Lovely shoe! Versatile, comfortable, and well-made. I'm a Born fan and this shoe did not disappoint. Fits beautifully--I am a spot-on size 7, medium width, no foot problems. The shoe does not look juvenile when on, a fear I had with a Mary Jane style. I agree with the reviewer who stated it has a vintage look, which goes well with feminine or bohemian-chic styles, and takes the edge off sharp business attire. There is a generous amount of cushioning and true arch support; the cant of the heel makes the shoe feel very stable. I am a college teacher, so I'm not only on my feel in the classroom, but I also spend lots of time walking all over campus, so comfort as well as looks are important. The leather is soft and thicker than most shoes (Born shoes last for years even with lots of wearings), a bit stiff, but began to loosen up right away as I wore them around the house. The insole is smooth and cushioned enough you don't need socks. Looks great with both sheer black hose and thicker tights. A winner all around!

I bought two different colors a few months ago and loved these shoes at first because they are so comfortable. Then they started to smell. I ordered a third pair thinking something must have happened to mine. The new pair smelled so bad right out of the box that my eyes, nose, and throat burned! I noticed a CA prop 65 label on the inside lip of the lid warning of carcinogenic chemicals. Going back!

The box for this shoe is mark M-W for width. And as I usually look for a wide width (or at least reviews that say the shoe runs wide), this was excellent for me. The shoe was fairly comfortable for a high heel. At the end of an office workday, I was glad to take them off, but there was no pinching or rubbing anywhere. A well-made shoe, and nice, modern styling without veering into fashion-victim territory. Made in Vietnam if you're interested.

These are very beautiful shoes. I wore them to work twice this week with dresses and tights and I got lots of compliments! The heels are a little higher than I am used to, but they are very well balanced and extremely comfortable. I was able to wear them all day and my feet did not hurt at all!

I don't normally wear heels this high because they mess with my Achilles, but something about the way the heel sits slightly forward, instead of at the very back of the shoe, shifts my weight and makes these really wearable for me. I love the styling. They're really sturdy and well made. Nice to have a shoe that's sexy and comfortable.

These are very vintage looking shoes that can be worn with pants or dresses/skirts. They are very comfortable to work in all day without any pain. This is a much higher heel than I am used to but due to the thickness of the heel, I have had no problem walking in them. I have received several compliments on these stylish shoes.

I'm a true 7M and often times I need to buy a 6½W so they do not slip off when I walk. I finally broke down and bought this Mary Jane style so I could comfortably wear heels! They are so comfortable. All day conferences, at the office and out to dinner. I am ecstatic! My only dislike is that the leather is not a little more shiny. I can polish them and fix that, though. These are the most comfortable heel over 2½" and I have problems with all heels due to bunions. I love them!

Love these shoes! The color is beautiful and goes great with black, gray, brown, everything. I am 6 months pregnant and had to switch to more comfortable, safe shoes, but I refuse to give up my heels entirely. these have a nice 3 inch heel on them and I can wear them all day with no pain. I'm on my feet for a good portion of the day, so that says a lot. They look great with dresses, slacks, and jeans. I almost always wear a 6 or 6.5 but the toe box is extremely narrow on these, so I had to exchange them for a 7 which is perfect. (My feet aren't swollen at all -- they just run small.) I got the black as well. Highly recommend.

I love this shoe. Not only do I get a lot of compliments on it, but it is incredibly comfortable. I think it's because the heel is wider at the top where it connects to the shoe...very well stabilized. I normally wear a size 8 and it fits perfectly. Would highly recommend this shoe. Going to buy it in the brown as well.

Ridiculously comfortable, adorable, chic, and stylish! For me this shoe fit true to size. I was a little concerned that the straps would be too binding since I have a high instep; however, that is not the case.

Great shoe! very comfortable and nice interior padding. I have very narrow feet and they fit me perfect! Finally I found a nice pair of shoes for my long and narrow feet.

These are pretty cute shoes. I typically like a more sophisticated, classic look with a more pointed toe. These have a sort of look of tango or perhaps a woman in an old movie about WWII. They are very easy to walk in, compared to more stiletto types of shoes of the same heel height. I think I could easily walk a mile or so in these shoes (not that I recommend doing so, as they are still high heels). They definitely have a funky kind of feel. But overall I like them!

I love the look of these shoes-- professional, high quality leather but with some nice detailing. I ordered my usual size, 7.5. Unfortunately, they did not work at all for my high arches, and the toe box was quite snug. Returning.

I bought these shoes to wear with my brown suits for work. They look good and fit well when I first tried them on. My only problem with them is the heel is a little high and they are not comfortable if you plan to walk a lot or if you will be on your feet all day. Cute but not practical.

I love, love, love these shoes! The first week I got them, I managed to wear them three times! They are so, so comfortable and stylish, and the taupe-brown color works with a lot of the neutrals in my closet.

They're Born, always well made and very comfortable. No regrets. I'm on my feet and moving about all day at work and have no problems in these shoes. Am able to wear them with very lightweight trouser socks, almost like stockings, but a little thicker. Love this shoe.

These shoes are fantastic. They look like they would be straight out of an Anthropologie catalog but better price and so comfortable. They are a great shoe if you are going for that bohemian / vintage look.

These are comfortable and stylish. True to the fit, I wear them at work and out on the town.
