Rockstar boots! They are fabulous. I cannot say enough about these boots. The style is unbelievable. The leather feels like butter. They are in a unique color combination of washed out jet grey with a functional heel. They are good enough to walk for hours, even dance. I wore these on my travel day. So many folks at the airport starred at my legs in wonder. I felt like a rockstar, with my best kept secret. These boots make you felt like a million bucks, for a small price. I will never ever get rid of these guys. As for size I wear 6½-7 in sneakers. The 7½ was too big; my heel was slipping, the 7 was good right out of the box; on the plane, I did feel the top of the foot get pinched but I think this will improve with a little wear.

This is a good looking boot and worth the extra money. The only problem was the fit it was two small around the calf area. My calf measures 13in. Hope this helps you if you decide to order these boots.

Amazing! I ordered these in both the black and the snow furia and both are gorgeous! I ended up keeping the snow color because it's so different and the heel is higher than on the black for some reason. The black is gorgeous also and could actually be dressed up whereas the snow is more casual. The black isn't a solid black either, it's got some slight gray variation to it. You could probably size down 1/2 a size with this one, but I had to go up 1/2 size because my regular size was sold out. It is fitted through the ankle and shaft, so it works...it's not going to be floppy. It's a slim fit through the shaft, but I can still tuck in my skinny jeans (and I have athletic calves). These are sort of a biker/western hybrid and they're fabulous!

I bought these very expensive boots for my wife's birthday and I am glad I did. I was put off by the price and the distressed leather until she tried them on. Once on though he looked like and felt like a rock star and my sales resistance crumbled . She and I both get loads of compliments every time she wears them. They look fabulous with skinny jeans and miniskirts. Another consolation is that quality wise they sure look like they will last a lifetime so go ahead and buy the most expensive boots you don't really need but will really like for a really long time.

These are magical! The most beautiful boots I own, and I own hundreds!! Word of advice, before putting these on, make sure you have slippery socks, as they are hard to get on and hard to get off. They are worth every red cent, LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I work out twice a week and, while my calves aren't skinny, they're certainly not huge. Sadly, the shaft of these are cut for those of us with flamingo legs (insert jealousy here). Back they go.

I love these boots. They are snug around the ankles but look great. I love how narrow they are around the ankle and leg giving you a slim look, rather than a bulky cowboy boot.

If you're ordering the black, you are getting the taller-heeled boot in the photos, not the shorter heeled one in the video. So you are also getting the more distressed boot. This is my 4th pair of Old Gringos, and my absolute favorite pair. The detailing is incredible - everyone comments on these boots. These are definitely a little narrower in the shank than some styles, which works out better for me. Because they are such soft, buttery leather, I would have liked the shank to be even narrower, as this leather definitely forms to the foot/leg after a couple of wearings. The slight push to get them on at the ankle disappeared very quickly. I wear them with jeans/pants, but they are still a little too wide in the leg for me to wear with just tights. Perfect height heel looks a little dressier, as does the perfectly rounded-point toe box. Tall shaft works well on my legs (I'm 5'8"). Show stoppers, guaranteed.

These are the most amazing boots ever! Like butter on the inside, and the outside rocks!

I am a big fan of Old Gringo, but these are by far my favorite pair. I bought the Snow furia colored boots, and they are gorgeous. They work with just about everything and fit perfectly. I wear them to work with skirts and with jeans on the weekends. They are unbelievably comfortable. They are pricey and I hesitated before buying them, but have no buyer's remorse anymore! Enjoy.

I've coveted these boots for a few years now and finally bit the bullet and bought them. I got the distressed brown and I don't think it is as vibrant as the photos.The studs in the photos look much shinier than they are on my boots. Mine are more brownish/muted. I was tempted to exchange them for the black ones but like some other reviewers, I can't even get my foot inside the boot. The calf area seems fine, I just can't get the width of my foot past the stiff heel of the boot. Guess I don't have to worry about my buyer's remorse anymore.

These are lovely boots but do not fit well. They are really tight around the ankle. I felt that the boot was true to size foot wise. I have never had this problem with this brand before so somewhat disappointing.

Boot leather is like butter, purchased size 8, which I usually wear in Old Gringo, but with this boot need 1/2 size up, waiting for my new size. I know it will be great to wear with dresses & pants too. Worth the money. Love all my Old Gringo boots.

LIVE these boots, but there is ZERO comfort. I work in an office environment, so it's no big deal. But to walk in these. NOPE!! I ordered the all black and the black with white. The black w/white, the white paint is like dry curled paint and flakes off if you cross your legs or rub against something. I called Xappos and they said if it keeps happening to return them. I really love the black/white pair, so I'm hoping it stops flaking off!

I LOVE these boots but will be returning them with sadness. They did not fit me in the calf. :-(

These leather boots are of the highest quality. They smell divine. They look beautiful. They feel so comfortable. Easy to get on and off. I love them so much that I might order a second pair now to have as back up!

Great customer experience from Zappos. I made mistake and ordered wrong size for my wife. Zappos customer service was second to none. Very pleased and will continue to do business. This is my wife’s 2nd pair of these and she loves them.

The fit is perfect in my usual size (7 1/2) and similar to the other Old Gringo boots that I own. I have wanted these boots for a couple of years and am very pleased to finally have them... the style in the slightly worn black leather is perfect!

I will need to stretch the left boot a little, only because of my foot issue. I wear 9.5 in OG boots which is what I ordered and they fit fine. I have to stretch all my OG boots on my left foot. These are such a great looking boot and wonderful quality. I am a huge OG boot fan, and they all are amazing.

Great materials and quality -- feels broken in from day 1! I have thinner calves and ankles and these fit like a glove but might be problematic if you are thicker in either of these areas. I am usually between a 7.5 and 8, and bought the 8. Awesome boots.

Gorgeous Boots! I bot a 1/2 size larger than normal. They are very hard to get on and off. The connection between the shaft and foot is extremely tight. There’s a zipper at the ankle that helps. I’m hopeful as I wear them they will loosen up and be easier. Once I get them on, they are very attractive!

These boots are fabulous...gorgeous. I got them to wear in parades with my driving horses, besides casual wear. They make you feel really special with the embellishment & the heel height. Thought maybe I was to old to wear them but they make me feel young.

Love this boot. Very comfy with this heel. I can wear all day and I have very bad back. Iam getting the ither color this year fir my b day. Lots of compliments.
