I love this bag! The size is deceiving, it looks small but you can fit a ton of stuff in it. I was worried that the chain strap would bother my shoulder, but it feels great and I loving being able to go from shoulder bag to cross-body. I am very glad that I spent the money on this bag.

Perfect! I thought the chain strap would be too heavy but it isn't bad. The strap is a nice length and can even be worn extended (if you choose not to loop it through all four holes evenly). It also smells great, mmm, leather.

Classy with a touch of edginess! Love it. The leather is super soft. Great interior pocket design. Always get compliments. The only con is that the chain strap is super heavy. A 2lb bag is pretty darn heavy. But it's beautiful, so I'll suck it up!

Beautiful bag...nice leather and style; however, it was a bit heavy for me after putting in my wallet. Sad, but it is going back.

This is a fabulous bag! The strap is a great length double, and the zippered gussets on the side makes it perfect for using either for everyday or as an evening bag. Super soft leather, great lines.

Even though the other reviews mentioned the weight of the bag, I too thought I could sacrifice comfort for style. However, after putting in my wallet, keys and phone, the bag became way too heavy. I also found it difficult to reach inside the bag without setting it down on a flat surface. Lastly, the leather was a bit too delicate for my taste... I could see it getting scratched up very easily with gentle wear and tear. If the bag was redesigned with a lighter chain and replaced with a more durable leather (also providing additional structure on the sides for easy access), I would love this bag...

I love this purse. At the cross body length, it is just about as long as I want it before it would bump around from movement while walking and I am 5'6" but if you are shorter, just cross the strap under itself and it shortens the length by about 4-5". I have literally been stopped, not "hey-cute-bag," but to write down designer and where I got it. The color is lovely, and goes equally well with all of my neutrals... black, brown, tan, grey, etc. I love the size and internal organization. The leather was not protected when it arrived so before I sprayed it with leather protectant, I noticed a few rain drops were absorbed. They temporarily left very noticeable dark spots until it dried. No permanent damage, but now that it is protected, the raindrops pill/bead right off. There are two tiny changes that I would make. The metal hardware pieces on the bottom are placed in a way that they could prevent the leather itself from coming into much contact with the surface the purse is set on, but they are not thick enough to do so. Probably they do help protect it somewhat, but I would prefer them slightly thicker. Second change would be to make the teeth of the zippers more smooth. The quality if the hardware is great, but just the roughness of the zipper teeth could catch on very delicate knits or snag nails. That has not happened yet, but more because I have been careful.

Awesome bag, looks small but fits a lot. It is comfortable to wear, and you can switch the strap length. The zipper outside on the side is a very cute detail, the strap is stylish in metal. I have the red one. I wear it a lot, day and night.

I got the Plum color and was hesitating because it was the last one and the picture looked worn. But it looks gorgeous when it arrived. Very elegant color and good quality. Much better than I expected. Love the texture of the leather too. Definitely worth the price. Will purchase bags from Zappos again. The shipping is super fast.

I adore everything Rebecca Minkoff makes! This bag is no different. The leather is so soft & supple. The bag is lined beautifully with plenty of storage compartments, and the hardware is of good quality. It's obvious that the bag was not cheaply made. The bag can get heavy if you've stuffed it full of heavy items, but...it really hasn't been an issue for me. I'd buy this bag again in a heartbeat!

Gorgeous bag. If you're looking for a burnt orange, the bittersweet is great, but it's definitely not close to a cognac or brown by any means.

As always Rebecca Minkoff made a luxurious handbag. The leather is supple, strong and a lovely style. It is a little smaller than what I was expecting but I am happy with it. My usual handbags are so heavy like 2.5 pounds or more just for the bag plus all my stuff plus a tote. Recently, I had a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck from carrying my whole home but the kitchen sink in my purse. This is why I ordered a smaller one even though at first I felt lost: where am I going to put all my stuff?. Believe me, everything fits. I will get use to it and my shoulders will thank me. Maybe we girls have to select what we are carrying. At the end of the day, it is going to cost less for the handbag and in chiropractor.

