't think I've ever been so in love with a shoe! I returned a pair and fortunately got these on sale (even better!) They are fresh out of the box and aren't hurting my feet at all. Tomorrow when I'm standing for 9 hrs (hairstylist) my feet and legs will be thanking me. I usually only wear Dansko and I love their support, but they make the most obnoxious noise on laminate flooring. I'm so excited to not have to be annoyed by that anymore. :) Great way to start the new year!

I love these shoes. They are so comfortable, I wear them all the time, at work, shopping, around the house. I am ordering another color.

I like the hard bottom, I think these are pretty comfy. I work retail and do a lot of stairs, they did my feet well. I think it is probably my foot, but the right side, where the stitching comes diagonally across the shoe, is tight. I can't wait for it to stretch and if it doesn't I will take locally to have that done. It will help.

When I first put these on, I sighed "Ahhhhh" they were so comfortable. But then I started walking. The sole is just too hard. I am so disappointed. I had a pair of Wolky MaryJanes years ago that I absolutely wore out they were so soft and comfy. Bring those back, Wolky!

I bought these when I was pregnant and these made my feet so much happier! They are super comfortable shoes, even more than Dansko.

I REALLY loved these shoes as they are sooo cute with dress slacks for work. I work in a bank so I am on my feet for a good bit all day and also had a lower spinal fusion done in 2017 so I was looking for something more lightweight than my Dansko clogs. Unfortunately while I did read that they ran small so I ordered a 42 whereas I usually take a 41 in Dankso and Birkenstock etc. they do not come in a wide. I have flat feet and after wearing them around the house for a few hours they were just too tight on the top of the foot to the point that my circulation was being affected. I so wanted them to stretch and contemplated bringing them to a cobbler to do so but for 185 dollars I really need a shoe to fit perfectly. So unfortunately I am returning them. The pebble leather is so soft and the stitching detail gives them a sporty little look. Very sad they did not work for me.

Wow, my foot surgeon wears Wolky's and has recommended them for years. Now I know why. They are lightweight yet solid and supportive with out the sloppy movement of some popular clogs. Polished look yet casual. I have a temperamental foot but I am hooked. Can't wait for my next pair. Worth the price.

I love these shoes. I wore them right out of the box for two or three hours with no problems. I wear a size 8.5 and purchased a size 39. They are the most comfortable shoes I own!

I have to admit, when I first saw these shoes in a store nearby I walked right past them thinking they were unattractive and clunky sensible shoes! After convincing by several of my friends and colleagues I begrudgingly bought them and now I am hooked. I have not taken them off! They have helped my back pain! They are comfortable, can be worn for long periods right from the box. So now, I am ordering another color!

These shoes are very comfortable and required no breaking-in period. Style-wise, they might be a better choice for a younger woman. I am older and just looking for comfort and find these shoes don't look great with pants, which is all I wear. I do think they would look great on a younger woman who wore skirts and was more fashionable. Nevertheless, these have become my favorite house shoes.

The footbed on these is fantastic. Super supportive and comfy. I have some issues with my feet and toes, including bunions, and I wish the toe box was just a little bigger. I wear the largest size these come in, so I don't have the option to order up. The shoes look unconventional, but good. They seem well made.

I've gone through two pairs of these shoes. The footbed cracked in half across the bottom of both pairs I loved them and they were very comfy, but both pairs didn't last a year. The stiff bottom isn't good if you ever need to crouch down to pick up things. I guess I need shoes with more flex for my line of work.

The categories above don't allow for adequate description: i.e. the shoe length is approximately 'true to size' but the toebox curves in sharply such that you'd need to go up a size - and then the shoe flops around. Ditto width: it's wide but cuts in sharply. Idiosyncratic shape. And Not for my feet :(

I've bought at least five pairs of this style of shoe in the past 5+ years. They are super comfortable, and I find that they usually last 12-18 months with heavy wear. However, the sole of the most recent pair I bought in July cracked less than 2 months later. I am surprised, because this is usually a reliable, sturdy shoe.

These are fabulously comfortable for my very difficult feet. However the sole cracked after less than 3 months wear which is ridiculous. I have to go back to Alegrias

Oh, boy, my Wolkys are here! I’ve had them on for a few hours and they seem to be keepers! I was fairly sure they’d be okay because I tried them on in an actual store and I was not surprised when I wore them at home. As recommended I ordered one size up. At first I was worried because I felt some kind of lump under my right first metatarsal, then I adjusted the strap and changed my socks. A looser strap helped but going to a SLIGHTLY thicker sock—from a medium trouser sock to a cotton athletic sock—was all I needed to do to get rid of the “lump”. Now they’re fine and I’m still wearing them. I bought them as house shoes and it appears that they will be part of the healing of my injured foot. I might buy another pair in a different color as a shoe to wear for shopping and errands. What to go, Wolky!

I have a very demanding foot due to a still-healing injury. I’ve gone through 6 shoe styles trying to find something that offered the criteria I must have: rigid sole for stability, narrow width, ability to accommodate an orthotic. I was thrilled to find the Wolky and with help from a Zappos rep I located a nearby store which carried them in my size. I tried them on there and the sole was sturdy enough to give me the stability I needed. I was worried that the Wolkys wouldn’t fit my orthotic—the case with the Danskos I had tried—but the Wolky toe box was deep enough to allow both my orthotics AND my toes at the same time. As for narrowness, I had read reviews that said the Wolky medium width was a bit more narrow than most other brands and it fit my AA fine. So, when all 3 criteria were met, I went home and ordered them from Zappos at a $10 savings. Less expensive, free shipping and returns, of course I used Zappos. The Wolkys will arrive this Monday and I’ll report on them once I’ve been able to wear them for more than a few minutes at a shoe store.

I love this shoe! I originally ordered it in a 40 as I have other Wolkys in a 40 and they are perfect. This one was comfortable but the 40 was just a tiny bit too small - I could feel my toes against the top. The 41 fit better. These shoes look great with jeans, crops and even shorts. They would be fine with certain skirts or dresses too. They look cute with socks but are comfortable without socks too. They are very padded/cushioned along the bottom.

Love these shoes, super comfortable and great fit, just what I expected from Wolky.

I replaced the exact same pair that previously lasted me 8 years before the sole cracked. These are wonderful right out of the box.

I normally wear a 37 in Wolky sandals, but a 38 in their shoes. Received this shoe today in a 38, but it is a bit big. Have to order a 37. The shoe is very cute and comfy too! Thanks Zappos for making exchanges and returns to easy! I have had two foot surgery's and back surgery, so it's pretty hard for me to find a perfect fit. Thanks Zappos!!!
