I'm an ER nurse and have been seeking a comfy work shoe for a while. Stumbled across these and figured for the price, why not? The expensive Danskos I had been wearing were starting to outright hurt my feet, and these are just like them, so I got them. Wow! They won me over fast! Very comfy, a tad big, but since I have high arches I usually put an insert in anyway, a little gellin' fixed that up nice. I normally wear an 8-8.5, got the 8. They are supposed to "slip up and down" just like Danskos/Sanitas which took getting used to but after a little while you don't notice it at all. I really love the way my foot kind of "bounces" (forgive me, can't find a word to better describe this) in them, but I'll tell you, my feet haven't hurt at all since I started wearing them! Also a bonus the Danskos didn't offer: they bend and are flexible, so when I'm kneeling (which as a tall nurse I'm always doing) it doesn't hurt the top of my foot. Another ER nurse bonus: they clean very easily. I take a disposable surface wipe and wipe them down, all clean! Will be ordering these again!

If you're on your feet all day, then this is perfect! Ever wanted to walk around barefoot all day? Well, this is as close as it gets to it, as far as having to wear shoes! Runs a size larger, I can get away with a 5 in sneakers but got this in a 4. I'll be buying more!

I've been wearing the Crocs Bistro for about a year, and they never really had any support. I just bought these recently because I need something more comfortable and non-slip for the food service industry. My feet tend to start hurting after a few hours of work due to poor fitting shoes, and I think these out of everything I've tried from cheap to expensive have fit the bill! They are pretty comfortable, and are very cushiony in the heel. For those of you familiar with wearing Dansko shoes like myself, they do have the "floppy heel" feeling which is normal. I read the reviews on the Neria before purchasing with many people saying they run big, so I went a size down (I'm normally an 8, bought a 7). They fit good as long as you order down from what you normally are! I recommend.

They run big! Typically wear a 7.5, ordered an 8. So big! Returned and ordered a 7, still big but manageable.

These felt super comfy at first, but after I walked around in them, I started noticing two things: 1) My heels kept slipping out (and I'm pretty sure the shoes aren't too big or too small) and 2) The tops of the shoes began to rub against my arches. For a comfort shoe that doesn't have the benefit of being pretty, less than perfect comfort is unacceptable to me. Back they go.

A pleasant surprise! I am a nurse and I work in a restaurant so I am on my feet a lot. I was skeptical about how comfortable cheaper shoes could be but I am very pleased with the fit and comfort. The heel is similar to that of Danskos (I own a pair of those as well) but are much lighter and have more cushion to the step. They are easy to clean and maintain. I have only had them for a week. No break in time was needed, I am not sure about durability but for the price they are worth it even for only a year of hard wear and tear. I am usually a 6½ and sized down to a 6 and they fit fine. There definitely is not much arch support, though. But I usually do not have problems with my arches. All in all a good buy for the price.

I read the reviews before ordering so I knew they would run a little big. I have a wide foot with a high arch and these fit me comfortably without having to go up a 1/2 size. They are very comfortable and so easy to clean, just wipe them off.

Reasons why I love these shoes: 1. Cushioned footbeds more plush than any other shoe I've worn. 2. They realign my entire posture, gently forcing me to stand up straight and carry myself better (no hunching over). 3. Super easy to clean, which is great for health care workers. 4. Pretty stylish as far as work clogs go. Reasons why I don't like these shoes: 1. My feet sweat more than I thought possible after about an hour in them. Socks soaked. No ventilation holes like other Crocs. Can we say smelly feet? 2. No traction on the bottom soles. Take extra care walking in rain or snow. Overall, these shoes have been a good purchase for me. A bad foot means any shoe that puts increased pressure on the ball of the foot (e.g. Danskos) is very painful for me. These have a slight rise in the heel, but feel like a perfect compromise between a higher clog and flat sneakers. They just feel good, even after wearing them almost daily for 3 months. If only they could fix the ventilation issue, these would be perfection.

I am a nurse and bought these, along with a more expensive brand of work shoe. I have to tell you, I love these shoes and am pondering returning the other pair! These are unbelievably comfortable -- good support and very "smooshy" on the inside. The whole "foot moving up and down in the shoe when you walk" thing is certainly going to take some getting used to, but the comfort of these shoes otherwise more than makes up for it. I really wish they came in more colors!

For the first few days these looked (and smelled a little) like plastic that they are, but after a few days of wear they're good to go as "normal-looking" clogs (that aren't immediately recognizable as Crocs). They've been comfortable for sure - definitely okay for standing for long periods of time. The fit has been a bit strange for me. I'm normally 9-9.5 and these size 9s have been a little big, but only sometimes. Maybe it's a sock feature or a wearing-in thing, but the part above the top of my foot is a little too far away from my actual foot, so the back ends up flopping and I have to use more foot muscle to keep the shoe on my foot while I'm walking. Long distances walking in these have tired my foot, but I'm going to get some shoe pads and then everything should be copacetic. When I first step into them they seem to fit just right, then they loosen up a bit, so make sure you test drive them for a little while if you're sensitive to sizing. I wear these on a daily basis and I'm glad I got them. Once I get some shoe pads, they'll be perfect.

