I have one deformed foot. I am not diabetic, but have some of the same issues as a diabetic, including neuropathy, excessive swelling, and deformity. I can no longer fit into any normal shoes, no matter what style. I have had Crocs before my most recent surgery which fit reasonably well. Now, as a result of the last surgery, none of the regular Crocs are roomy enough. The toe boxes are not high enough, there's too much arch support for my collapsed arch, and the width of the shoes run too narrow for my one odd-shaped foot. The exception is the Cloud model, which is exactly what I need although a lighter khaki or beige color would be nice to have. Are they the most attractive shoes in the world? No, but they make up for it in comfort. If you accept the premise as I do that these shoes are designed to be roomy, then you could say they run true to size. (That is, therefore, why I rate them down the middle.) If you think that the sizes should run the same as the other styles of Crocs, then you will likely think these run too large. So, for ordering purposes, if you don't need roomy shoes, then don't get these. If you do need extra space, then I would suggest you order your "normal" size. If you would order a size 11M, for example, then order the same size 11 with the knowledge that you have some wiggle room in length and width beyond what you would otherwise have. If you order the wrong size, you can always exchange them. To my way of thinking, the wiggle room is what makes these comfortable. There's room for my toes, there's room for late-day swelling, and there's a comfortable amount of arch support.

These are my first pair of Crocs and I love them. I am a convert forever. I have ordered other models since and find that the Ultimate Cloud definitely have a more cushioned sole. They are light, heavenly comfortable and so practical. I flip the strap up or down depending on how I want to use the shoe. They're easily washable and without the large side vents along the sole which let in gravel and dirt. I wear them with socks and haven't experienced them yet as a summer shoe without socks. Crocs are essential to my healing program for plantar fascia. They have the wide toe box with room for toe spacers, 0 heel drop and minimal arch support. Their light flexibility allows my foot muscles to strengthen and support me in the healthy way they used to when I went barefoot. I also use metatarsal pads which easily stick to the plastic insole. They work in every way for me!

I have plantar fasciitis, and these Crocs are so comfortable and easy to walk in. I really don't want to take a step without them. I wear orthotics in my athletic shoes, but I can wear these specific Crocs for many hours pain free. I tried the Mercy, and my foot slid around in them. Also, I tried the Relief, but they were not as cushy and supportive. I only wish these came in other colors. They are ugly, but happy feet make up for it.

Crocs are the most comfortable shoes in the world! I wear them to work everyday and my feet never hurt. My first pair are 8 yrs. old and are still going strong. I ordered the Ultimate Cloud to pamper my feet some more!

These are excellent if you have foot problems. I have morton's neuromas in both feet and these shoes make it possible to stay on my feet much longer.

Of all the Crocs that I have purchased, these fit the best. It seems that there is some inconsistency in different styles. Medium seems to be the standard or only width in a lot of brands.

Great shoe for casual wear. My first pair, I thought they looked pretty funny when my wife first bought a pair but now I'm sold.

Great product for confort and convenience. Caveat: Order it one size smaller, at least.

I LOVE CROCS! They are so comfortable. I never take them off. They are great for sleeping in my bed with. I will never take this off. EVER! I love the durability and the practicability of wearing them everywhere for example school work church the club school dances, goes nicely over all terrian. These crocs go wonderfully with my black evening gown. These crocs doble as sand shoes and snowboarding shoes, I wear on saharan dessert trips! I am overall very satisfied with this but definitely think this is a must have wardrobe. I am Crocs AF! CROCS ARE LYFE!

I just had bunion surgery and these shoes work great. Roomy enough to accommodate my swelling, but supportive. I have a narrow heel/foot, and these seem narrower than the other Rx clog.

I have a hammer toe on one foot and these shoes are a great help for walking on uncarpeted floors. I get them a size large for extra room when wearing heavy socks in the winter.

These are my first pair of Crocs andI love them. Dude to a medical condition, the soles of my feet are growing progressively numb. Regular shoes are just too tight and cause discomfort after just a few hours in them. Crocs offer support, and, most importantly for me, wonderful comfort and, with the wide sole of the shoe, a more stable platform for me to stand on.

Not a distance-walking shoe. But, oh, what wondrous comfort, support, and lightness for standing tasks and brief transit between them. Started wearing them immediately upon removal from their box.

I wore my first pair of Crocs everyday for 8 years, until I wore the bottoms out. These shoes are fabulous. I've had 2 foot surgeries and my feet love these shoes. I bought another style on crocs.com. They didn't fit. They were shipped in a bag. I had to pay for return shipping and they only deducted the cost of the shoes to my account. I will never shop there again. I was blown away by Zappos shipping of these shoes, a box in a box. Your customer service is the best. I've already started telling people how great your company is. Run two sizes too big! Extremely comfortable. Being a diabetic they do not rub on any part of my feet - very important. Comfortable with or without socks.

I had tried another pair of knock off crocs with terrible results, i.e.: hurt my foot. I have arthritis in my right ankle, and a somewhat deformed foot due to surgery. The size 9s I ordered were a little big but workable. No question these Crocs are comfortable, although for me with a toe bone that sticks up and a very high right ankle arch i have some discomfort with the bone up against the Croc. Nothing I can do about that. I wear the Crocs around the house like slippers and occasionally outside and to the store and back. I would assume these would be perfectly comfortable for a person with normal feet, and a better than average solution for an individual with foot problems. You just have to try them!

I was very disappointed in the ultimate cloud. I have a lot of Crocs and love them. They're the only shoes I can wear. I wear the RX relief and they are so comfortable and have really helped my feet. I thought I would try the cloud. They are as hard as a rock and no arch. I can't wear them. A waste of money. I only paid less for the rest of my Crocs and they conform to my feet and have a good arch support. Would not recommend these.

I love these shoes for my old feet, one of which is healing from a stress fracture and/or tendinitis. I already had wide feet with Mt Everest insteps before, but fractured foot swelling made it even harder to find comfort and shoes that didn't rub across the top or by my big toe. Glad crocs are still made, and these ultimate cloud shoes are great for me. Thank you, crocs, my swollen tired dogs find relief with your shoes! I did order up a size, but a narrow footed person may not need to, just depends.

These shoes are definitely not pretty. But that's not why I bought them. I wear them as my inside shoes because I have plantar fasciitis. It has made a world of difference for me in only one week. I used to go bare foot in the house and wear my orthopedic insoles in my outdoor shoes. But I still had pain. Now that I am wearing these crocs indoors, the pain is almost entirely gone.

We ordered from Crocs originally & it was a nightmare! Deal with Zappos only. I bought these for my husband.

Love my Crocs. At first I thought they were to ugly but ugly is as ugly does. They may not be high fashion but if you have a handicap with trouble walking these turn beautiful quickly.

I don't know exactly how they do it, but these shoes support your arches, heels and metatarsal. I have neuropathy in my feet and these are like therapy for my feet. I was concerned they would flop off when I walked, since they are so roomy, but they don't. I bought these to wear strictly inside instead of non-supportive house shoes. Thanks to the Zappos customer representative who suggested these! She was spot on in recommending the Crocs RX Ultimate Cloud.
