I L-0-V-E LOVE THESE. They are so cute, comfortable and will be perfect for the winter. I have the green/purple combination, and they match everything. I live in Buffalo and ski in Vermont in the winters, so I need a good boot (that isn't Uggs) that are warm AND waterproof. Also, order a half a size up form your normal size. They run a little tight with the inserts and are especially tight if you want to wear thick socks. I am usually a 10, but I had to get an 11 because they were tight.

These boots served me well in Montreal in January. They kept my feet warm and dry. They are a little clunky at first, but I got used to walking in them quickly. I got quite a few compliments on them, even in French!

Look great. Warm. Comfy. But inner liner tab broke making them hard to put in and most importantly they are incredibly slippery on ice and snow and thus unsafe

I got these Sorels in the Underbrush/Spice color & they look great, but the best part about this boot is the waterproof, warmth factor. Although, I don't live in a snow/freezing climate, it can get cold on the coast especially when you live at the beach. I can truthfully say that the first time I wore these boots, it was about our one day of cold weather at 32*. I am a beach person & don't mind getting in the tide no matter the weather, so saltwater came up to the top of the boots & I figured my socks would be wet. Not so! If this boot can withstand rough tides then they will definitely withstand any colder weather up North. The boot fits true to size with winter socks, but when or if you remove that boot liner, this increases the boots foot room by one total inch. So be aware to keep the lining in, I already tried that. It's a stylish, functional boot with a lot of comfort on so many levels. Sorel never fails to deliver great boots! I love them!

These boots are awesome. I tried 3 other Sorel boots, but just wasn't finding what I was looking for. I wanted something completely waterproof, but also a great height. These aren't too high or too low. They fit comfortably under a pair of bootcut jeans, but also look cute tucked into skinny jeans. My only complaint is that there are no half sizes. a 7.5 would probably fit me perfectly, but I usually wear a couple pairs of wool socks with them anyway. They are super warm, and I love this lace style- they feel nice and snug. They are a little clunky, but this was easy to adjust to quickly. I wore these boots in Michigan's upper peninsula, camping in the middle of the National Forrest for a week- in the rainiest October season I've ever seen. These babies kept me dry and warm the whole week. I'll never go back from Sorel. worth the money and then some.

This was my first experience with Zappos, and I couldn't be happier. The other reviews were helpful, the ordering process was easy, shipping was super-fast, and the boots are great! I ordered my normal size and have plenty of room for 2 pairs of socks. So far, they are holding up great, and they have already gotten some hard use. I wear them every day to do barn chores and hike in them regularly. My only complaint is that they could have more arch support, but there is plenty of room to add some insoles. Overall, fantastic boots and shopping experience.

I owned a pair of Sorels over a decade ago, and they were the best thing for the harsh winter blizzard/heavy slush environment. A former friend had accidentally thrown them out, and I have missed them every winter since. Last year's blizzard could have really met its match with these. They are heavy which is the price you pay for boots rating to -35 in temp. The laces are not slippery and add nicely to the rest of the boot color for contrast. I love them so far. They make me more comfortable with whatever winter Chicago has to dish out. Now to get a coat that can match that as well. Oh, one more thing - I will need to get some inserts - there is no arch support. But the rest of the bases are covered.

These are great. They're super sturdy and warm. I usually wear a 7.5 and ordered a 7; they fit just right. I was expecting it to be colder by now, so I haven't gotten a chance to run around in these much yet. It's the only time you'll ever catch me wanting winter to come faster....

Sorel's are subtly sexy. Love these boots. Pink and Purple are beautiful together. Comfortable, but order half size up. Great with jeans skirts. Warm and lovely. Zappos and Sorel rocks!

Really love these! They are so happy and bright! They definitely keep my feet warm, but they are a bit heavy. They are not the slip on and off easily type, but they are really great. I bought a 9 and I usually wear an 8 1/2 or 9 and they fit perfectly.

