I love these boots. They work great with my wide feet and big calves. The sole is super cushy and comfy. Great with leggings.

The boot is basically comfortable but has two big flaws. The first is the sole is hard and slippery, and there appears to be no way to replace or repair the sole. This boot would be treacherous in snow and ice. The second flaw is that the shaft is too wide for my thin calves. I could live with the extra width, but the shaft hits me on the back of the leg and is sloppy in the front.

Love these boots! I bought these the week before I went on vacation. We walked all over the Colonial Williamsburg, VA area from early AM until late at night for 8 long days. I wore these boots every day. I brought other shoes just in case, but these were the best. I wear a 7.5 size, but I bought an size 8 so I could wear thick socks. Comfy, stylish, and quality are three qualities I look for in a shoe. These meet the criteria and then some. They are a bit costly, but so worth the price. Also I have had diabetes for 40 years, so great shoes are a must for my feet. Dansko is one of my favorite brands of shoes.

I love this boot! Looks great with skinny jeans and with skirts. Comfy and stylish. I ordered another pair in the brown too.

Very comfortable for all day wear. When I first got them, they rubbed at the heel and pulled down my socks! I put a strip of duct tape in the heel, and they are great. Please make a brown leather pair, and I will surely buy them.

I ordered these boots because I have plantar fasciitis and Dansko shoes are supportive and do not cause a flare up of the heel pain. These boots are cool and comfortable! I feel stylish! I could walk in them all day and be comfortable. I plan to wear the heck out of them all winter.

These are really comfortable! Soft leather and good arch support. Run a bit narrower in the toe than the Professional series. I usually wear NAOT as Dansko's run a bit wide for me, but these work. Love Zappos! Speedy, professional and great sense of humor to boot.

I love these boots! From the moment I put them on to the end of the day these boots are soooo comfortable! No tight spots, rubbing spots, or break in period. Best shoe buy I have made this year. Will for sure be ordering more from Dansko.

I absolutely LOVE this boot. I was skeptical when I read the one review but have always loved Dansko shoes, so I decided to try them. They are stylish and comfortable. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

This is a wonderfully comfortable boot: from the moment I put it on and every time I've worn it since. Great height to go over jeans or to wear with skirts or leggings. Also, jeans don't come untucked as easily as with taller boots. I've gotten so many compliments on them too; Dansko is the best!!!

This is a beautiful boot, but I agree with previous review. My left foot, which even has a bunion by the big toe, fits fine. But the right one is skimpy in the big toe area. I also feel that the next size would be too big elsewhere; my foot would be moving around in them. I'm truly disappointed because they're beautiful and comfortable in every other way.

This boot is AWESOME. I've been searching for a boot that I can put on and say AH, that is comfortable, and this is the one. I also need a boot that looks at least decent for the office. I hesitated on this one... they remind me a little of the slouch socks I wore in the 80s (and never want to see again) but I finally tried them and for this fit, I can overlook some minor style faux pas. They're actually starting to grow on me, and they look great with slacks. Full disclosure, I have wide feet and muscular calves... no problem here, I can even tuck my jeans in, but they don't feel overly sloppy. I'm usually a 9.5 and I bought a 41! It is a little roomy with trouser socks but just right with a thicker wool sock. The footbed is very supportive and cushy, and the sole is pretty stiff but has enough flex to not feel too clunky. I just wish there was a boot with this footbed that was knee high. I've tried lots of other boots that I wanted to love... Keen, Frye, Born... but I wasn't in love with the fit of any of them until I tried these. I also tried other Danskos, but many of the styles come up too high and rub against my ankle bone.

Love these boots. Post foot surgery; need to keep pressure off big toe and have room for custom orthotic with insole removed. (Arch support is good in shoe, as is, too.) Dansko footbed is great, good amount of room for toes, and boots are cute. I wear them almost every day!

This is a very nice boot: quality look. Unfortunately, I suffer from Morton's nueroma and several broken toes. It's hard to find any boot that will offer the comfort I need. Don't let my review stop you from buying this boot... on a normal foot, this shoe would be comfortable.

These are comfortable and cute, LoVe these! They scuff easily, but are ok with suede renew spray.

Love these boots! Thought I couldn't wear Dansko anymore because the foot bed is hard, but these are softer and very comfortable. Wish they made them in dark brown. I'd buy another pair!

These fit well and are comfortable. I was concerned they would be too narrow for my wide calves. Because of the stretch panel, they do fit over jeans (just barely). However, while I like how the shaft of the boot looks, the bottom part (platform-y sole) is just a bit too "moon boot" for me. I think these might be nice in New York, but they don't work for L.A. I'm returning them.

I am a lover of Dansko clogs. I own several pairs of them and have no complaints. I am a hairstylist and stand for 8-10 hours a day. I can work all day comfortably in the clogs. I wanted the comfort of Dansko with a little flexibility to wear them with leggings and skinny jeans. I am rather disappointed in these boots. When I took them out of the box...my first thought was they were rather flimsy. I could only work about 6-7 hours before my feet started aching in these boots. I have decided to keep them as they are comfortable. I just have to wear them on shorter work days :)

These boots are a very lovely soft black leather. They are super cute. Great for dressing up just a little. Not sure how they would stand up in snow and ice. They are definitely not a snow boot. I bought the 39 which fit perfectly apart from my big toe which touched the end of the shoe. The curve of the front of the shoe is a little odd in that it is longer towards the middle where my middle toe is rather than my bit toe. I am sending them back. I am sure a size 40 would be too big. I think also that they are a little over priced. However, I would have kept them if it wasn't for the toe issue.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BOOT. My feet are medium width and I have a very high arch, plus a high instep. These fits me very well and I do wear a light sock with them. Had someone stop me during Christmas shopping and wanted to know the brand of boot I had on. She loved them and was going to order some too. Finally found the boot that fits my hard to fit feet. Taken me a very long time.

I love these boots...the insoles come out easily and are very comfy with my orthodics in them. I like all Dansko footwear.

Most comfortable boot I've worn. Shorter shaft makes them so comfortable for me. My calf is not terribly big but always uncomfortable in a boot. With this style I don't have to go to the gapping "wide-calf" styles and don't have to stress the zipper with regular-sized calf. The heel height is perfect. Looks great with jeans, skirts, tights. A little pricey - the most I've ever paid for footwear but worth it in spades! I can be stylish, comfortable and my feet are not sad at the end of the day! Worth it!

I have been wearing Dansko shoes for quite a while. Imagine my delight when I found these boots! They are absolutely beautiful and even more important to me, comfortable! They look great with a skirt and are particularly stylish with tucked in leggings. Will definitely continue to wear the Dansko brand!
