I find that there were more comfortable than previous brands of track/running shoes that I have purchased from Zappos.com. The color scheme is awesome. Have you seen the chartreuse and blue yet? I cannot give accurate size fittings, as I have a wide foot and high arch.

My search is over...I transitioned to a fore front runner about a year ago and have tried no less than 6 pairs of running shoes. Too loose, too much stabilization, heavy, not enough pad support. Just never locked into the right fit. These Saucony's are the money. I have a narrow foot and they have real nice snug fit with just enough padding to feel comfortable. The soles have slight pads right at the pressure points in the foot and as light as a feather. Bought them last week and couldn't go for a run fast enough. I am elated with these. I'm buying another pair today.

Just got these a few weeks ago and wear them anytime I'm going for a long run outside. For those long cross country style runs these feel great. However, when it came to running sprints these really started to hurt my feet and up into my ankles and calves as well. Didn't like the feel of them on the treadmill either. Definitely made my calves and knee's hurt, but then again I'm not exactly used to wearing a minimalist style shoe either.

These have become one of my favorite pairs of shoes. Cool, extremely lightweight, and very comfortable once they conformed to my feet (slightly wider than average so it took a couple days).

This shoe is great. It is a spikeless track shoe and fits like a glove. The mesh uppers allow the shoe to breathe and the foot to stay dry and cool. I went to the new Nike store here in Dallas sand they had nothing to match the Saucony. I am a convert with the price, fit, quality of construction, the sole design, and the look. I constantly get "I like your new kicks". Zappos rules. Buy them today, wear them tomorrow.

These shoes are awesome. They are very light weight, like 1/2 pound a piece. I do not feel like I am wearing any shoes, and the comfort is liking walking on a mattress pad. These shoes are a must get.

I ordered these shoes without having worn or tried this brand before. The size I initially ordered was much smaller than my size in Nikes or other brands, and I had to switch up twice to find a fit - I usually wear size 10, and I needed an 11.5 in these! However, once I got the size figured out, these have been excellent running shoes. As with all racing flats, they don't provide much support, but they provide great traction and are incredibly light. The price seemed great as well. Overall, I would recommend them for experienced runners, with a caveat to be careful on sizing.

This is my second pair of Saucony's. This pair definitely caters to narrow feet (I have size 13 wide) so at first they were a tad uncomfortable, but eventually conformed to my feet. I'm extremely flat-footed with almost no arch and these work well for me. They're very light, breathable, and comfortable; I even wear these out socially after a spritz of Febreze. For the money I don't think you could do any better.

These are super narrow running flats. If you even question the width of your foot when buying footwear, do not bother with these shoes.

It is a decent shoe with a short lifespan. I have used these as daily runners and after about 250 miles the midsole is so compressed that they're about to start causing blisters. I had the same problem with the Saucony Kinvara midsole wearing out. They fit small (like all racing flats). And the laces are particularly bad at staying tied. Not a bad shoe, but I'm not blown away won't be buying another pair.

This, although is a terrific looking shoe, runs way too small...order two sizes up. No arch support...but okay for mat work, Zumba, or yoga. I returned these pronto, but Zappos offers so many styles, I found three more pairs I do like! Customer service rocks! Thank you Zappos!

I bought the shoes for a St. Patricks Day march, I ended up wearing them every time I go running.

I bought this shoe as a training shoe. I choose XC flats because they are relatively minimal without the need to pay extra for the minimalist tag. I also find that for daily runs, I am probably not a good candidate for a true minimalist shoe and though I do try to run one run/week in Merrell Trail Gloves. I have been training in XC flats for a few years now, but this is my first time trying the Kilkenny Flats. My running is about 50% gravel and 50% pavement with a very small amount of grass running. Previously, I have been running in Saucony Shay XC flats. I bought this and a pair of New Balance XC flats at the same time and have been alternating between the two. So far, the Kilkenny's are my favorites and the most comfortable. I like them even better than the Shays. This shoe has a little more room in the forefoot than either. It seems strange to me that this survey includes a question about arch support. Generally, when people buy shoes intended for running races, I would think that they would expect less shoe -- including less arch support. I would not say that there is zero arch support, but I would not buy a racing shoe expecting support. I have a mild Morton's Neuroma that generally does not trouble me during running. I find that I have the least amount of problems in these shoes. But, mostly, the Neuroma troubles me when I am standing too long and thankfully it only rarely bothers me while running.

I bought these shoes for my son for long distance running. He loves them, and says they are the most comfortable shoes he's had yet for practice.

My favorite shoe. I've been running for thirty years and I can say that these fit the best and perform very well, not to mention you can really fly!

Bought these for my son- he loves them because they are much lighter than his previous sneakers. I love them because they have great lines, are dark (to not show dirt) but with just enough pop of color to make them cool. Will definitely stick with this brand for future pairs! (I have 3 boys!)

I bought these to run at a Tough Mudder event and they worked perfectly. They are half a size small if you wear socks so order half a size larger if you plan on wearing socks. Mud washed right out and kept its vibrant colors. Pretty happy with the purchase.

I am pleased with this shoe. The design is light and minimal and the overall shoe is holding up after nearly a year of running.

Admittedly, I hung up my racing shoes years ago, but I still enjoy a lightweight, low profile shoe for casual wear. And the Kilkenny XC4 fills the role. All-day comfort and striking style; these red puppies cause smiles to form on all who encounter them. I even wear them at work a couple of times a week (I am a very busy clinical massage therapist) and I experience very little fatigue at day's end. I also use them for our almost daily walks in the hills around the house. Highly recommended, although not for the intended purpose of this very cool shoe.

Inexpensive & super lightweight. Ordered 10.5 which is normally a perfect fit--these were easily a full size too small. Would have been great otherwise.

These are great track shoes. They are super light. If you are a track runner, you will like these. If you are getting these to wear as everyday shoes, well, I would probably go with something different.

Really nice looking pair of flat shoes however they are very narrow around the arch area with little support offered. In addition, I wear a size 10 and found these shoes are about 1 size too small. Will return them immediately for a refund.

These were very nice shoes while they lasted. For me their life span was 5 races. One of the spike sockets stripped with very little force. I recommend for any spikes that you clean spike sockets before you try putting your spikes in (clear out trace amounts of dirt. They spikes were comfortable, light, and make any runner look highly competitive, I just wish they were made a bit more durably.