I have now had this boot for a couple of months. I haven't really needed it yet. We had a very light snow and the temp dropped considerably. I used it then. When I left the house it was nice and toasty - however, the lack of any padding on the sole made my stride change while walking with these shoes. I wore them again. I actually feel pain from the cumbersome walking. These are heavy, I did have a pair of Sorels before. The Sorels I had owned were decades old. The thing is, I don't remember the sole being so uncomfortable. the other major problem: by the time I have gotten to work, any kind of sock I wear is down around the soles of my feet from the friction of the roomy shoe but narrow collar around the ankle. The frustration of this really can give you a grumpy start. I have purchased gel insoles to put in the shoe in hopes of remedying this. We have snow again, and I will wear them to work because I need a warm boot to wear. I am really praying these work. It is getting frustrating.

Ordered these boots for a recent trip up to the mountains to get our Christmas tree and they were amazing! Typically I wear Hunter rain boots every year with multiple layers of socks and my feet are always freezing (I know, not winter boots...), so I decided to bite the bullet and buy a nice pair of snow shoes. I only wore one pair of wool socks with these and my feet didn't get cold once! They were completely water proof and my feet stayed warm and dry all day. I would recommend ordering a 1/2 size up in order to fit thicker socks just like other reviews state. I'm normally a size 8 in most shoes and I ordered an 8.5 and they were perfect.

Would recommend as a super warm boot that will definitely keep you warm!

Beautiful boots. They fit just right. Little hard at first to just slip your foot in. I just have to open the laces up a little.

I was looking for warm, waterproof boots to take on my first visit to Finland, in December/January. I hate it when my feet are cold, and being a SoCal resident means I don't have any cold weather footwear. These boots looked the best online and so I ordered them and I couldn't be happier! I wore them the entire time in Finland - stomping through snow, carefully walking on icy sidewalks, stomping through puddles when it started to rain - and they were perfect in all conditions! Totally worth the money spent. Now, I just need to plan another cold-weather trip so I can wear them! Note: I am normally a size 9.5 - but since these come in full sizes I got a size 10 and they were great. A little roomey but it didn't bother me. I wore snowboarding socks and they fit fine.

I am a great lover of Sorel boots, they're the perfect combination of style and functionality. These are a great everyday boot for winter in AK: low profile enough to wear with jeans but warm enough to tromp through the snow. Pants tucked in and rock the bright color; pants over boots and they're a neutral tan. They suit me whatever my mood is that day.

Love these boots! They fit true to size and love the pink and purple colors together. Feet stay toasty warm when I was in the snow.

I love these boots! I ordered the green and purple, and they came with an extra pair of tan laces. I am normally a size 10, but ordered a 9 and they fit great, and the foot is roomy enough for thick socks. The wool insert has a pull tab, which is useful for getting the boots on. The upper canvas portion is flexible, and the lace up feature allows easy adjustment for ankles of all sizes. They are definitely a little awkward to walk in at first, but I got used to them quickly, and they are very comfortable and very warm.

Wonderful pair of all-weather rubbers! I plan on wearing these for those cold snowy days in Denver...basically every day, even to the office. Definitely casual chic, especially around here. I as worried my larger size 9's would look too big but they don't even with my skinny jeans tucked in. If you're looking for a shorter pair of warm rubber boots, look no further!

These boots are great. I live on CO and need warm, waterproof and good traction. They do take a minute to get on because of the laces and are pretty clunky but are super cute and comfy.

I received my boots very quickly, a day before I was expecting delivery, which was a pleasant surprise. The Zappos box was enclosed in a plastic bag which I appreciated as it was raining all day on the day of delivery. I had bought Sorel boots for myself and my young son years ago in Canada and remembered the practical warmth of the removable felt liner. The liner in these boots is much thinner than that of the boots of the 70's, however as I live in Tennessee now I do not think it will be a problem. The boots are well constructed with great funky colours, which were not available back in the day. I bought purple with rose coloured laces - fun! Bonus was a spare pair of black laces tucked into the Sorel box. The boots are comfortable immediately. I cannot wait for the cold, snowy days to arrive so I can tramp around and not worry that my feet will get cold and wet. I recommend these boots to anyone who is looking for great looking, reliable boots to keep your feet warm and dry during cold weather. Enjoy!

I absolutely love these! They have the durability and warmth of the more traditional Sorel Caribou with updated cool colors. I wish it would snow here in the Northeast!
