Just what I needed. I'm a college adjunct, so I stand a lot and desperately needed comfortable shoes. These are the first pair of shoes I've had that allow me to stand the full time I teach. Great support, and I also love the platform height and flexible foot bed. I wear a size 39, and the 8 1/2 fits perfectly with room for medium-weight socks (slightly thicker than I normally wear with 39, but I wanted that for warmth). My complaint is walking. Walking slowly is very comfortable, but at a normal-to-fast pace these shoes hurt the tops of my feet. The leather feels hard. I've been wearing them for about two weeks, and it took a few days to break in to this level, so I'm hoping (and I think it will come to pass) that they will break in further.

I LOVE this shoe but have returned two pairs due to wrong fit - but I'm determined to keep returning them until I get the size that fits! I initially ordered my usual size (8.5 American, medium width), but I was surprised to find it appeared to be a size 7! I thought they must have been mis-marked at the factory! No way would they fit. (I had also ordered some Merrell snow boots from Zappos in 8.5 and they fit perfectly.) I returned the Patagonia clogs and reordered a full size up - 9.5. They came again today but they're still too small! I'm going to return them again, and order a 10.5 this time! I'll keep on exchanging until I get the right fit, because I love the style and color, the lightness, and the support (I can tell they're great even when I squeezed my foot, with socks, into the 9.5's today)! Would not say these are true to size by any means, though... maybe I don't understand the European sizing. The American-marked 8.5 just wasn't the right number for my feet. And thank you, Zappos, for your lightning-fast exchanges and returns.

The product is nice but the size doesn't fit right. It has narrower forefoot than I expected. I am returning & asking for refund. Thank you!

This clog is true to size. It is a little less "clunky" than a regular clog. Almost looks like a cross between a clog and a boot when on. There is good height for elongating legs. Only thing I wasn't crazy about was toe turns up a little. My daughter calls them my elf shoes...but that's extreme! they are great everyday shoes...slip on to take kids to bus etc.

This looked pretty cute, considering that they're clogs. Comfortable, too, right out of the box. However, I'm sticking with Danskos, as they're still the most shock-absorbent clogs I've tried.

Fit like a glove! This shoe was super comfortable but unfortunately the style just didn't work with any of my jeans. I'm a semi-stylish 30 year old and these shoes just didn't look good with the style jeans I wear as my feet are rather large (8.5) for my petite 5'3 frame so they just wouldn't work with my wardrobe. Sad to send them back because they were so comfortable but I would have to alter all of my jeans to wear this lower heel and clog style.

It took me a few wears to finally love these shoes. They rubbed my toes a bit at first and I had to get some heel liners. (I'm lately having trouble being in between 7 1/2 and 8 on a lot of shoes) But, I found some socks that I love and wore these with them and now it's love.

I loved the way this shoe felt, but it was a little small. I usually wear a 10, but I'll try a 10.5 (and I'm glad that 10.5 is an option).

These shoes are very comfortable, but I bought them a half size bigger due to reviews and having a wider foot that needs comfort. The bigger shoe left me feeling insecure on the small heel - narrower than the shoe - and I know if I wear these at my job with all the moving I do, I'd be unsteady. Had to return them, but will look to find another way to try this brand again soon.

Nice shoe. Looks good, goes well with jeans. Comfortable, but not as comfy as my old Merrells.

These shoes are really cute, but if you have wide feet, order up a half size. Also, I could only get them on and wear them comfortably with a very thin trouser sock or knee high hose. They are very snug. I'm not sure if I'm going to keep them.

Patagoinia is new to me. Love this clog! Snug, but comfy from the start. And very cool boot look.

A longtime Dansko fan, I have been looking for a change. This shoe offers the right amount of swag & is lighter weight. I am a true 7 but switched to a 7.5 when the 7 felt too narrow. Also, the high side rubbed my ankle but inserting a heel lift was an easy solution. When the boot version went on sale, I ordered both sizes and found the 7 to fit well & returned the 7.5. With a Dansko, I always try on more than one pair for the right fit. Perhaps this can be said for this shoe as well.

Nice shoe, but a tough fit. Really tight in the toe box, and a little loose in the heel. I have a pretty easy foot to fit, so I was a bit surprised.

I like the way look, I like that they are made by Patagonia. I don't like how much they hurt my feet. I have no idea why they hurt. I just know that I could not wait to go home and take them off. My feet were miserable in them. By the reviews, most people seem to have a good experience with them, but not for me. I wish I could return them. I will never wear them again. Maybe I should sell them on Craigslist!

I just bought these based on the excellent reviews. This review is for the high arched feet folk out there: The opening is simply not big enough for those with tall arches thus tall superior aspects of the feet (we have an overall longer heal to top of the foot length). I struggled to get into these with much effort. Once in they felt good overall (sized correctly), but threatened to cut into the top of my foot if I were to walk in them. This could be amended with a break-in period possibly, but I want my clogs easy breezy. Tried on: size 9, M, Cattail.

These shoes look great and feel wonderful when first put on, but their sole is far too flexible for my foot defect. I need a rigid platform to spread the impact of walking over the sole of my foot, instead of just the ball of the foot. I cannot wear them for walking more than about 10 minutes. They look great when sitting, however!

These shoes were so disappointing because the look is exactly what I want, but they are hard as a rock with no cushioning and run a little wide. The leather is very hard and rubs the edges of your ankles and big toe joint. Not for skinny, flat feet that need cushioning. Wish they would redesign with same look and a better, more comfortable fit and soft leather.

I have had 2 pairs of this shoe and have always loved them. They have been the most comfortable shoes I have worn. I ordered this pair to replace my worn black ones but they don't feel like the same shoe. They are so cramped in the toe area and feel like they are 2 sizes too small!
