They replaced the old Mel with ''neumel''. they are made in China, not Australia and the quality is crap. I sent back 2 pairs. shame on Uggs for even putting this product out on the market. Where's your pride?

I totally agree with the top critical review. I've been wearing Uggs for 20 years and the drop in quality difference the last few years is incredible. I sent a pair back directly to the Uggs company (they lasted 1 week! My original pair from 20 years ago are still fantastic). They replaced them with an identical pair. I wore them out once to shovel snow and my socks were water-logged in 2 minutes, I couldn't believe it. You can see wear now on the soles of Uggs in a week, in a month they looked ancient, again the soles on my originals are still great. I sent back the second pair and the company never even responded, so I'm out money for a pair I had a month. And I've probably bought a dozen pair of Uggs. That's how they treat a loyal customer. It fitted well I wished I got a 6 because I am a 5.5 but they don’t run in half size but overall so comfy

Extremely comfortable and warm shoes. Better suited to wear with jeans. I would definitely recommend these shoes for the very cold, wintery days.

Great shoe, stylish and comfortable. Seems to get dirty and crease easily after prolonged use.

Bought these for my teenage son for Christmas. He absolutely loved them! We sprayed the protector to prevent stains. I also had to stress to him they couldn't be worn in snow or rainy weather. Now I feel like getting myself a pair after trying them on. Very comfy!

Nice looking and fit reasonably well and true to size, for me. I would have liked a bit more snugness in the heel, and most of all, a replaceable insole.

These shoes are comfortable, keep my feet warm in chilly days, while very breathable. Nice style, good for multiple occasions. One weakness is the shoelace loosens often.

These Uggs are AMAZING!!! ?????? SUPER cute, comfy and cozy. I wear a 7.5 in women’s and the size 6 in men’s is perfect!!! Size 5 was too small! I love the color (dark fawn), style and comfort!!! Thanks Zappos!

Awesome pair of uggs!!

To all the people who are wondering what size to get: size down. I usually wear 10.5 but 11 was too big because the leather and shearling stretches. When you first get it it might be tight but it will loosen.
