The heel of these shoes has 3 raised flowers on them and they make indentations in your heel! So painful! The heel should be smooth! Bad design!

About a year ago I bought a pair of their classic jacks. I was so excited to receive them, as they were a pair of sandals I had saved for and certainly splurged on, as the price tag was well over a hundred dollars, even on sale. When I got them, all seemed to be good. However, after just a week of casual wearing they started falling apart at the seams. The heel had begun to come off on BOTH shoes, and the sole was separating from both shoes as well. It took just one more wear before the shoes COMPLETELY fell apart and were just unwearable. I've never had a shoe with such bad quality, and I have no idea what happened, considering jack rogers is usually known for their quality. I reached out to customer service (which was difficult to even track down in the first place, and I'm now unable to find anywhere). I also attached multiple photos of the shoes to my emails. After SEVERAL attempts to email, call, etc. I finally received a brief response saying that they could refund me the sale amount, or replace the shoe. Since that style was completely sold out at this point, they told me they could send me another style, so I told them my choice (same price point) and size/color, etc. They said this new pair would get to me within a few weeks. I've since waited, and heard or received nothing. I've since tried to reach out numerous times and have been ignored. This has been almost a year now. This is honestly the worst customer service experience I've ever had -- I don't know what has happened to this company, but it has gone completely downhill. The shoes are no longer quality at ALL, and the customer service is just completely gone. They will continue to take your money and give no care to the customer. They've lost all my support at this point, and I'm no longer recommending the brand to my friends and family -- in fact, I've warned everyone. Extremely disappointing. Do not waste your money.

I loved the look of these shoes. But, if you truly want to torture your feet these are the shoes for you. I couldn't stand them for 5 min in my house. As I loved the look I did order the same shoe with the small wedge heel and some cushion on the foot bed. 100% better. Put them on wore them all day. Extremely comfortable. Love them!

Gold hamptons - multiple areas where the gold is peeling off and showing silver right out of the box. Wore them for a few hours and it became even worse. I’m not sure if they are knock offs or if jack Rogers quality is really that bad? Disappointed.

Can't really speak to whether or not they were true to size or provided adequate arch support because they were so narrow I couldn't even get them on. Would love a pair, but they're just not for me!

I ordered a wide, but they are so narrow I can't even get them on. Too bad, because I love the shoe. They're going back.

Beautiful sandals but they were really tight and I had to return them. I even ordered a wide based on other reviews. I have never had shoes not fit me and these weren't even close. Great for people with narrow feet. I ordered a different style (wedge) with elastic and they were perfect.

returning them was sent 10 medium not wide don't fit

I've always wanted Jack Rogers sandals and was so excited to get my first pair last summer. I learned quickly that they are a bit narrower than your typical sandal, so I went with the wide and they fit great. I wore them for 3 months last summer, and then have just started to wear them again this summer when the right sandal started to break. The leather from the thong of the sandal has detached from the leather of the sole. It won't be long until it completely breaks off since it now is a lot looser on my foot and is pretty uncomfortable to walk in. I am very disappointed - I thought buying a more expensive, well made sandal meant that they would last a lot longer than one seasons worth of wear. I would love to give them another try but I cannot justify the price for the quality.

These shoes seem to be cut way too narrow. I do not normally wear a wide width shoe either. And they felt terribly uncomfortable.

These sandals seem to be very popular and so I decided I, too, needed a pair. My feet have become incredibly hard to fit as I've aged (63). I ordered them in wide - but the wide are not wide enough for me. I never even took a step in them. This was my first pair of Jack Rogers and actually I didn't think the style looked very attractive on me. They have been returned. I wasn't disappointed since I didn't think they looked as good on me as they do on others. Zappos is FANTASTIC. I have never dealt with a kinder more helpful business. I hope my review is helpful. The bed of this shoe was probably wide enough for a wide foot, however I couldnt get my foot through the opening to say if that is true. These shoes are known to be on the narrow side but dont make a wide shoe if the opening is also not wide.

Fell apart for the second time. Loved these shoes but sadly have to return them again. The sole and heal have cracked twice. Zappos have been wonderful allowing a return.

These sandals are so Cute! I ordered my usual 7.5 W. I cannot even get my foot in the sandal because they are so very narrow. I even doubled checked the size on the shoe to make sure matched the size on the box. Unreal! So narrow. Reluctantly MUST return because of width.

So disappointed in these. I just bought a gold pair at a Dept Store in a 10 and the width was great (which surprised me bc they've ALWAYS been way too narrow and thus prevented me from buying). I ordered these in silver in a 10, and can't even get my foot in them at all. They don't match up to the others when you put them sole to sole. Look like poorer quality than the Dept Store ones as well. Will be returning ASAP.

Beautiful sandal BUT wide was not wide at all. Couldn't even get my foot in it. Looked shorter as well.
