I usually wear a 6, but ordered 6.5. They're a little big, so I'd stick to your normal size. The gold is a little "yellowy" for me. Overall, they're comfortable and pretty. I will definitely buy in another color soon!

Beautiful sandals but if it rains you must remove and carry. The delicacy of this urem does not respond well to water. The leather and craftsmanship is Awesome! I have purchased them in all colors!

These are great classic sandals! They are so versatile and neutral to go with everyday wear. I think they do run a little small. I usually wear an 8.5 in most shoes and had to order 9 in these.

I have ordered many pairs of Jacks. I love these shoes. Always order a 7.5. Received my order of 7.5 in Coral and they are obviously longer than all my other 7.5's.

I have a moderately wide foot and high arches but can usually wear regular width shoes. I couldn’t even fit my foot a third of the way into the regular width version of these cute sandals. So, I decided to try it in wide. I still find them to be a little tight across my arch but the footbed is wide enough. If you are a true wide, these probably won’t work for you.

I purchased these in white in July of 2014 to have a neutral sandal that goes with everything. I usually wear a 7-7.5 and got these in a 7.5 because the leather is tight at first and the difference between the sizes really isn't that much. These weren't my first pair of Jacks but they quickly became my favorite and were my go-to for the past 3.5 years. Sadly, in October (at the end of their 4th season), the toe piece on the right shoe finally broke away from the sole, thus ending their useful life. I mention this because it is the only time I have ever "worn-out" a shoe and am impressed with the amount of wear these withstood. For 4 seasons (May-September/October), these were my "go-to" for at least 3-4 days/week. They made it through multiple trips (Las Vegas, Disney World, Chicago, Kentucky, all around New England), 2.5 years of working in a retail store, and 3 years of Sorority Recruitment all of which required a lot of walking and standing. I have never found Jack Rogers to be a comfortable shoe but i was okay with trading comfort for style. Even after they were well broken-in, my feet were throbbing if i did any large amount of walking or standing on hard surfaces. I never had any blisters form, the (lack of) comfort always came from the leather on the heel. As with most cute shoes, they are good for light/moderate walking/standing at best. This pair was definitely well worth the price and aside from dreading breaking in a new pair, i won't hesitate to purchase again once the weather gets a little warmer.

I wear a 7.5 narrow. The 7.5B was a little small at the footbed, but was not too much too wide. I would say they run a little narrow, which for me is a definite plus. I plan to wear these to go out but not on any time where I will be doing much walking. There is zero arch support and little padding. Super cute though!!!

The Jack Rogers sandal is a classic and this shoe has rounded out my summer shoe collection! My feet are average in width, but I needed a Wide. The regular width had my feet hanging off the sides. I also went up a half size because again, the fit was tight. Zappos was great with the return process until I found my correct size!

I saw these and I decided that although a bit pricy I would give them a try. They complement every outfit I pear them with and are a great addition to my closet. They take a few wears to break in. I got blisters the first few wears, but after that they were very comfortable. I would recommend getting in half a size larger than your sneaker size. For me I'm usually a 8 in most shoes and the size 8 1/2 jack Rodger fit perfectly. Overall happy with puchace!

Jack Rogers is finally making a wide style. However, on this particular pair the left strap over the instep is noticeably smaller than the right, a full half inch making it too tight. It's as if one shoe is a wide and one medium. I have reordered and hope the new one is made correctly.

I loved this sandal on first sight but was hesitant to order because of the many reviews regarding the buyer with a wide foot. I have both a wide foot and high arch so I ordered a 7 Wide (happy to see the "W" in size selection). For two weeks, I've worn these sandals inside, on carpet only, for about a half hour each night. The soft hand-made leather has stretched perfectly; my feet now slide into them easily. I walked outdoors to roughen up the slippery soles, so now me and my JR's are ready to rock. For me, these were not ready to wear right out of the box--they needed a little TLC prep work, but it was so worth the effort.

Cute as can be, but very stiff leather. I ordered 7 1/5 wide, but could barely get my foot through the band. Sadly, i will be sending them back!

I originally ordered these in an 8.5 because they are said to be wider. I don't have a wide foot but these sandals run really narrow. I tried them and found them to be too tight. So I ordered the 8W. Weirdly they were longer than the 8.5 and not as wide. So I kept the 8.5 ones and have worn them around the house stretching out the leather. That seems to have worked.

Sorority girls all over my college campus wear these, so I just knew that I needed to have a pair! They are super cute and stylish; however, they hurt so bad! The first time I wore them, I could only wear them for an hour before they started to hurt. I had blisters on the balls of my feet and my heels hurt because of the decorative three holes on the sole. Fortunately, I figured out a way to soften up and break in my Jack Rogers. I sprayed them with water and walked up and down my hall in them. I repeated this five or six times. Then, I massaged in coconut oil into the sole and let that soak overnight. Now, they are perfect and broken in and I love wearing them! I recommend getting these flats, but make sure to break them in first!

I bought this sandal because of the cache of the brand. I usually buy sandals strictly for comfort, but I had purchased sandals with a wooden heel a few years ago and they were extremely comfortable. While I bought these for name, they aren't too bad. I've only worn them around the house, but they are wearing well. I was concerned about the length but they run true to size, not too long.

These sandals are super cute. I ordered my usual size, 8.5, but the straps were very loose. I have a fairly narrow foot so the loose straps was not a big surprise but the width still felt too narrow for me, especially at the toe end. My toes felt like they were almost hanging off the side. Overall just not a good fit for me which is disappointing because they are really cute!

Ordered a new pair of Jacks in platinum. The color has changed but the box is labeled platinum. They are a true gold color. Last pair of platinum was a goldfish silver color. What happened to the original platinum. Was a great color. Returned these.

I really wanted to love these shoes as they are super cute. ButI have high arches, and the strap that goes over the foot is just too tight for anyone with an arch. I still have them 3 stars though as I thought they were nice shoes. And if I had more of a flat foot, I would have kept them.

This is my first pair of Jack Flats. Was quite excited to receive them and break them in! After wearing them out the first day and looking at them often to admire, I noticed that my shoes didn't quite look right. The corners have been cut off from the heels on both shoes. This cut is noticeable from the side and makes them look sloppy/worn down. Also, the soles are more of a whitewashed sandy color rather than the cognac color pictured online. While the sandy color is fine, it just is not what I was expecting or hoping for. The cut corners was a big enough deal for me to reach out to customer service about an exchange thinking it was a quality control error. I am unable to exchange them as I had already worn them outside. Also, it seems that an exchange would not solve the corner problem due to this being the way the shoes are currently being made. From customer service: "I have looked into your order and it looks like the pair your received is correct. At this time, some of our styles are made with the corners of the heels going down on an angle, like the ones you received." All in all, they are still lovely sandals and fit nicely. I am usually an 8 and that size is perfect. I will be wearing them all summer! Just wanted to share pictures so others know what to expect and aren't disappointed.