Love the bag. It's sturdy and nice looking. Holds plenty of stuff. Don't mind the chain-while it is sturdy, I don't mind the weight (and I have some neck and upper trapezius muscle issues). I have carried it both ways; double strap and as a cross body for extended periods of time. It is a good quality leather and is supposed to scratch some. I find the leather tassle/fringes to be somewhat annoying as they get caught up in the strap when you switch it around from long to short and vice/versa but it is a signature for many of her (RM) bags.

I love this bag! It is absolutely beautiful, functional, and practical. Zappos impressed me with their wonderful customer service, replacing the original bag I ordered immediately (since it had been returned defective by another customer). Rebecca Minkoff handbags are great for professional women. I like the price point and the quality. This is my second RM bag and I am certain that I will remain loyal to the brand. Highly recommended.

This is my absolute favorite bag in the world! I actually bought in navy a couple of years ago from a different retailer and it's still my favorite. It's incredibly versatile - you can wear it as a shoulder bag or cross body. Since the front and back are different, it gives the look of two different bags. Plus, the extension zippers and compartments are super handy. I travel a good amount and this bag is usually all I need on an airplane. The large, outside zip pocket is perfect for stowing your tickets and passport. This bag is most functional, versatile, yet stylish bag I own, and trust me, I own many, many bags. haha. Rebecca Minkoff makes the best purses. I highly recommend it!

This is a gorgeous bag! The chain strap is a bit heavy, but I love the color and the style, so it's not a deal breaker for me. I love that there are zippers on the side so I can make it bigger if I need to. It fits a lot of things, but doesn't look bulky. I usually only stick to big bags because I carry a lot with me, but this bag lets me carry a lot without looking like it. The bag has a magnetic closure, but also a middle compartment with a zipper so I can put my wallet in there. I bought the red color, which is a beautiful true red. The leather is great too.

Great bag! Very versatile. Can be worn for going out or running errands.

Love this bag! The color is perfect and it is just big enough. The only problem I have is that the straps never seem to stay on my shoulder. I will learn to live with it though - it's too pretty to return!

This is one stylish yet classic bag. I wanted it as soon as the style came out and finally bought a sale color. Overall well made and attractive in person. The reason I had to send it back was that the chain weighted too much for me. If it wasn't for that small detail, I gladly would have kept the bag.

I actually love the bag I just don't like any of the colors. I'll buy it when a new round of colors comes in.

This bag is great as everyone else has mentioned. But it seems I'm the only one that encountered an issue with the straps. The straps was the main reason I wanted this bag. They have two sides, the leather side and the suede? side. However, after wearing it, I noticed tiny pieces of leather suede lints? that rubbed off onto my wool jacket. Sadly it was all over my jacket. That's my only gripe with this bag. On the bright side, after a period of time maybe all the link rubbed off so now there's less/no more.

This bag is really pretty but not super functional. I purchased the blue one which is a really nice color. The bag holds a lot and it's very pretty, but it is really difficult to get open, and things can get caught in the chain strap, which is pretty unfortunate. I really like it but I don't use it a lot.

After extensively looking for a particular color leather bag, this was my final decision. The reviews were definitely helpful, but I disagree that the bag fits 'tons of stuff.' Everyone is different and has their own opinions, taste & size (I'm 5'9" & 150lbs), so I like & prefer a large bag. The style is definitely unique & I, too, have received a nice amount of compliments. I just wish it were a tiny little bit larger. Regarding the chain, I don't find it to be heavy at all, in fact, its the nicest part of this bag & does not slip off my shoulder - ever! I'm definitely keeping it, but its probably one of the smallest 'daytime' bags I've carried in years (so I've been carrying an extra tote with me daily). Overall, I think this is a beautiful Spring into Summer leather handbag.
