I've heard great things about how comfy these shoes are. Alas, they are too small. I usually wear a 5.5 and ordered a size 6. Unfortunately, these will have to go back. Order one full size up and I think they will be very comfy!

These shoes are great! I wear them all day at work, where I stand for eight hours. They are a little roomy, but not enough to go down a half-size. Great buy.

I wanted to love this shoe, as I was looking for a non-mom-looking casual flat, but these went back to Zappos. The stitching and detail at the heel was very annoying, and I knew that I'd be getting blisters there if I kept these. Very disappointed, as the styling itself was great. Instead, I got the Stella McCartney flats by Adidas, and so far am very happy with their comfort level.

I love them! They are super comfortable, sporty, yet classy enough for work, I get compliments on these all the time. I am considering getting more pairs in other colors.

I have these shoes in four different colors! I get compliments all the time and absolutely love, love them. They are as comfortable as wearing house slippers.

I love these shoes -- I just bought a second pair to replace the first pair I bought last summer. They are super comfy, and they are a sweet mix of sporty and dressy (because of the patent leather accents). Wear these with skirts, pants, capris, even yoga pants!

Love these shoes! I pulled them out of the box, put them on, and wore them the rest of the day. I ordered the black patent in my regular size and they are a keeper! These will look great with yoga pants, capris, and jeans and be perfect for everything from running errands to going to my kids' sporting events. Great purchase, well worth the price. Already checking out the other Puma styles - great casual shoes that take me everywhere, and I don't have to wreck my leather flats on the baseball field anymore.

Really great shoes. Looks like a ballet flat, feels like a walking shoe. I bought them to have little black flats that I could walk around town and travel in. They are one of the best buys that I've ever made. I've gotten two other people to buy them, just by wearing them around the office. Super cute and stylish, plus comfy. They are the perfect shoe.

I'm very picky about my shoes, and I need to dress up / look nice every day for work and be on my feet a lot. These are, hands down, the best shoes I have ever owned. I absolutely love them and would recommend them to anyone. Cute enough to wear with a dressy outfit, but casual enough to wear every day. I really wish Puma were making them in more colors, I would buy them all. After several months of wearing them seemingly nonstop, they are a little, well, smelly. I don't ever wear socks with them. So I just threw them in the washing machine today, and they came out just fine! About the size - I'm usually between an 8 and an 8.5, so I went with an 8.5. they're perfect! A+

These shoes are insanely narrow and the toes are much pointier than they appear in the photos. I usually take a 10.5 in Puma ballerinas but I could barely get these on, and could tell from the construction that they wouldn't stretch. My first ever disappointment with Puma ballet flats! These went back right away.

I have two other pairs of these and the are great. This pair, however, is too small! Somehow they've changed the sizing. Had to return.

Super cute, but returning. Run about a half size small. I always wear a 7 and these in 7 were far to tight. I got a grey pair years ago elsewhere and they were super comfy, turns out they were a 7.5...

This is my all time favorite shoe. I have had over 5 pairs of these and wish they continued to make them. Puma, please bring them back! They are way more comfortable than the Bixleys and way more stylish. I find that the patent finish allows them to be used for dressier occasions as well as casual; they are always appropriate!

Such cute shoes! Perfect for lazy weekends that you need something besides sandals. Zappos always out performs all other sellers.

I LOVE these shoes. So cute and comfy. I have a wide foot and a high instep. I did have to wear a band aid the first few times that I wore them. They have good support. I am a size 8. The black was too tight and I exchanged it for an 8.5. I ordered the grey in an 8.5 and it was way too big, so I exchanged it for an 8. This review is for the BLACK pair.

Is it crazy that I own 9 pairs (in different colors) of this Puma Zandy shoe? The Zandy is probably my favorite shoe -casual or dress- that I have ever purchased. (This even includes my many, many, Kate Spade, Stuart Weitzman and French Sole purchases!) They are just so comfortable and really cute. Look delicate on the feet. Every single time I wear them I get a compliment. Perfect for travel - easy to slip on and off. They may run a tad narrow but after wearing one or two times, they just mold to the feet. The gray is my favorite color.

Love these so much that I bought the black ones too. I've gotten lots of compliments on them. Looks cute with jeans.