As previous people have said, they do run a little large. I usually wear a 7.5, so I bought a 7. I have to wear thicker socks so that they fit well. That leads to hurt another issue, they are very warm! That is not a problem in the winter, but heading into the South Carolina summer, it might be a bigger one! They do the heel slip similar to Danskos, so if you haven't experienced that, you might not like it. But overall, my feet don't hurt at the end of my workday, which makes all of the little issues alright! I used to wear Nike black sneakers, but now wear these exclusively.

The shoe is pretty comfortable for work but the back heel support is kind of short. From reading the reviews before I ordered I knew to order i size smalles them my normal shoe size.

These shoes are too big even though I am definitely a size 10. They are also too short in the back, barely covering my heels. They flop off all the time. I suggest getting a smaller size or a different type of Croc, because these are too short.

Was real excited about these shoes however, the size of the shoe is not the size I need and ordered. I ordered an 8, got an 8 but they are too big. I walk right out of them. Very diappointed.

I love Crocs and was excited for these clogs. Unfortunately, my feet slip out of them with every step I take. I end up walking pigeon-toed just to keep my shoes from slipping off. Not worth it, gals. Get a real pair of clogs, you'll be happier.

I bought and sent back 3 pairs of work shoes to Zappos; all of them just didn't feel right (pinched toes, weird rubbing, etc.). I bought the Crocs Neria Work and my feet fell in love. I am on my feet 8+ hours a day. The first couple of days they felt a little stiff, but soon my foot was imprinted and I was walking on cloud nine. I was worried about the "loose heel" I kept reading about, but I only noticed it the first couple of times then I was used to it. I would recommend wearing socks with them to prevent them from rubbing until you get use to them. The non-slip soles are great, I've worked in some slippery situations and they are simply the best pair of work shoes I've had and they are so reasonably priced.

I have heel pain, ball-of-foot pain, and achilles tendinitis. I've spent a small fortune on supposedly supportive shoes and inserts. All I needed to do was spend the money for this shoe. I'm able to wear these all day and I'm not limping like an old woman. So comfortable. I love these shoes.

Owned them one day and received rave reviews from friends at work. Extremely comfortable and you don't have to break them in. Awesome price and really easy to clean. Perfect for nurses! I loved them so much I went back to the site to see if they had other colors. Love. I read the other reviews and selected a size smaller and they worked perfectly. So a 6 instead of 6 1/2. Just keep that in mind. Also Zappos always delivers shoe quickly! Received them in 2 days!

Absolutely love these shoes. I am a nurse and they are terrific on your feet; they are extremely light and after 12 hours my feet still feel great.

As always, CROCS never fails to amaze me. I'm a true 6.5 woman's but ordered 6 as suggested. I got the Espresso..my goodness it's ultra comfortable hands down! Hint: Sometimes CROCS sizes vary by style, I usually go to the original website for reference shoe size suggestion like for NERIA Shopping for a half size? Order down to the next smallest whole size. Therefore I ordered size 6. =)

I've been wearing my Danskos at the hospital for a long time - but something was missing. Stepping into my Danskos always felt a bit harsh, and though they felt good for my back they always left my feet hurting at the end of 12 hours. I found these on Zappos, ordered, and started wearing them immediately. Not very stylish, but oh-so-comfy and with the same clog style that keeps my heel from being open to the elements (unlike the popular Crocs with the strap in the back). I would recommend these Crocs! The insole is "squishy" and they're lightweight just as you'd expect from Crocs. I did order a size smaller than I usually wear, which was the way to go.

I bought these for work. I am on my feet for 6-12 hours a day, so I went with the recommendations on these shoes. The last time I got work shoes, I spent $85 on a pair of Nurse Mates, and they fell apart after 3 months. So I went with these Crocs, for $45, on the off-chance they would also fall apart. Well, after a month, so far so good. The tread on these shoes is excellent! I could run across wet kitchen floors with absolute confidence. No fear of slipping at all. The shoes themselves do feel like clogs when walking. That is, they do slip off the back of your feet, but you will get used to that (I am, at least). The first week of wearing them produced a few minor blisters where the shoe rubbed against the top of my feet. Now that I have broken them in, they are perfectly comfy shoes for anyone who does a lot of walking/standing for their job. My Achilles tendonitis still acts up, but it appears that no shoes will help me with that. I normally take a 7 1/2-8. I got these in size 7, and they fit great, so go a half size small when ordering.

Purchased these as a lighter shoe for work. They are in between true to size and just a little big. (I wear a 7.5 and purchased a 7.) These shoes feel great but don't provide the same firm support as Danskos clogs: They are also nowhere as heavy. Overall, really like the shoe and will continue to use them off and on with my Dankso for my 12 hour shifts. Less "ducky" look than the original Crocs. Also: no holes means less breathability and no permeability for spills. I can wipe with a wet wipe to disinfect. I would recommend these to a friend.

I am an ER nurse and bought these in my regular size. As the other reviews stated, the back of the shoe doesn't stay on your heel. But my foot fits the shoe just fine. These shoes are like backless Crocs. I think it's supposed to be this way. They just don't look that way in the picture. I think they are comfortable for long shifts. I like them so far. Also easy to clean.
