I am normally a 7.5 and the 7 fits perfectly (so I would recommend sizing down if you are between sizes). These are comfortable, the leather is very soft, quality looks good so far. The leather is "worn" looking (as in the pictures) so make sure that is the look you are going for.

Love of my life boots! Really, it's the only boot I'll ever need. I took them out of the box and walked 3 miles in them. They are so comfortable. And they look great with jeans, long or short skirt. Get these boots!

These boots are absolutely amaze-balls. I ordered them this past Thursday, and were delivered the following even, which was mind-blowing enough; add to that, I yanked them out of the box and onto my feet, and out I went for a typical evening of Manhattan walking. These boots were so comfortable, so natural, I wouldn't have known I was wearing new shoes if I hadn't had to look at them every 7 seconds, because they're also gorgeous on or off. They cradle even my wide feet in a cocoon of supportive cushiness. Another major masterly piece of leather from Dr. Martens, aided by the awe-inspiring customer service provided as always, for free, from Zappos.

This is a great, durable, stylish boot. I bought these for a trip to London (lots of walking), and they didn't disappoint. I have sensitive, blister-prone feet, and they didn't bother me once.

I wear a size 6 so I ordered the USA size 6 and I couldn't even get these on my feet. They were way too small and narrow. I'm going to try again in the USA size 7 to see if it makes a difference. Gotta love Zappos free shipping both ways!

I got this style in black and will prob get in brown too! The leather is soft like glove leather and the sole has great traction. So you get a sexy heel without sacrificing safety and dignity. :) They are awesome boots. Hope PA

These boot are the best! They did not need to be broken in at all. They are made from very soft leather which makes them comfortable right out of the box. I can wear them to work or on the weekend, they go with everything.

I like these shoes that are a cross between a boot and a shoe with somewhat softer appearance than the heavy Dr Marten's other shoes.

These are great - as others have mentioned, fit right out of the box, very comfortable and light. Fit exactly to size; make my size 9s look smaller too. Yes, the leather is light, but waterproof them and they will do fine. A really great buy at this sale price too; look more feminine on than you would get from the photos.

Depending on the brands, I typically range from a US size 6-7. Upon hearing that this shoe tended to run a little large, I ordered the size 6, and it fits great. Plus these shoes are both super comfortable and look cool!

I have never purchased Dr. Martens before but decided to give these boots a try. They are wonderful in every way! Incredibly stylish and super comfortable straight out of the box. I continue to be so pleased with Zappos speedy delivery and easy return policy. I am sure this will be one of many more purchases!

These are really great boots overall. I have wide feet but I always seem to have good luck with Dr. Martens. I do wish the heal was a bit higher and that they were a touch more feminine, but that is only a minor complaint. I have been wearing these almost every day since I got them.

I absolutely love these boots. I was a little hesitant to buy them as my understanding is that Doc Martens tend to weigh a bit (and I have bad knees). However, these boots are not heavy. They look great with long skirts and with jeans, and they are super comfortable (the leather is very soft). I love them so much I am going to buy another pair in a different color! I would also like to add that the staff at Zappos is amazing! They are friendly and professional, patient and accommodating. They are also very well-informed! I don't usually write reviews on products, but these boots are so great that I have to tell someone. They're the most comfortable boots ever, and they look absolutely great. The heels are nice and solid but very light. The leather is super soft and felt like they've been worn for a while. I have to say the black leather looks more weathered than picture, but I like the look. If something happens to them, I'd definitely buy another pair immediately!

Cute, sturdy, and feminine, would buy again if Dr. Martens would release them in Oxblood!

Very nice shoes. The uk 9 is a roomy us 11. The heel isn't too high. The leather is soft, so they will not last as long as other Doc Martens, so I am being careful not to wear them in the elements etc...but I am getting lots of compliments. Great with dresses or jeans. I love them!

This is my first pair of Dr. Martens and I am hooked. These boots are amazing! Comfortable right out of the box, room for my toes, true to size, soft leather. No break in time! Definitely worth the price.

Comfortable, stylish, and great for walking! My favorite "go-to" boots this Fall. Roomy toe box so no pinched toes. Heel height looks good with trousers.

I am in love with these boots! My first thought when I took them out of the box was surprise at how light they were. The leather is extremely soft, and they did not need any breaking in time before they were comfortable. I would highly recommend these to anyone considering them.

I just received these today and put them on and love them. I have tried about 6 different lace up boots including Frye and am so happy that I finally found the one that works for my feet. I wear an 11 and have wide feet and there is room enough for a thin sock. I also love the eye hooks on top because it makes it easier to take the boot off and put them on. Really happy that I kept shopping until I found the one!

These boots combine comfort and style. They are just as nice looking as similar but dressier lace-up boots with stacked wood heels but offer traction on ice. The dark brown is a great color. My previous Dr. Martens lasted for years; I hope these will too.

They are cute boots, and they are reasonable comfortable (given the heel, and I rarely wear any shoes with heels). They take a while to lace up, and don't feel quite as sturdy as I would have liked. Definitely not Wisconsin winter boots...but good for dry and warmer days.

These are the same size as my Doc Martens dress shoes, but they fit at least a whole size smaller. They are also a thinner leather than my other shoes. I got the other shoes at least 7/8 years ago. Good quality but not as good as my other pair. I will probably try them in a bigger size as they are a great style.
