Lightweight, pretty shoe. However, I've tried two pair and in both cases, the tread quickly detaches from the sole of the shoe (within days). Disappointed.

They are very comfortable. The only complaint is that they have no inner lining so you have to wear socks with them.

My 12 year old son ordered this shoe and it was nothing like pictured. The fabric was all mesh and the red looked actually pink. The shoe also runs very small...promptly returned it!

Lightweight and comfortable. There is nothing to this shoe. It fits great and is especially good for those who tend to have a more narrow foot but aren't considered narrow. Excellent choice!

Nike Zoom Streak XC are not for training; they are made to be used in races and nothing more. However, I find them to be amazing.

I bought them for my son. He loves them. He says they are so light and comfy and run true to size. The perk of course is you get the sneakers no delivery charge and the next day. It's a miracle.

These are such amazing shoes! I have been looking for some great ones for a long time, and those are definitely these!

I recently made the transition to the XC3 after the XC2 became hard to find. The XC3 is again a great shoe! It is almost identical to the XC2 but has a better fitting tongue that stays put. I was worried when it became obvious that the XC2 was not going to be restocked, but those worries went away after breaking these shoes in. This is also a great shoe for anyone who has a narrow foot and is looking for a minimalistic design.

Lightweight shoe, unfortunately way smaller than expected and so narrow I thought it was a narrow width shoe.

These shoes have a completely mesh upper. If you are looking for normal running shoes, these are not it. These are more like glorified water socks with a mesh upper, and a running shoe sole.

Very light. Impressive. If you're going to run track meets in these, I'd suggest warming up with your regular trainers. They are plenty stable for any track event. Light enough and grippy enough for sprints, but stable enough for longer track events. You will feel faster in these, they are so light. The laces are ribbons, just in case you can't tell from the photos of the shoe. Also, if you like obnoxious looking shoes, like I do, these are great, because the blue color is a bizarre blue. Same color as the track was at UNC Chapel Hill. Weird blue.

Crazy fast shipping. Great product. Ran a half marathon in them. and felt comfy. If your not use to a minimalist shoe ease in to them. Great price. Worried they would not hold up because they are so light. Put around thirty miles of asphalt and the bottom of the shoes look like i walk on carpet.

These shoes are great to run in. They are extremely light weight while still providing some cushioning.

This is my third pair of this shoe. I love these shoes to just kick with shorts. I use another brand to run in because I mainly train distance and this shoe is primarily a race shoe. A great shoe if you don't want to wear socks. It's completely breathable...cheers!

Great shoes for running or even just walking around town... ultralight. I was concerned about sizing after reading other reviews but ordered what I always wear in Nike and it fit as expected. They are a bit narrow, but it feels right as a running shoe/with the mesh fabric. I've worn with or without light socks.

I tend not to wear a lot of clothes and so these minimalistic Streakers do me fine...yesterday I took a run with these and it was almost like I wasnt wearing anything at all except my athletic supporter and the fact that my feet did not get dirty !!!!_ _ Bullseye! The yellow Nike logo seems to say something large and yellow. (with red and black bits thrown in) There was a flock of geese flying overhead and I gave some thought of hooking up with them, heading south and then there was this guy that came runing by me in a turtle suit. The sky was blue and and my feet started melting into the road. It was at that moment that I realized that Zappos was not a company but some sort of cosmic organ from another solar system. The geese flew in a Z formation to confirm this and then I vanished. So yeah, I would buy these shoes for my grandmother or recommend them for any alien being that wanted to feel our earth and look cool.

These are racing shoes for cross country. They are very light because of the mesh (you can actually see through them. They are minimal to make sure they are as light as possible. For those who think the mesh is flimsy, trust me, I have had two pairs and you will wear the sole down faster than the mesh. They are great shoes for cross country or long distance track.

I bought these shoes about a month ago for my 19 year old son. They arrived earlier than expected and for the most part, we absolutely love them. He wears them every day using them for his daily 6 mile run as well as just for hanging out. Yesterday he wore them on hiking his second 14er / Grays Peak and didn't have any issues. We would recommend this shoe to anyone that wants a comfortable & lightweight shoe that is extremely comfortable; great for running / walking. However, the shoes can not be treated roughly as the mesh does tear fairly easily.
